WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Provide structure and organization for projects and customer experience initiatives of various sizes for the organization.

About the Job:
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Operations Manager position will be leading the project management and cross-functional coordination of the Brand Launch Playbook (a comprehensive project management toolkit for bringing brands to market) and the campaign reporting associated with current marketing campaigns.
- Support the management and tracking for all marketing initiatives in accordance with the Brand Launch Playbook
- Ensure an effective, timely and cost-conscious roll-out of each activity associated with launch, and seek to improve internal processes based on experience.
- Partner with cross-functional group consisting of Sales & Retail management, Operations, and Legal/Compliance to keep brand initiatives on time and moving forward (logistics, meeting coordination, documentation)
- Hold monthly campaign reporting meetings and lead conversations about necessary adjustments or improvements to ensure goals are set and met. Deliver monthly marketing performance reports with meaningful insights to optimize program performance
- Responsible for day to day tracking and reporting of media performance.
- Accountable for informing and iterating on a plan in a fast-paced environment.

PRODUCTION PROJECT MANAGER, MARKETING OPERATIONS
Reports to: Director, Marketing Operations
Position Overview:
The Production Project Manager will ensure marketing production projects run efficiently and deliver on time and on budget. Working across the entire organization, the main focus of this role will be confirming specs for new pharmaceutical/CPG products and sourcing materials through the supply chain. Working well as a collaborative team member is imperative to success in the role, as is the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment where systems and processes are still being developed and maturing.
Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- Aligning with internal team on specifications for packaging; documenting and socializing final requirements
- Recommend efficient workflows, processes, and materials based on deep experience with supply chain sourcing.
- Heavy vendor management – triple bidding vendors as required for new packaging components.
- Keep detailed project risk logs, surfacing problems or roadblocks with project before they affect deadlines.
- Work with internal stakeholders to confirm manufacturing specs – recommend packaging solutions that are compatible with existing machinery.
- Work with creative team to produce die-lines to spec.
- Route creative to internal stakeholders and document compliance approvals.
Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
- All applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or other relevant field required, Master’s degree strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in project management and/or development and a professional project manager certification such as PMP, PSM etc. preferred.
- Marketing experience in a consumer product, retail, or pharmaceutical environment preferred including strong packaging experience.
- Experience working in an FDA or state regulated environment a plus. Medical marijuana product knowledge desired.
- Team player – ability to work well with many different personality types with ease.
- Can-do, tenacious attitude. Ability to navigate new or unchartered territory with professionalism.
- Must work well under pressure, within tight timelines and constantly shifting priorities.
