Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in outside sales at a fast-growing company, with preference given to those with cannabis sales experience and existing dispensary account relationships
- Have successfully created significant growth for a sales territory or book of business
- Excitement to use data and analytics to drive sales
- Experience working with CRM systems and the suite of Google products

We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to help us launch our Michigan market! You will prospect, build, and maintain relationships with Michigan medical and adult-use retailers retailers from Grand Rapids, to Lansing, to Kalamazoo.
As a Territory Sales Manager you will be seeking out opportunities, developing relationships, supporting accounts, and closing new business in your region. In addition, you will identify new prospects and areas of growth potential. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong work ethic, customer-centric thinking, and a collaborative mentality. You must be comfortable moving forward within a fast-changing market landscape that presents both our biggest obstacles and greatest opportunities. This is not a “call-it-in position” and the role requires frequent travel within your territory for face-to-face meetings and training with your accounts.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Executing on defined sales and marketing strategies to achieve both operational and revenue goals (new points of distribution, customer retention, merchandising, budtender training, velocity improvements, in-store promotions, sales targets, etc.)
- Conducting diligent pre-call planning, route management, as well as tenacious follow-ups
- Assisting Field Marketing Manager with securing Customer Appreciation Days (CAD’s) at your accounts
- Working with management to understand the competitive landscape and market trends and then putting a proactive plan together to win
- Representing the Ripple brand and effectively communicating our value propositions and technical differentiators
- Spending a minimum of 4 days per week visiting accounts
