Job Summary
The Lead Packaging Technician is responsible for safe and effective packaging and labeling of medical cannabis for ingestion/inhalation. The Role
This position is responsible for the safety and productivity of production employees, as well as enforcing Company, Local, State and Federal policies, rules and regulations. The Lead is accountable for ensuring that production scheduled for completion is executed in a timely manner and within all quality parameters. Job Summary
The Lead Packaging Technician is responsible for safe and effective packaging and labeling of medical cannabis for ingestion/inhalation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the packaging technician staff to achieve shift packaging goals for final packaging of products. This position will work closely with the Packaging Supervisor to organize work, train staff and monitor production and quality.
Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.
- Set up room for efficient operation of trimming, pre rolling, and packaging
- Convert in Biotrack flower from cultivation batch record to trim, grind, finish product, and waste records
- Accurately fill out Master batch record (TTLF's, TLF's, TGR's, TPR's) both paper and electronically (EBR)
- Collect hourly metrics from trim, preroll, packaging, and biotrack labeling/QA
- Accurately maintain the DMR (daily manufacturing report) to ensure reconciliation of flower and accuracy and completeness of data
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
- Help monitor and manage packaging equipment, supplies and inventory.
- Executing all filling and packaging procedures in an efficient manner in compliance with company's SOP's and all applicable manufacturing procedures.
- Perform in-process and post-process sampling according to protocols or batch records.
- Support new product lines and process development as needed.
- Ensuring compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures.

The Role
This position is responsible for the safety and productivity of production employees, as well as enforcing Company, Local, State and Federal policies, rules and regulations. The Lead is accountable for ensuring that production scheduled for completion is executed in a timely manner and within all quality parameters. Additional duties of assisting with maintaining/running/cleaning mechanical equipment; and fill in for supervisor when needed. This person will also be responsible for tracking product electronically in the state traceability system to ensure compliance with program regulations. Responsible for assisting with production, which includes but is not limited to inventory management and workplace safety.

Job Summary
The Lead Packaging Technician is responsible for safe and effective packaging and labeling of medical cannabis for ingestion/inhalation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the packaging technician staff to achieve shift packaging goals for final packaging of products. This position will work closely with the Packaging Supervisor to organize work, train staff and monitor production and quality.

- Set up room for efficient operation of trimming, pre rolling, and packaging
- Convert in Biotrack flower from cultivation batch record to trim, grind, finish product, and waste records
- Accurately fill out Master batch record (TTLF's, TLF's, TGR's, TPR's) both paper and electronically (EBR)
- Collect hourly metrics from trim, preroll, packaging, and biotrack labeling/QA
- Accurately maintain the DMR (daily manufacturing report) to ensure reconciliation of flower and accuracy and completeness of data
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
- Help monitor and manage packaging equipment, supplies and inventory.
- Executing all filling and packaging procedures in an efficient manner in compliance with company's SOP's and all applicable manufacturing procedures.
- Perform in-process and post-process sampling according to protocols or batch records.
- Support new product lines and process development as needed.
- Ensuring compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures.

Job Summary
The Lead Packaging Technician is responsible for safe and effective packaging and labeling of medical cannabis for ingestion/inhalation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the packaging technician staff to achieve shift packaging goals for final packaging of products. This position will work closely with the Packaging Supervisor to organize work, train staff and monitor production and quality.

- Set up room for efficient operation of trimming, pre rolling, and packaging
- Convert in Biotrack flower from cultivation batch record to trim, grind, finish product, and waste records
- Accurately fill out Master batch record (TTLF's, TLF's, TGR's, TPR's) both paper and electronically (EBR)
- Collect hourly metrics from trim, preroll, packaging, and biotrack labeling/QA
- Accurately maintain the DMR (daily manufacturing report) to ensure reconciliation of flower and accuracy and completeness of data
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
- Help monitor and manage packaging equipment, supplies and inventory.
- Executing all filling and packaging procedures in an efficient manner in compliance with company's SOP's and all applicable manufacturing procedures.
- Perform in-process and post-process sampling according to protocols or batch records.
- Support new product lines and process development as needed.
- Ensuring compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures.

LEAD PRODUCTION TECHINICAN JOB SUMMARY:
Multifaceted key member of operations team responsible for overall line performance. Manage and lead a team of 2 to 3 Production Technicians. Utilizes deep process knowledge and site resources to efficiently operate a broad array processing and packaging equipment. Choreographs production, preventative maintenance, sanitation, process control and inventory control.
Reports to: Senior Operations Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Trains, mentors, and coaches all Production Technicians to ensure a cohesive team.
- The Production Lead will supervise and manage a Team of 2 to 3 Production Technicians
- Effectively operates all production and packaging equipment to company specifications while producing a quality product.
- Understands sanitation principles and responsible for safe use of cleaning agents.
- Completes all required Batch Production Records in compliance with company policy and federal regulation.
- Executes changeovers with precision to minimize machinery downtime.
- Maintains accurate inventory levels of components, dietary ingredients, and finished good through use of ERP system.
Qualification ATTRIBUTES & Skills Requirements:
- Experience as a Lead or Supervisor for a team/staff of 2 to 3 Technicians.
- 3-5 years of relevant CPG experience in production, packaging and processing equipment.

Job Summary
The Lead Production Technician (Packaging) is responsible for safe and effective packaging and labeling of medical cannabis for ingestion/inhalation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the packaging technician staff to achieve shift packaging goals for final packaging of products. This position will work closely with the Packaging Supervisor to organize work, train staff and monitor production and quality.

- Set up room for efficient operation of trimming, pre rolling, and packaging
- Convert in Biotrack flower from cultivation batch record to trim, grind, finish product, and waste records
- Accurately fill out Master batch record (TTLF's, TLF's, TGR's, TPR's) both paper and electronically (EBR)
- Collect hourly metrics from trim, preroll, packaging, and biotrack labeling/QA
- Accurately maintain the DMR (daily manufacturing report) to ensure reconciliation of flower and accuracy and completeness of data
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
- Help monitor and manage packaging equipment, supplies and inventory.
- Executing all filling and packaging procedures in an efficient manner in compliance with company's SOP's and all applicable manufacturing procedures.
- Perform in-process and post-process sampling according to protocols or batch records.
- Support new product lines and process development as needed.

Volta Biotech is a marijuana/hemp processing and refinement company. We can extract 80 pounds every 20 minutes with ethanol - possibly the biggest capacity in the state. On the marijuana side we sell bulk THC distillate (voltabiotech.com). We're in a new building that is well maintained and well lit with security cameras for 24 hour monitoring.
Our capacity is 3 to 4 liters per hour. All of our sales are already committed to customers at current capacity and we're planning to add to our capacity in the next few months. We have some designs for retail products of our own but will take time to formulate the product itself - our focus is on bulk distillate. We do cryo ethanol extraction, decarboxylation, distillation, sonication, and spray drying processes. We also have an analytical HPLC to help with product formulation and verifying plant potency from farmers.
We need production minded personnel to handle the day-to-day production processes after some training. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable on their feet working in the lab doing laboratory tasks most of the day. Familiarity with pumps, hoses, and connections is preferred. Cannabis experience is preferred. Comfortable on forklift is preferred.
The ideal candidate is an individual already experienced with cannabis processing, wants to work with larger equipment, and is excited to join our small 10 person team. Candidate must already be living in the Oklahoma City metro area to be eligible for this job.

Education and/or Experience
Associated degree preferred, High School Diploma or G.E.D minimum. 2+ years of applicable experience in filling, manufacturing and packaging pharmaceutical or food products a plus.
Level 2 background check required. Must be 21or over.

Ability to read and understand technical procedures, standard operating procedures and work instructions. Ability to accurately record information, metrics and data in a standardized format. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from coworkers, management and regulatory agencies.
Mathematical Skills

Summary of Position
The Cannabis Processing Technician Lead oversees and performs tasks associated with manufacturing and packaging of medicated cannabis products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains appropriate cannabis agent credentials
- Leads tasks associated with manufacturing and packaging medicated cannabis products including
- Filling
- Capping or assembling
- Placing into child safe packaging
- Boxing
- Printing Stickers
- Applying stickers
- Verifies that the applicable standard operating procedure is being followed
- Collaborates with the quality department to maintain quality standards
- Prepares equipment and work environment each shift
- Prepares batch records and ensures counts are accurately documented in MJ Freeway
- Ensures tasks are performed with precision and a high level of attention to detail
- Ensures repetitive tasks are performed efficiently
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment and ensures the area and equipment are clean after each shift
- Follows preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment in the production area
- Consistently monitors and utilizes required personal protective equipment
- Maintains control of work in process ensuring all inventory is secure
- Collaborates with Inventory Manager to ensure all supplies are available for production
Skill, Experience & Education
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Previous manufacturing or cannabis industry experience preferred
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
Physical Requirements
- Frequent sitting and standing which may be required for extended periods
- Able to perform manual dexterity sufficient to handle items and work with fingers

- Able to use ladder to retrieve or stock supplies

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented team leader for our production team. This small team is responsible for taking bulk dried flower and turning it into finished products. This process can include removing buds from stems, trimming, grinding, producing joints & prerolls, and packaging.
This Team Lead role is responsible for making sure the production crew has projects to work on, helping plan future projects, recording packaged products in the state tracking system, and helping put together orders and transfers to our other stores or wholesale customers.

Requirements:
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry. * Two years of experience in manufacturing or the food service industry preferred. * Attention to detail in all aspects of job responsibilities including the ability to perform all job functions in compliance with written instruction. * The ability to professionally represent Dancing Goat Gardens in all personnel interactions including those associated with regulatory agency inspection and/or audits. This is a full time position. Overtime and weekend work may be required on occasion.

LEAD PRODUCTION TECHINICAN JOB SUMMARY:
Multifaceted key member of operations team responsible for overall line performance. Manage and lead a team of 2 to 3 Production Technicians. Utilizes deep process knowledge and site resources to efficiently operate a broad array processing and packaging equipment. Choreographs production, preventative maintenance, sanitation, process control and inventory control.
Reports to: Senior Operations Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Trains, mentors, and coaches all Production Technicians to ensure a cohesive team.
- The Production Lead will supervise and manage a Team of 2 to 3 Production Technicians
- Effectively operates all production and packaging equipment to company specifications while producing a quality product.
- Understands sanitation principles and responsible for safe use of cleaning agents.
- Completes all required Batch Production Records in compliance with company policy and federal regulation.
- Executes changeovers with precision to minimize machinery downtime.
- Maintains accurate inventory levels of components, dietary ingredients, and finished good through use of ERP system.
Qualification ATTRIBUTES & Skills Requirements:
- Experience as a Lead or Supervisor for a team/staff of 2 to 3 Technicians.
- 3-5 years of relevant CPG experience in production, packaging and processing equipment.
- Mechanically inclined, able to troubleshoot and operate various types of machinery.
- Able to troubleshoot PLC, VFD, labelers, and high-speed automated lines.
- Good math and communication skills.
- Dietary Supplement experience desired.
- MS Office Products Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, disciplined with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as with the team, strong interpersonal skills.
- High personal standards, reliable and energetic team player with positive attitude and solid work ethic.
- Self-starter with the superb problem-solving skills, desire and ability to continuously learn new things.
