Lite DePalma Greenberg & Afanador, LLC seeks an attorney with 3-5 years’ experience to work in a practice that currently handles the following types of matters in federal and state courts: civil rights claims, police practices and excessive force matters, employment litigation and labor counseling, title 59 tort defense, cannabis representation, complex commercial litigation, rent control litigation, and criminal defense. Primary responsibilities will involve drafting research memos and pleadings, handling discovery responses (including ESI), and fact investigation.
Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Candidates must be self-starters with strong time-management skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Must be barred in New Jersey.
