Role Summary-
As Marketing Administrator for Rocky Mountain Cannabis, you will support the VP of Marketing in identifying general marketing needs and developing and

Responsibilities-

- Manage and maintain RMC Mobile App performance, creatives, text/push notification program and communicate updates, reports, & changes with store and regional management and the marketing team.

Job Description
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will work with the marketing and brand team to ensure the organization and utilization of marketing materials and brand initiatives in market. The ideal candidate is a highly organized “doer” lending them the ability to dig in and solve problems in real time. Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Events
- Actively search for upcoming Cannabis-related events and provide details to management to discuss potential attendance and sponsorship

Marketing Administrative Assistant

Nature's Remedy of Massachusetts, Inc. is a rapidly-growing cannabis company with licensed cultivation, product manufacturing, and dispensary operations. We have an exciting opportunity for an entry-level, passionate marketing-focused Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This position will be expected to use creative and analytical problem-solving skills to support a variety of ambiguous projects with a strong focus on Marketing. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative related tasks and exhibits a high level of independence, resourcefulness, efficiency, confidentiality, and professionalism. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of driving projects to completion. Expert-level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability, and attention to detail are equally important.
This position reports to Nature's Remedy's Chief Marketing Officer based in Westboro, MA.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Assist Chief Marketing Officer in various projects including:
o Administrative tasks
o Retail support projects
o Retail menu updates
o Maintenance of sales and marketing trackers
o Various marketing projects
o Data and sales analyses
· Assist in managing cross-channel marketing programs and collect data through internal and external analysis to develop actionable reports and initiatives
· Create and execute campaigns for digital and print channels, including website, social media, email, text, presentations, signage, video, advertising, sales, educational, promotional materials, merchandising, etc.
· Writing, designing, and recording original content, often in collaboration with subject matter experts and Nature's Remedy Marketing/Retail/Cultivation departments
· Execution and maintenance of a daily content calendar (Instagram, blog, website, Facebook, internal/external newsletters, text campaigns, etc.)
· SEO, data planning and tracking, marketing implementation
· Monitor, assess, and report on digital marketing against KPIs and goals
· Ensure consistency of brand across all marketing channels and retail storefronts
· Identify and organize community outreach and marketing events
· Coordinate with third party vendors and suppliers relating to assigned projects
· Prepare and manage existing and develop new educational/marketing/advertising content for customers
Adminstrative:
· Interact with internal and external vendors and customers, executives and assistants, to coordinate a variety of meetings
· Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
· Arrange travel schedule and reservations for management as needed and prepare expense reports
· Provide administrative support, phone coverage, to other executives/senior management as needed
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field required
· Advanced in Excel
· Proficient in email marketing platforms/CRM
· Proficient in social media management
· Adobe Illustrator and Indesign experience preferred
· Superior organizational and communication skills
· Knowledge of cannabis industry
· Excellent judgment in decision-making, problem solving, and attention to detail
· Ability to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
· Ability to enjoy, absorb and tolerate a high degree of ambiguity, while working in a highly dynamic, ever-changing, fun environment
· May work holidays and weekends
· Willingness to drive to various company locations throughout Massachusetts
· Must be 21+ and willing to submit to a background check
