Position Summary
You will be responsible for the oversight, strategic development and planning related to all aspects of training your client/patients.
The CPEC position leads the client/patient experience for the firm and drives our success in reaching high client satisfaction measures.
You will develop, implement, promote, manage and evaluate all of the programs, training and support for your client/patients.
