Role
In this role, your main responsibility will be to assist patients in selecting appropriate medical cannabis products for their needs and are the product expert on duty at the store. Patient Care Advisors engage in one-on-one interaction with patients from the time they walk in until they check out and exit the store. Responsibilities

*Help all patients in accordance with Sanctuary’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives. *Follow established policies for sales and customer service to ensure patient satisfaction. *Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store. *Help patients make the right choices by knowing how different methods of cannabis consumption affect our patients differently and suggesting dosage starting points and upward titration for inexperienced patients. *Complete any work assigned during scheduled shift including: *Correct cash handling and discount application *Verification of proper paperwork, documentation and ID for patients *Accurate use and maintenance of the Point Of Sale (POS) system; Accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles in both the POS system and the state's electronic verification system *Maintenance of hard copy files (when required) *Security measures and safety compliance *Maintenance of an organized and clean store *Management of visitor log *Maintenance of open communication with the management team and other coworkers *Reporting of employee issues or patient situations *Provide any necessary support to the management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations, including: daily activities, maintenance, and patient information for any reported issues and/or complaints.
Qualifications

The Field Sales Representative is an established position within a high volume regulated Medical and Adult-use licensed Optional Premises Cultivation. The Field Sales Representative is responsible for sales activities (appointments, proposals, cold calls, telephone calls, e-mails, direct mailers, etc.)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct timely, professional on-site visits to customer ·
- Work with customers to determine their specific needs
- Manage customer orders to completion
- Follow up regarding customer satisfaction after order completion
- Negotiate prices based on volume, market trends, supply vs demand.
- Participate in local and regional trade/marketing events

The Sales Associate will serve as the primary person responsible for developing relationships within the industry and selling Galenas products to every buyer in the State of Ohio. This person is expected to work efficiently with minimal guidance, abide by established quality standards - per the Ohio Medical Marijuana Control Program, as well as internally - and maintain a safe and clean work environment with a positive, friendly, and knowledgeable attitude. Responsibilities
- Position reports directly to Director of Sales
- Meet monthly sales goals as outlined by Director of Sales
- Distribute menu in accordance with Strategic Distribution Best Practices
- Create and complete all Purchase Order forms
- Develop, maintain, and distribute contact lists
- Maintain relationships with all dispensary locations on a consistent basis, including phone, email, and in-person monthly visits
- Work with Director of Cultivation to stay up-to-date on product offerings
- Work with Marketing to build Calendar of Events to drive Sales; discounts, promotions, events, festivals, etc.
- Seek out new business opportunities

Skills

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team! While the work is hard and the office can be stressful, it is rewarding, and opportunity for advancement is a huge part of who we are.
Palm Beach Gardens is our headquarters as we open more offices around the state. You will be responding to requests for information / appointments and calling perspective patients back on the phone. You will handle existing patient inquiries, patient concerns, rescheduling requests while meeting performance metrics and quality service goals in a team atmosphere.You will also be expected to perform clerical and administrative functions as well as assisting the Doctor in seeing patients as effectively as possible. Must be able to self start and take the lead on projects. A winning and positive attitude even when dealing with difficult patients is a must! The office is open 7 days a week so some weekend work will be required.
This is a full-time job, 40 hours a week is required.
This is not a job for those with reserved or meek personalities. Must take commands and constructive criticism in a positive manner.

Responsibilities:
- Make 300-150 outbound calls and get prospective patients to schedule appointments
- Overcome objectives during outbound sales call
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Remind patients of upcoming visits
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Maintaining of general office and supplies
- Maintaining general office finances (limited)
- Perform all other office tasks
- Assist the doctor as needed with medical records
- Assist the doctor with the necessary technology to be effective
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales and closing (non-retail) is a must
- Must be able to handle a stressful work environment and demanding clients.
- High school diploma required, Associates and Batchelor degree preferred
- Proficient with Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter (Advertising experience on these platforms preferred)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Mastery of PC and Mac
- Proficient with Microsoft Word. Proficiency with Quickbooks, Athena (or other EMR), and or Excel is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Light travel will be required
- Driven
- Takes directions well
- Strong organizational skills
- MUST have your own, reliable transportation, be willing to travel as necessary

Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- Ensuring all intake forms and other paperwork are properly completed and filed correctly, then enters all appropriate information in ADILAS for future reference
- Confirming patient purchase limits prior to admission into the consultation area and informing the appropriate pharmacist of such limits
- Providing Exceptional Customer Care by promoting and maintaining positive customer relations
- Responding to calls or emails from customers requesting product, training, and general information
- Management of patient records through the use of an MMJ database
- Maintenance and update of databases as needed
- Fulfillment of customer orders
- Responsible for the sales and promotion of all Patriot Care products
- Building and maintaining a high level of integrity and trust for specific products
Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Two years of direct customer service experience required.
- Retail experience a strong plus
- Experience with Point-of-Sales systems
- Understanding of and experience with Windows Operating System and Microsoft Outlook
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time, use hands to perform manual tasks, and lift or move up to 10 pounds (or more with assistance). Must be able to speak and communicate verbally with co-workers, customers, vendors, etc. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
