Job DescriptionReports to the Inventory. Control/Wholesale Fulfillment Manager. Responsible to learn all aspects of physical inventory within the company and the processes associated with inventory control, packaging and delivery of wholesale flower or its various forms.
PACKAGER-FLOWER RESPONSIBLITIES: Duties of this job include, but are not limited to:
- Assists with all data entry for wholesale flower coming from Snowflake, including but not limited to the following:

The Packager is responsible for packaging oil and flower products intoindividual size denominations. This position is also responsible for labeling, prepping and packaging finished orders for transfer to retail stores while maintaining department supplies and standards of cleanliness. The Packager must be prepared to package oil, flower or help other teammates as necessary. This position is based in a warehouse environment and must manage multiple parts of a dynamic process.
Responsibilities
Flower Packaging
- Verifies weight and properly records all starting data
- Packages sealed bags of flower into assigned increments
- Applies the correctly titled inventory, potency test result and ingredient labels to each finished container
- Prepares each finished order for transport with correct METRC and BioTracklabels
- Records all shake generated from orders in the shake tracking logs
- Works with other team members to ensure department efficiency and effective workflow
- Other duties as assigned
Oil Packaging
- Performs all stages of processing syringes and cartridges
- Operate packaging machinery that utilizes pressure and heat
- Applies labels to all products
- Gathers inventory
- Tracks and records oil and waste
- Other duties as assigned
Miscellaneous Tasks
- Stocks/restocks all workstations
- Maintains the cleanliness of equipment and workstations including shared areas (kitchens, bathrooms, facilities, etc.)
- Monitors inventory and alerts Packaging Assistant Manager when supply levels become low
- Assists in inventory counts and audits
- Maintains compliance in all process/procedures and makes recommendations for improvement
- Other duties as assigned

Total compensation
All employees working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for medical, dental and vision benefits on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment. We are currently looking for entry level people to fill a production Flower Packager job. The job would include working with various forms of cannabis to weigh,bottle,sticker and package flower products.
- All applicants must have a current MED badge and be able to provide fingerprints and pass a background check.

- Current resident of Colorado.
There is a long list of tasks you may be asked to perform on the job, but a qualified candidate will possess these skills:
- Label Bottles: Should be able to retain knowledge of label types and understand the components of compliance surrounding packaging and labeling; and apply labels to products as outlined in the standard bottling procedure
- Weights and Measures: Should thoroughly understand operation and routine maintenance of single load cell and combination scales.
- Filling machine operation: Should be able to learn to operate the automated filling machine. Ability to operate with a sense of urgency, work efficiently and accurately to ensure that bottles are filled and capped correctly is essential.
- Maintain Inventory: Should be able maintain accurate counts of bottled product, as well as back-stock and inventory to be moved to retail locations. Must assist Logistics Manager in maintaining inventory of packaging supplies and equipment.
- Take Direction: Bottlers report to the Production Manager and the Packaging Manager, who are in charge of the daily operations of the Bottling Team and may assign tasks as needed
- Computer Literacy: Should be able to use a windows operating system including Microsoft Office, the POS system, and inventory software. Should have a knowledge of web-based menus and applications
- Cannabis Knowledge: Should possess a willingness to learn strain genetics and morphology, as well as signs of disease or other quality issues.
- Compliance Knowledge: Must be aware of all laws surrounding packaging and labeling compliance and medical or retail business operations
