The PCT is responsible for creating relationships with customers and patients. This position involves performing routine clerical, secretarial, and administrative duties. Must be passionate about cannabis while complying with all state laws and regulations. This team member must be approachable, perceptive, and energetic while maintaining a positive unbiased morale.

Welcome customers and patients and check appropriate forms of identification. Experience in cash handling and point of sale Apply first in first out principles to inventory Showcase precision with data reporting in BioTrac THC Handle high stress situations, ambiguity and changing priorities Multi-task and quickly prioritize tasks Has an upbeat attitude and customer service demeanor Handles patient de-escalation with tactical empathy and compassion Maintain patient information in POS system. Answer telephone calls, provide pertinent company information to the caller, and retrieve messages for the appropriate personnel. Help to ensure the store and bathroom is stocked, clean, and in proper operational order. Perform related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing. Assist with additional store opening and closing duties as directed by the management team. Maintain privacy and confidentiality of patient information. Comply with all policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure. Follow policies and procedures for daily operations and fully comply with state medical cannabis regulations. Medical or clinical setting experience: preferred not required Cannabis or Related Advocacy Work : preferred and required Cannabis, CBD Therapy Experience: preferred will train Basic Knowledge of Terpenes and Cannabinoid Profiles Is up to date on all qualifying conditions for the state of New Mexico LECUA, NMDOH and NMMCP baseline knowledge: preferred, will train

Physical Demands This position is primarily sedentary but also involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. The employee periodically lifts and/or moves items that weigh more than 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Additionally, this position uses dexterity of the hands for data-entry as well as operates the record- keeping system.
