Logistic Associates perform delivery service responsibilities for KindRun, a Delivery Operator Marijuana Establishment with Warehouse and fleet headquartered in Hudson, MA.
All Logistic Associates must be comfortable on the road and responsibly handling a company vehicle, as well as ensuring successful fulfillment of orders through KindRun operating systems. Due of the regulated nature of our products, associates must have an eye for detail and follow delivery procedures thoroughly to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.
The Logistics Associate serves as an extension of KindRun’s extraordinary customer service through customer interactions that are compassionate, genuine, and respectful.
This role will report to the Logistics Manager at our direct-to-consumer cannabis delivery distribution center in Hudson, MA.
This position will be for evening and weekend shifts, 1pm-930pm. Ability to cover employee's other shifts strongly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ability to coordinate and problem solve in a professional manner with customers, vendors, visitors, and team members.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure customer retention with Kindrun.
- Answer inbound communications appropriately and maintain proper communication etiquette. This includes communication through phone, email, and social channels.
- Diligent identification reconciliation throughout an order’s lifecycle.

Job Summary
AYR Wellness is looking for a Logistics Driver. This role will report to the Logistics Manager as part of the AYR Wellness Logistics Team. They will ensure the safe and secure delivery of AYR products via company delivery vehicle to both AYR locations and wholesale locations throughout the state.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Makes secure/monitored deliveries from the cultivation facility to AYR dispensaries and other AYR customer locations.
- Ensures safety practices are used when driving AYR company vehicles.
- Inspects AYR delivery vehicles before deliveries ensuring vehicle are safe for deliveries.
- Ensuring valid inspection sticker and vehicle registration paperwork is up to date and in delivery vehicles.
- Brings vehicles to repair locations when maintenance issues arise such as brake jobs, new tires, oil changes, windshield wiper blades, inspections, etc.
- Maintain vehicles to operational standard - insure vacuumed, washed, and other incidentals
- Maintain fuel levels – at least ½ tank and assure that they are fueled for the next day.
- Must be able to understand road maps related to the state highways and roads.
- Become familiar with MJ and Leaf Logics programs to understand the delivery Manifest.
- Safe and secure handling of customer received payment checks during deliveries.
- In down time, report to Packaging or Fulfilment for assignment.
- Perform and participate in additional projects and priorities as needed.
- Assists in fostering a positive work environment, treating everyone with dignity and respect while perpetuating a curiosity for “everything cannabis”.

Scope of Position
AYR Wellness is looking for a Logistics Driver. This role will report to the Logistics Manager as part of the AYR Wellness Logistics Team. They will ensure the safe and secure delivery of AYR products via company delivery vehicle to both AYR locations and wholesale locations throughout the state.
Primary Responsibilities
- Makes secure/monitored deliveries from Ayr locations to licensed facilities per state regulations.
- Pick delivery orders accurately and efficiently.
- Print out manifests, add directions, and correct driver / van information if incorrect.
- Double check each manifest to the physical shipment for accuracy.
- Use GPS to ensure that daily delivery routes are efficient and timely.
- Communicates any requests or unresolved concerns to management immediately.
- Oversees the intake process on location, ensuring that appropriate records and paperwork are submitted, and confidential information is maintained appropriately.
- Adapts to varied sales volume and stays active by initiating continued learning activities, creating an engaging environment, and assisting in keeping logistics areas clean and safe.
- Follows compliance practices and prevents the diversion of cannabis.
- Ensure safety practices are used when driving Ayr’s company vehicles.
- Inspects Ayr’s delivery vehicles before deliveries ensuring vehicle is safe for deliveries.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- This is a hands-on, cannabis production and delivery position.
- You will be working in an indoor production, warehouse-like environment and in a delivery vehicle.
- Delivery routes will contain highway/city driving as well as suburban/rural driving.
- Rooms are industrially lit and feature heavy machinery sounds at times. Delivery van seats two.
- Kneeling, squatting, lifting, bending, walking, pivoting, standing all expected activities.
- Expect to lift 25 – 35lbs regularly and weights up to 50lbs occasionally while loading and unloading transfer vehicles.
- Timekeeping (clock-in/out) utilizes biometric screening (facial and/or fingerprint scan). Employees have option to opt out and utilize other clock-in/out procedures.

Scope of Position
Logistics Driver is responsible for the safe and secure delivery of cannabis products from the production facilities to our wholesale partners and retail locations. The Logistics Driver serves as an extension of AYR’s extraordinary customer service through interactions that are compassionate, genuine, and respectful. Primary Responsibilities
- Makes secure/monitored deliveries from Ayr locations to licensed facilities per state regulations.
- Pick delivery orders accurately and efficiently utilizing Leaf Logix, METRC, and Leaf Link software.
- Print out manifests, add directions, and correct driver / van information if incorrect.
- Double check each manifest to the physical shipment for accuracy.
- Use GPS to ensure that daily delivery routes are efficient and timely.
- Guarantee wholesale customer questions or concerns are resolved quickly and completely.
- Communicates any requests or unresolved concerns to management immediately.
- Oversees the intake process on location, ensuring that appropriate records and paperwork are submitted, and confidential information is maintained appropriately.
- Adapts to varied sales volume and stays active by initiating continued learning activities, creating an engaging environment, and assisting in keeping logistics areas clean and safe.
- Follows compliance practices and prevents the diversion of cannabis.
- Ensure safety practices are used when driving Ayr’s company vehicles.
- Inspects Ayr’s delivery vehicles before deliveries ensuring vehicle is safe for deliveries.
- Ensuring valid inspection sticker and vehicle registration paperwork is up to date and in delivery vehicles.
- Brings vehicles to repair locations when maintenance issues arise such as brake jobs, new tires, oil changes, windshield wiper blades, inspections, etc.
- Maintain vehicles to operational standard - insure vacuumed, washed, and other incidentals.
- Maintain fuel levels.
- Perform and participate job duties for other departments if there are no Logistics tasks, this includes packaging, processing, and cultivation.
- Completes given assignments before leaving for the day.

Role Summary:
The Driver will promptly distribute products and work materials to our customers and business partners. They will represent our company professionally and cost-effectively to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Driver will transport product between Trulieve facilities and various locations throughout the state. The Driver will be expected to work various hours with irregular shifts and days
- Load and unload vehicles at the destination; prepare transportation manifests and ensure that all appropriate signatures are obtained as per DOH regulations
- Follow routes and schedule
- Maintain professional communication with customers to relay times of arrival and status updates
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
- Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
- Complete logs and reports
- Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
- All other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as a Driver, with at least five years experience in commercial delivery
- Must have a valid driver’s license along with a good driving record (no violations) record
- CDL license is strongly preferred
- Must have complete open availability as this position often requires last-minute long-distance trips throughout Florida
- Prior experience operating commercial box trucks and refrigeration systems
- Ability to drive in a variety of weather and traffic conditions.
- Possess the ability to professionally and respectfully engage with personnel, visitors, government agencies and the general public.

Additional Minimum Qualifications:

Scope of Position
Logistics Driver is responsible for the safe and secure delivery of cannabis products from the production facilities to our wholesale partners and retail locations. The Logistics Driver serves as an extension of AYR’s extraordinary customer service through interactions that are compassionate, genuine, and respectful. Logistics Drivers are expected to contribute to make the work atmosphere which encourages forward thinking, embraces inclusion, and practices generosity of spirit. Ayr Wellness is dedicated to becoming the foremost provider of sustainably grown premium cannabis products to our communities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Makes secure/monitored deliveries from Ayr locations to licensed facilities per state regulations.
- Pick delivery orders accurately and efficiently utilizing Leaf Logix, METRC, and Leaf Link software.
- Print out manifests, add directions, and correct driver / van information if incorrect.
- Double check each manifest to the physical shipment for accuracy.
- Use GPS to ensure that daily delivery routes are efficient and timely.
- Guarantee wholesale customer questions or concerns are resolved quickly and completely.
- Communicates any requests or unresolved concerns to management immediately.
- Oversees the intake process on location, ensuring that appropriate records and paperwork are submitted, and confidential information is maintained appropriately.
- Adapts to varied sales volume and stays active by initiating continued learning activities, creating an engaging environment, and assisting in keeping logistics areas clean and safe.
- Follows compliance practices and prevents the diversion of cannabis.
- Ensure safety practices are used when driving Ayr’s company vehicles.
- Inspects Ayr’s delivery vehicles before deliveries ensuring vehicle is safe for deliveries.
- Ensuring valid inspection sticker and vehicle registration paperwork is up to date and in delivery vehicles.
- Brings vehicles to repair locations when maintenance issues arise such as brake jobs, new tires, oil changes, windshield wiper blades, inspections, etc.
- Maintain vehicles to operational standard - insure vacuumed, washed, and other incidentals.
- Maintain fuel levels.
- Perform and participate job duties for other departments if there are no Logistics tasks, this includes packaging, processing, and cultivation.
- Completes given assignments before leaving for the day.
Qualifications
- Must possess basic math, computer, and cash handling skills.
- Able to pass all background checks as mandated by the state.

At Olde World Remedies, the Cannabis Logistics and Delivery Driver is primarily responsible for a wide range of activities relating to coordinating the safe delivery of orders and providing excellent customer service. Job Summary
AYR Wellness is looking for a Logistics Driver. This role will report to the Logistics Manager as part of the AYR Wellness Logistics Team. They will ensure the safe and secure delivery of AYR products via company delivery vehicle to both AYR locations and wholesale locations throughout the state.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Makes secure/monitored deliveries from the cultivation facility to AYR dispensaries and other AYR customer locations.
- Ensures safety practices are used when driving AYR company vehicles.
- Inspects AYR delivery vehicles before deliveries ensuring vehicle are safe for deliveries.
- Ensuring valid inspection sticker and vehicle registration paperwork is up to date and in delivery vehicles.
- Brings vehicles to repair locations when maintenance issues arise such as brake jobs, new tires, oil changes, windshield wiper blades, inspections, etc.
- Maintain vehicles to operational standard - insure vacuumed, washed, and other incidentals
- Maintain fuel levels – at least ½ tank and assure that they are fueled for the next day.

- Become familiar with MJ and Leaf Logics programs to understand the delivery Manifest.

- In down time, report to Packaging or Fulfilment for assignment.
- Perform and participate in additional projects and priorities as needed.
- Assists in fostering a positive work environment, treating everyone with dignity and respect while perpetuating a curiosity for “everything cannabis”.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as a Driver, with at least 5 years’ experience in commercial delivery

- Prior experience operating commercial box trucks and refrigeration systems

Role Summary:
The Driver will distribute products and work materials promptly to our customers and business partners. They will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Driver will transport product between Trulieve facilities and various locations throughout the state. The Driver will be expected to work various hours with irregular shifts and days
- Load and unload vehicles at the destination; prepare transportation manifests and ensure that all appropriate signatures are obtained as per DOH regulations
- Follow routes and time schedule
- Maintain professional communication with customers to relay times of arrival and status updates
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
- Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
- Complete logs and reports
- Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
- All other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as a Driver, with at least 5 years experience in commercial delivery
- Must have a valid driver’s license along with a good driving record (no violations) record
- CDL license is strongly preferred
- Must have complete open availability as this position often requires last-minute long-distance trips throughout Florida
- Prior experience operating commercial box trucks and refrigeration systems
- Ability to drive in a variety of weather and traffic conditions.
- Possess the ability to professionally and respectfully engage with personnel, visitors, government agencies and the general public.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Additional Minimum Qualifications:
- Florida Driver's License or ability to obtain one.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
- Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks
- Must be able to handle organic matter daily, able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater)
- Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as; reading, viewing a computer terminal, and visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions
- Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise)
Work Schedule:
40+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on department needs. Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.

- Maintain fuel levels – at least ½ tank and assure that they are fueled for the next day.

- Safe and secure handling of customer received payment checks during deliveries.
- In down time, report to Packaging or Fulfilment for assignment.

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a full time Driver for our growing facility. As a driver, you will be responsible for making deliveries of medical cannabis to dispensaries throughout the state as part of a driving team. The driver is also responsible for planning routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries, providing exceptional customer service at the dispensaries, and following state laws and regulations governing the delivery of cannabis. This position will fulfill Packaging duties during delivery downtime.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Safely transport medication to dispensaries
Must have a thorough understanding of all state regulations related to delivery/distribution of medical cannabis and ensure full compliance by all department staff
Execute all deliveries on time and communicating any delays to the Logistics Manager and dispensary
Follow all rules of the road
Proper cash handling and acceptance of cash from dispensaries
Ensure all vehicles are clean and properly maintained
Keep detailed records on all vehicle maintenance and issues
Complete all necessary paperwork (checklist, rejection sheet)
Communicate with packaging and sales department to resolve product issues
Communicate with dispensaries as needed about schedule
Work in the packaging department as needed
Develop positive relationships with dispensaries
Maintain driver logs
Excellent customer service, time management and organization skills
Fulfill Packaging duties as needed
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
Must have flexible schedule in order to accommodate delivery routes
Ability to read maps and use GPS
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
