Job Summary

Position Overview: The Inventory Manager is responsible for the overall management of inventory for the Upstate family of Cannabis brands. The position will manage inventory levels and optimal safety stocking based on seasonal demand for all finished goods including THC products, CBD products, and Cannabis gardening hard goods. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required. This is a hybrid position, and some on-site work is required weekly at the Factory Store in Burlington, VT.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall management of Cin7 and Dutchie inventory management systems.
- Works with cross-functional teams to monitor inventory control procedures for purchase orders, stock adjustments, branch transfers, and sales orders. Troubleshoots issues when they arise.
- Manages Stock Trim to forecast gardening hard goods and finished CBD products, taking into consideration lead times, new product launches, and sales growth.

Overview:
Under general supervision from the Chief Growth Officer, the Purchasing Manager is responsible for the planning of the weekly operations. Purchasing Manager
The Purchasing Manager is responsible for managing policy and procedure, compliance, inventory, receiving orders, and all other operational objectives of Harvest of OH store operations. This position is responsible for ensuring all employees of the dispensary are accountable to these same responsibilities. This position manages the inventory team to improve accuracy, training, and execution of operational initiatives. POSITION OVERVIEW
The Retail Purchasing Manager at Terrabis develops the company's inventory management strategy with the aim of controlling costs within budgetary limits, generating savings, rationalizing inventory, and maximizing available working capital. Responsibilities
- In this role, you will direct the procurement functions for all stores, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- You will be responsible for the overall control and movement of THC and NON-THC products for retail sale, including planning, procurement, scheduling, pricing and inventory of finished good products and exit packaging

Job Summary
- The Purchasing Sales Manager is responsible for managing wholesale key accounts, acquiring new business, facilitating educational trainings for internal and external retail teams. This position will help coordinate new product launches and develop a sales plan to achieve distribution goals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for controlling the company inventory, making sure that the inventory level is reviewed periodically and that the levels meet our company supply needs
- Developing the organization's procurement rules and regulations
- Establishing guidelines on safety stock, reorder point, and quoting.
- Act as the buyer of durable assets for automation, scaling, and other functions
- Assist accounting and planning with capital expenditure approval processes when needed
- Establishing guidelines and evaluating quality, price, reliability, technical support, and contracts of components

➢ Assists with data compilation and tracks key performance measures for CAPEX, reports back to business unit leaders and CFO.
➢ Tracks vendors for payment terms, partners with finance to ensure timely payment. Notifies appropriate parties when payment(s) are past due.
➢ Propose improvements to the current purchasing system that will improve vendor relationships and lower the cost of doing business, improve turnaround time of orders.

Skills, Education and Experience:

Duties and Responsibilities
- Closely monitor inventory and production levels to ensure that the quantity of supplies on hand is always within an acceptable range.

Position Summary: The Purchasing Manager is responsible for sourcing, planning, and scheduling the movement of inventory through the store. This includes product procurement, vendor management, forecasting sales and inventory needs, receiving inventory, reviewing invoices, reconciling accounts, returning products to vendors, and identifying new product opportunities. The Purchasing Manager should be business minded and professional, self-motivated, highly organized and take pride in their work. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Includes the following and other duties as assigned by the General Manager:
- Research and acquire products for resale to retail consumers
- Negotiate prices, discount terms, or transportation arrangements with suppliers
- Examine, select, order, and purchase merchandise in the context of quality, quantity, customer satisfaction and profitability
- Recommend mark-up rates, markdown rates and merchandise selling prices

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Retail Purchasing Manager at Terrabis develops the company's inventory management strategy with the aim of controlling costs within budgetary limits, generating savings, rationalizing inventory, and maximizing available working capital. This position participates with the other management staff in charting the direction of the company, assuring its accountability to all constituencies, and ensuring its effective operation. The Purchasing Manager is responsible for the procurement and timely delivery of products in accordance with all policies and procedures established by the state and Terrabis.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Oversees the proper and timely ordering and distribution of all products, merchandise, and office supplies within each location.
- Complete inventory procedure using electronic tracking system and respond to any discrepancies by notifying the location's management and investigating reasons for the discrepancy.
- Ensures inventory counts, adjustments, returns, and transfers are being performed on schedule with acceptable results, and the proper documentation is being executed and filed.
- Responsible for the settlement of all inventory discrepancies and reporting the resolution of such discrepancies.
- Develop monthly summary for General Manager of all inventory discrepancies and how the issues have been resolved and/or mitigated.
- Manage inventory models ensuring the right products are distributed to the right correct location.
- Monitor obsolete and non-moving materials and products. Identify and suggest items for disposition. Supervise the handling of products for sale, returned, or discarded.
- Arrange and schedule regular training for the management and agent teams of the company.
- Conduct on-the-job training as necessary to maintain proficiency in inventory operations for company personnel.
- Establish, maintain, and assess inventory turn & service level goals as well as other KPI's for each location using history, sales plans, vendor criteria, and market trends.
- Respond to inventory requests by arranging orders and transportation of products and materials.
- Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure.
- Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed, and resolved.
- Coordinate with the management team to discuss inventory management plans and methods to reduce errors and maximize inventory efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, but not required.
- Cannabis experience a plus.

Position Summary: The Purchasing Manager is responsible for overseeing multi-state purchasing operations for the organization, including manufacturing, dispensaries, and corporate headquarters. Position Summary:
The Purchasing Manager, Gen. Merchandise and Brands will be a key communication point between the suppliers, marketing and business units across the enterprise. About This Role

What You Will Be Doing

Sourcing and Vendor Relations, of materials, supplies, services and equipment, including but not limited to:
- Sourcing of raw consumables, supplies and materials with an eye to the greatest quality, lowest possible cost, so our teams always have on hand what they need to keep working efficiently and effectively
- Maintaining an up-to-date vendor database, constantly tracking/reassessing existing and assessing new suppliers/vendors to optimize our roster on an ongoing basis
- Sourcing capital expenditures that meet the specs of the internal brief to the highest quality and lowest possible cost
- Developing RFI/RFP formats and effectively managing the RFI/RFP, NDA, credit check, quote and bid processes
- Summarizing RFI/RFP submissions, conducting a cost-benefit analyzes and working collaboratively with the Supply Chain team on vendor choices
- Negotiating contracts towards the lowest possible, fair cost & terms
- Managing the relationship and timely payment to all vendors to facilitate timely order fulfillment and delivery of accurate, damage-free shipments
Purchasing/Ordering & Receiving for all our business verticals, including but not limited to:
- Strategic procurement planning and analytics, with an eye towards continuous optimization
- Placing and processing of purchase orders with our vendors
- Careful tracking and updating of order statuses
- Accurate data entry, record keeping and reconciliation
- Ensures on-time receipt of products, inventory accuracy and 3-way match.

Education/ Experience

The Purchasing Manager, Capital Projects will be primarily dedicated to supporting the bidding, evaluating, procuring, contracting and supplier related requirements on the Project. Additionally, this role will support the development of the contract specifics, confirm the appropriate approvals are in place, monitor the completion of contract obligations, process any changes or amendments to the contracts, and support the contract closeout activities.

- Responsible for compliance with Procurement Management practices and procedures.

Position Title: Purchasing Manager
Location: Willcox, AZ
The Purchasing Manager will analyze our current buying systems and create the best practices for day-to-day purchasing operations, in partnership with the Finance department. Our Purchasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing our Warehouse and Purchasing endeavors for the Manufacturing site, establishing Buyer goals based on company inventory needs and usage projections, and setting clear career objectives for each member of the purchasing team. This position will oversee contract renewals, negotiations, and returns bolstered by previous experience in the manufacturing industry. The Purchasing Manager will also be responsible for directing and coordinating office services and related activities, including inventory levels, developing and supervising programs for maximum utilization of services and equipment, and providing arrangements for office meetings. This reports directly to the VP of Operations.

Day in the Life
- Manages the day to day items of the Administration Department, to include meeting arrangements, report completion, purchasing requests, vendor management, inventory, and financial analysis.
- Manages all capital projects for manufacturing site, under direct supervision of VP of Operations, coordinates with finance to ensure completion. Creates forecasting reports for planning purposes, keeps monitoring to ensure on time and in budget, reports any barriers to VP of Operations.
- Assists with data compilation and tracks key performance measures for CAPEX, reports back to VP of Operations.
- Tracks vendors for payment terms, partners with finance to ensure timely payment. Notifies appropriate parties when payment(s) are past due.
- Propose improvements to the current purchasing system that will improve vendor relationships and lower the cost of doing business, improve turnaround time of orders.
- Collaborate with leaders to develop metrics for gauging inventory level needs and then maintaining those levels throughout the year.
- Take the lead in creating profitable ways to manage obsolete and slow-moving stock to help offset losses.
- Manage the company's day-to-day purchasing activities and ensure that all purchasing agents are meeting their personal performance standards.
- Assist in developing more effective invoicing and collections processes. Works with internal customers to inform of payment plans as needed.
- Eases office operations through management of office equipment and orders for Pharm Executives.
- Negotiates the purchase of supplies, equipment, materials and services, etc., for the entire staff in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions.
- Works closely with the Finance Department in the execution of purchasing, and monitors and manages credit line limits. Requests credit line increases, and ACH payments as appropriate.
- Acts as a liaison between vendors and tracks outstanding balances.
- Ensures that established protocols and processes are adhered to in functional areas of responsibility, including notifying VP of Operations when an SOP is needed. Writes SOPs for VP of Operations approval as needed.
- Participates as needed in special department projects. Provides personal administrative support and assistance to executive leaders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
- Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
- Manage and maintain Management staff schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings as needed.
- Coordinate project-based work that may involve working with all levels of internal management and staff.
- Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.
- Ensure the accuracy of required tracking and control reports, assists with Document Control.
- Ensure achievement of operational objectives in a timely manner. Contributes to helping others meet operational goals by assisting with administrative functions.

What You Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years purchasing experience - preferably in an Manufacturing, agricultural or cannabis business.
- Exceptional Microsoft office skills to include redlining documents and email etiquette. Must have strong Excel skills: to include but not limited to; pivot tables, graphing functions and formulas.
- The Arizona Medical Marijuana Act (the “Act”) stipulates that candidate must be at least 21 years of age or older, and successfully pass a criminal background investigation and fingerprint clearance conducted by state authorities. Additionally, the Act requires that candidates apply for and obtain a valid dispensary agent registration card prior to commencing employment at either a dispensary or any of its cultivation sites.
- Strong knowledge base of Supply Chain management. SAP or ERP software experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of financial reports, provide research upon request and document writing skills to report on findings.
- Contract writing and negotiation skills – must have prior experience in reviewing agreements and working with vendors to obtain best pricing.
- Focused, organized, level headed and ability to stay calm and think clearly in fast moving situations. Does not get frustrated with last minute changes of plan.
- Able to make independent decisions and problem solve. Personable and friendly, ability to serve executive level staff and VIPs.
- Ability to work effectively in an office environment for 40+ hours per week (including sitting, standing and working on a computer for extended periods of time).
- Demonstrated ability to meet business goals and deadlines, with a proven track record of relationship building, contract negotiation and budget management.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative work environment utilizing various technologies such as: telephone, computer, web, voice, teleconferencing, email, etc.
- Ability to operate an automobile within the parameters of the driving policy. Ability to travel as required. May work weekend and extended hours as needed.

The purchasing/procurement manger is well-versed in procurement, inventory, and planning with additional demonstration of skills in negotiation. At its core, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract management in coordination with other core functions. The candidate must have prior experience managing a small procurement team to execute sourcing strategies, deliver savings and improve lead times. Furthermore, the candidate must lead with integrity and respect and deliver results.
Key Components/Responsibilities:
· Lead sourcing initiatives to develop best practices, process improvements, reporting, savings pipeline development, negotiations, contracts management, policies, new supplier creation, supplier due diligence and training.
· Ordering of all cultivation inputs (soil, nutrients, amendments, IPM), CRP/sustainable packaging, hardware, devices, manufacturing equipment, supplies, and maintain sufficient inventories of all those procured SKUs through establishing real-time min/max levels for each item and advise management of significant changes in lead times, volumes minimums, and pricing.
· Solicit quotes, process purchase orders, and manage purchase orders to ensure that materials meet the required delivery schedule and comply with requirements.
· Establish policies and procedures for identifying, evaluating, selecting, and negotiating with vendors
· Conduct strategic negotiations with suppliers regarding prices, quality, volumes, lead times, contract and payment terms, framework agreements, etc.
· Provide analysis, information, and recommendations to optimize assigned areas while enabling business objectives, including “what-if” scenarios for varying options.
· Develop and implement strategies for procuring, storing, distributing, and maintaining goods and or services. Proactively manage suppliers and ensure that vendor performance in delivery, cost, and quality are exceeding production needs.
· Lead supplier performance assessments, monitoring, and timely corrective actions. Analyze supplier capabilities, capacity, compliance, risks, etc. to ensure production continuity.
· Involved in develop and maintenance of procurement master data within QuickBooks system (i.e pricing, part numbers, lead times, supplier information, etc.).
· Identify alternate sources for any current supplier and conduct on-site vendor visits when required.
· Ensure inventory management practices are consistent with all accounting standards. Tailor inventory purchasing to support inventory needs and achieve maximum financial and operational performance.
· Work with finance and planning to reconcile and resolve any invoice and/or receiving related issues.
· Utilize lean manufacturing principles and process improvement techniques to increase efficiency and reduce waste throughout the procurement processes.
· Create and distribute reports pertaining to planned orders, released demands, shortages, schedule changes and inventory.
· Develop and execute purchasing and materials management strategies, plans, policies, procedures, programs and systems, to ensure achievement of short and long term company objectives.
· Ensures that materials and services are purchased in an efficient, timely and cost-effective manner without disruption to operations, by implementing consistent process disciplines which leverage all available technology and talent.
· Administers cost reduction methods via increased supplier base, development of source directives, and centralized purchasing.
· Develop trends and forecasts to optimize purchasing decisions.
· Work with management to develop and implement new procedures to streamline processes and identify inventory discrepancies.

Education/Experience
· APICS certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities
- Supervise the Inventory and Warehousing team to monitor inventory levels for all raw materials and packaging; with an emphasis on requirements for our gummy manufacturing operation.
- Make purchases of all raw materials, packaging, equipment, and supplies required by our 3 facilities - 1 manufacturing, and 2 distribution centers.
- Ensure inventory levels in ERP match reality through a thorough Cycle Count system and working closely with warehouse and inventory team to ensure this is being executed properly.

About The Role:
As the Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing equipment, goods and services and managing vendors. What You'll Do

- Conducts ongoing inventory analysis to forecast and solve inventory problems
- Develops and implements inventory control procedures SOP’s
- Enters and processes orders on a daily basis, including the accurate accounting of costs within the inventory control software.
- Maintaining vendor files to ensure raw materials and component inventory requirements are met and appropriate levels are maintained.
- Follows up on inbound shipments, expediting orders, reviewing invoices (discrepancies, correct product, pricing, and quality), correcting and reporting on variances, to ensure inventory levels are maintained and production needs are met.
- Verifies all inbound shipments are received correctly into inventory and ensures timely delivery of raw materials, components, and supplies to avoid out of stock situations.
- Generates, monitors, and reconciles weekly production, inventory utilization, and costing reports to ensure supervisors and managers are well informed.
- Coordinates and communicates with vendors to source materials, packaging, and components necessary for production.
- High level of proficiency with MS Excel and the ability to manipulate, analyze, and draw meaningful conclusions from inventory data.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (from a 4 year university) strong preference for those with a degree in an analytical discipline (Accounting, Math, Finance, Engineering)

Design and manage an inventory control and tracking process in the absence of an ERP solution in the short term. Ensure periodic physical counts are performed and documented. Coordinate with Corporate Finance teams to reconcile monthly closing inventory.

- Design and manage the Purchasing process to be utilized by all requisitioners, buyers, and warehouse/receiving personnel. In the absence of an ERP system, we need to track all Pos placed, buying process, receiving process, and ensure prompt payment to suppliers. This process needs to support that criteria.
- Manage team of buyers assigned to support separate functional areas of the business. This includes, recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching buying team.
- Develop a long term Purchasing strategy to ensure current process is scalable and portable as demand dictates.
- Design and manage an inventory control process to be utilized by all warehouse personnel. In the absence of an ERP system all inventory transactions need to be documented and inventory accuracy is integral to the success of this function
- Manage daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
- Manage supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
- Maintain the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with inventory control/warehouse personnel to determine and manage inventory needs.

Eclipse Cannabis Company is currently seeking a full time Inventory Manager. This position is a full-time hourly position reporting directly to the stores General Manager. 6) Inventory Audits/Compliance – periodic inventory audits matching physical count to Flowhub count to METRC count and investigating/correcting any discrepancies. Ensuring Eclipse Cannabis Company remains 100% compliant at all times in relation to inventory management and tracking.
7) New Products – Searching out new products and vendors based on store needs and customer requests. Requesting and procuring samples of new products and properly vetting potential wholesale partners. Keeping Eclipse Cannabis Company, a destination store for new and highly sought-after products.
8) Product Rotation – Ensuring products do not become stagnant on shelf and new flavors/strains are always added to rotation of product in addition to maintaining any staple items.
9) Promotions and Deals – Coordinating with store management on deals to be run based off of current/projected inventory levels as well as promotions passed along from vendor.
10) Attitude – keeping a positive attitude with vendors, staff members, and management at all times. Ensuring inventory never becomes a catalyst to any stress or disruption to the flow of sales at Eclipse Cannabis Company.
Ideal candidate will have previous cannabis industry (inventory preferred) experience with working knowledge of METRC and Flowhub (point of sale) software, up to date product and vendor knowledge, and an ardent desire to keep things organized and streamlined.
