Summary of Job Duties:
As a receptionist you will greet all patients as they enter the building in a kind, interested, caring, and welcoming manner. You will check patients in. Nirvana Center Dispensaries operates 5 licensed cannabis dispensaries in the state of Arizona and has expanded into Michigan and Maryland. We are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist for our Phoenix Cultivation.
The receptionist performs administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization. This individual will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization.
Essential Duties:
· Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate area of the location.
· Answers the door and monitoring cameras.
· Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
· May conduct research (within skills and expertise) to assist with projects or inquiries.
· Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
· Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
· Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
· Performs other duties.
Qualifications
- Must be able to qualify and maintain an AZ Department of Health Services Facility Agent’s Card.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED, Associate's degree preferred.
- Must have a professional, well-groomed appearance and demeanor.
- Must demonstrate professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Must maintain compassion for the Medical Marijuana community
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google, and similar software.
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
- Ability to withstand prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. We are open 365 days a year.
