We are seeking a digitally focused marketing professional to join our progressive in-house brand marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our company’s digital footprint. This includes Demand generation implementation, end user communications such as email creation, text program, digital marketing campaign delivery, campaign analytic review, as well as marketing project coordination for our vast product offering within our vertical markets such as healthcare, pharma, cannabis, MRO, hospitality, grocery, foodservice and more.
You will work closely with our creative, sales & marketing teams to expand our presence through creative content delivery and demand gen practices that will positively impact our channels as well as customers’ experience. The preferred candidate should be knowledgeable in marketing coordination practices, HubSpot marketing, content management and have moderate design skills.

Primary Responsibilities
- Support Vertical Market Managers with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinating projects and activities for Foodservice, Healthcare, & Commercial Markets.
- Facilitate end-user Hubspot centric campaigns by coordinating with the team to implement all digital campaigns.
- Champion for Hubspot marketing tool. Responsible for user permissions, contract and billing needs, system updates.
- Merge with our designers in digital production development for landing pages, promotions, and eMail campaigns
- Curate market data, customer contact information, sales date to support Market Managers.
- Routing marketing collateral, digital campaigns, promotions, Sales training, through all development phases.
- Event planning & trade show support: Coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
- Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must thrive working in a fast-paced, innovative environment with an ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines
- Proven commitment to delivering excellent internal and external customer service
- Strong analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Evidence of continuing education, such as certifications, inbound marketing is a plus.
- Branding & design experience a plus.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite & Microsoft Excel preferred.
