Their duties include overseeing routine production activities, troubleshooting and solving issues that arise on a production floor and ensuring a safe and clean production workspace.
Essential Job Function:
- Develop production planning, communicates responsibilities, establish production time line, and ensure results are achieved.
- Address all quality related problems and provide prompt resolutions and recommendations so as to minimize production interruption.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Field all questions/ concerns of depot staff in the Manager’s absence
- Train depot staff in all aspects of daily operations
- Flex into any position as needed throughout the day
- Attempt to find coverage for all open shifts in the event of an absence or call-out
- Efficiently and effectively receive and store goods per standard operating procedures.
- Pick and pack customer orders ensuring a high level of quality and productivity.
- Receive Bulk Orders from vendors (move boxes) into the warehouse
- Manage storage (storing compactly and safely) and regulate storage space for billing purposes
- Build delivery associate kits for their respective shifts
- Check-in delivery associates for their respective shifts
- Track returned orders, log and restock failed orders, and reprint receipts for delivery associates on the road that received price adjustments for successful deliveries.
- Support delivery associates with on-the-road issues
- Debrief delivery associates upon their return
- Monitor the flow of paperwork to appropriate departments for timely data entry and compliance
- Adhere to safety, quality and production standards
- Monitor drivers and picking performance to ensure daily goals are met
- Support manager on duty when in need of assistance
- Follow state and local compliance regarding cannabis.

The Driver Operations team is responsible for building and managing a scalable operating environment for a fast growing cannabis delivery with plans for expansive growth. This team is tasked with daily operations such as launching drivers, devising load balanced driver routes, vehicle maintenance, and reporting daily/weekly/monthly targets. This individual will be primarily responsible for assisting the AM manager with all daily tasks, planning and reporting. Job Summary
The Operation Lead reports to the General Manager and is responsible for day to day and oversight of the processing room. Determines operational needs, maintain inventory control and menu accuracy; train and lead operation associates, and proactively solve processing-related problems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Field all questions/ concerns of depot staff in the Manager’s absence
- Train depot staff in all aspects of daily operations
- Flex into any position as needed throughout the day
- Attempt to find coverage for all open shifts in the event of an absence or call-out
- Efficiently and effectively receive and store goods per standard operating procedures.
- Pick and pack customer orders ensuring a high level of quality and productivity.
- Receive Bulk Orders from vendors (move boxes) into the warehouse
- Manage storage (storing compactly and safely) and regulate storage space for billing purposes
- Build delivery associate kits for their respective shifts
- Check-in delivery associates for their respective shifts
- Track returned orders, log and restock failed orders, and reprint receipts for delivery associates on the road that received price adjustments for successful deliveries.
- Support delivery associates with on-the-road issues
- Debrief delivery associates upon their return
- Monitor the flow of paperwork to appropriate departments for timely data entry and compliance
- Adhere to safety, quality and production standards
- Monitor drivers and picking performance to ensure daily goals are met
- Support manager on duty when in need of assistance
- Follow state and local compliance regarding cannabis.

Job Description:
The Driver Operations team is responsible for building and managing a scalable operating environment for a fast growing cannabis delivery with plans for expansive growth. This team is tasked with daily operations such as launching drivers, devising load balanced driver routes, vehicle maintenance, and reporting daily/weekly/monthly targets. This individual will be primarily responsible for assisting the AM manager with all daily tasks, planning and reporting. The business offers strong upward mobility and those who demonstrate and prove success will be rewarded with increased growth.
Responsibilities:
- Devising driver routes and ensuring coverage in all geographies. In the event of a driver call out, calling off duty drivers in will be required
- Assist with tracking driver Key Performance Indicators and ensuring these are met
- Creating reports to track performance of multiple key metrics
- Assist with basic vehicle maintenance
- When the need arises, delivering or handing off orders may be necessary
- Assisting with AM and PM driver launch and ensure all drivers are launched on time
- Assist drivers with route structuring, mileage reporting, and order creation
- Create and execute strategies to increase productivity and efficiency

- 2-3+ years of retail/CPG/ or operations experience

Job Summary
The Operation Lead reports to the General Manager and is responsible for day to day and oversight of the processing room. Determines operational needs, maintain inventory control and menu accuracy; train and lead operation associates, and proactively solve processing-related problems.

Job Description:
The Driver Operations team is responsible for building and managing a scalable operating environment for a fast growing cannabis delivery with plans for expansive growth. This team is tasked with daily operations such as launching drivers, devising load balanced driver routes, vehicle maintenance, and reporting daily/weekly/monthly targets. This individual will be primarily responsible for assisting the AM manager with all daily tasks, planning and reporting. The business offers strong upward mobility and those who demonstrate and prove success will be rewarded with increased growth.

- Devising driver routes and ensuring coverage in all geographies. In the event of a driver call out, calling off duty drivers in will be required
- Assist with tracking driver Key Performance Indicators and ensuring these are met
- Creating reports to track performance of multiple key metrics
- Assist with basic vehicle maintenance
- When the need arises, delivering or handing off orders may be necessary
- Assisting with AM and PM driver launch and ensure all drivers are launched on time
- Assist drivers with route structuring, mileage reporting, and order creation
- Create and execute strategies to increase productivity and efficiency

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Field all questions/ concerns of depot staff in the Manager’s absence
- Train depot staff in all aspects of daily operations
- Flex into any position as needed throughout the day
- Attempt to find coverage for all open shifts in the event of an absence or call-out
- Efficiently and effectively receive and store goods per standard operating procedures.
- Pick and pack customer orders ensuring a high level of quality and productivity.
- Receive Bulk Orders from vendors (move boxes) into the warehouse
- Manage storage (storing compactly and safely) and regulate storage space for billing purposes
- Build delivery associate kits for their respective shifts
- Check-in delivery associates for their respective shifts
- Track returned orders, log and restock failed orders, and reprint receipts for delivery associates on the road that received price adjustments for successful deliveries.
- Support delivery associates with on-the-road issues
- Debrief delivery associates upon their return
- Monitor the flow of paperwork to appropriate departments for timely data entry and compliance
- Adhere to safety, quality and production standards
- Monitor drivers and picking performance to ensure daily goals are met
- Support manager on duty when in need of assistance
- Follow state and local compliance regarding cannabis.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

We are growing – in more ways than one! Wilder is seeking an experienced leader to serve as the Lead Technical Grower to run the state-of-the-art vertical farm at Wilder Field’s new facility. This role is highly collaborative and will work closely with the Director of Operations and Head of Horticulture. The Lead Technical Grower will leverage objective data to manage Wilder’s growing environment to ensure yield and quality targets are met. This position requires the ability to design and execute production schedules and R&D experiments to meet project goals. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the plants and the systems.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the execution of daily farm operations including space allocation, seeding, transplanting, harvest, environmental control, fertigation, and irrigation
- Conduct pest and disease management
- Ensure all good manufacturing practices (GMPs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and policies are followed
- Ensure that environmental conditions, plant nutrition, and company processes are maintained
- Develop standard documentation for processes and procedures
- Setup and apply irrigation strategy guidelines as well as operational troubleshooting of water systems and equipment
- Implement fertilization strategy and plant protection strategy SOPs provided by the Head of Horticulture
- Supervise grow team performance in conjunction with the Director of Operations

Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in a management position in commercial greenhouse/CEA production

- Experience with fertilizers, chemicals, and irrigation
- Experience with data collection, analysis and documentation tools

Position Title: Operations Lead
Reports To: General Manager
Position Summary: This position requires a positive, can-do, “team like” attitude. Assist General Manager, and Supervisors with daily operations, import products received from our partnered distribution centers, follow all store and state guidelines like METRC when intaking product into our POS, re-stocking products, participating in weekly audits conducted on Sundays, responsible for giving/receiving change, assisting customers, cannabis compliance, customer/sales associate education. This is a Keyholder position. The right candidate will bring confidant energy, thorough perspective and must have attention to detail. This is a fast-paced position that requires the ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acting as the face of the dispensary, warmly greet every customer entering the showroom
- Actively engage customers in a warm and welcoming manner, offer personalized recommendations and solutions, and drive product sales
- Handle customer issues and complaints in a proactive and professional manner with customer retention always in mind, escalating to the appropriate parties when necessary
- Promote current sales promotions, marketing initiatives and new product launches to customers
- Complete sales transactions courteously and maintain proper accountability at registers
- Maintain store selling floor cleanliness, back-room organization, visual presentation and safety standards at all times
- Uphold inventory control to minimize loss by complying with all BCC and company inventory control procedures, product waste procedures and vendor delivery procedures.
- Through the point-of-sale system ensure each customer has a complete profile inclusive of email address, phone number, and how they heard of us
- Assist with dispensary operations and opening and closing procedures during hours of operation
- Adhere to all company-wide policies, process, procedures, and requirements
- Maintain a culture of high-quality customer service and communication
- Daily compliance with dispensary policies, including but not limited to the following: state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, inventory tracking, dress code, and work schedules
- Comply with all HR policies, including code of conduct, confidentiality and non-disclosure
- Contribute to team environment and company advancement in alignment with the strategic direction set by management
- Work with management team to increase sales and foot traffic
- Support in the management of dispensary sales and database, including weekly summaries of metrics
- Upload Metrc sales and send out end of day sales emails at the close of each business day if the manager is unavailable
- Verify the receipt of dispensary supplies, equipment, and other resources
- Execute customer service and quality surveys as assigned by management
- Assist with facility maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary including phone, utilities, technology, maintenance, repairs, stock and supplies.
- Notify Retail Manager about any customer or product concerns/complaints
- Notify Retail Manager about any operational (security, plumbing, HVAC, computers, etc.) issues

Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations pertaining to medical and/or retail cannabis.
- Must already possess or be able to qualify as a State approved cannabis employee.
- Must successfully pass an extensive background check.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Working knowledge of medical and/or retail cannabis industry.
- Working knowledge cannabis point of sale system is a plus.
- Excellent computer and data analytical skills
- Cash handling experience, min. 2 years of experience
- Reporting and Information Management: must have proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with process management, team problem solving, and inventory control.
- METRC knowledge and experience is required
- Leadership/Keyholder experience in a retail environment, cannabis industry preferred
- Minimum 1 year of Dispensary experience preferred.
- Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends.
- Must be 21 years or older.

- Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required for the proper management of the center.

Job Description:
The Driver Operations team is responsible for building and managing a scalable operating environment for a fast growing cannabis delivery with plans for expansive growth. This team is tasked with daily operations such as launching drivers, devising load balanced driver routes, vehicle maintenance, and reporting daily/weekly/monthly targets. This individual will be primarily responsible for assisting the AM manager with all daily tasks, planning and reporting. - Devising driver routes and ensuring coverage in all geographies. In the event of a driver call out, calling off duty drivers in will be required
- Assist with tracking driver Key Performance Indicators and ensuring these are met

- When the need arises, delivering or handing off orders may be necessary

QUALIFICATIONS
This person should hold at least a BA in a Scientific discipline from a major university or be extremely open minded towards innovative regenerative agricultural practices with a strong work history in organic crop production. General description:
The Nursery Operations Lead (NOL) is responsible for overseeing the on-site operations of our Cannabis Nursery. This position works directly with the Cultivation & Order Fulfillment Teams to ensure proper execution of the nurseries Master Crop Plan. The NOL requires critical thinking to schedule and properly train team members, make day-to-day operational decisions, and adapt to a rapidly changing work environment. This position ensures key performance indicators are in place and production targets are met.

- Create an Action plan of projects and tasks
- Check in on action plan items daily with all employees who are responsible for tasks on the action plan, hold accountability
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, & retain team members as needed
- Train Assistants and Greenhouse technicians to properly perform operations that comply with Nursery SOPs
- Ensure Assistant Leads are professionally training and supervising all nursery employees
- Provide a weekly email summary to the CEO on operations status and upcoming budgetary needs
- Submit weekly purchase requests to CEO/CFO
- Schedule special labor needs for big work pushes
- Create weekly production schedule to fulfill crop plan
- Support Assistants in working with plant health team lead to ensure fertigation system is operating correctly
- Support Assistants to take on projects such as loading and unloading greenhouses
- Other Nursery related tasks as needed from time to time
BEGINNING SALARY WILL BE $52,000 ~ $65,000 ANNUALLY AND COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE
