- Responsible for dry room takedown, deboning plants, and curing procedures of post-harvest cannabis material. * Operate equipment to sort, debone, trim, or otherwise process cannabis material. * Organize and transfer material between processing stages. * Coordinate with PHP leadership for curing and processing timelines. * Sanitize all curing and pre-processing equipment. * Communicate with PHP leadership regarding quality, inventory, and general concerns. * Assist in stocking, organizing, and maintaining proper level of supplies used. * Accurate reporting of daily production. * Participate in deep cleaning of the PHP room and equipment. * Operate software utilized by SPP to print labels and maintain a compliant work station. * Follow all safety protocols to ensure a healthy work environment. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace. * Assist other PHP teams with miscellaneous tasks as needed. * Additional duties as described by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 21 years of age. * Ability to use hands, wrists, and forearms in a repetitive motion for duration of the shift. * Detail oriented with the ability to remain focused for long periods of time while performing repetitive tasks. * Ability to bend, walk, sit, or stand for long periods of time. * Work well independently and as part of a team. * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with reasonable assistance as needed. * Experience in the Washington cannabis industry is preferred. * Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, push & pull 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance)
- Ability to sit, squat, bend & kneel repetitively throughout and 8–10-hour workday
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must have reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
Work Schedule: Varies; Monday - Friday; 7:30a – 4:30p (weekends & holidays as needed)

Starting Pay: $14/Hr. ($15/Hr. after successful completion of 90-day assessment)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adhere to state compliance rules and regulations. Individual must conform to policies and procedures set forth by the Cultivation Manager
- Carry out post-harvest procedures for drying and curing of legally compliant medical marijuana set forth by the Cultivation Manager
- The Post-Harvest Assistant must be efficient, highly organized, and detail oriented.
- Effectively communicate the status of various dry/cure cohorts with multiple departmental heads.
- Keep dry and cure areas to the highest levels of cleanliness.
- Monitor product moisture levels and perform tasks when required by pre-existing protocols; but also suggest improvements when applicable.
- Complete paperwork for dry/cure processes and record precise product weights. Ensure production tracking spreadsheets are complete and updated.
- Keep up to date inventory levels for multiple strains and maintain a culture of professionalism.
- Knowledge of weights and measures. Good with math and able to record data accurately
- Protect medical marijuana from contamination and clean all medical marijuana processing equipment daily.
- The Post-Harvest Assistant must wear a valid, visible and current Dispensary Agent card at all times.
- Ensure product quality standards are maintained and consistently improved.
- Ensure post-harvest department has all necessary equipment and supplies.
- Maintain high standards for audits and enforce a clean and safe work environment
- Do not allow anyone without a valid and current Dispensary Agent card into the cultivation center. And non-Dispensary Agents must be accompanied by the owner or Cultivation Manager and must sign in with security.
Requirements & Qualifications
AA Degree or higher preferred
Must be 21 years of age or older
Excellent computer, mathematical, language, problem solving and reasoning skills
Previous experience in the cannabis industry is preferred
Great communication skills (oral and written)
Auditing experience
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing working environments, deadlines and working conditions
Ability to work independently
Motivation: must maintain a positive attitude and strong work energy
