Job Summary*
Kiva Confections will depend on the Key Account Manager (KAM) to provide sales leadership to the San Diego / Orange County / Inland Empire in California. The KAM will lead our key accounts by getting results alongside our local distributors. You'll focus on achieving goals and developing programs inside our key Kiva customers, establishing new business from targeted customers, and developing current buyer relationships. The KAM will help deliver company assigned metrics and help establish and improve buyer relationships at the dispensary level.
As Kiva's Key Account Manager - San Diego, you will...
- Achieve established quarterly sales targets in region by developing customer growth initiatives
- Develop a clear process of being responsible for the business in assigned customers applying information from ERP and Salesforce
- Work closely with Kiva customer partners to implement new and existing business, while driving improvement and establishing positive relationships with customer partners
- Travel to dispensaries to support efforts in establishing relationships with dispensary managers, buyers, inventory managers, and marketing teams
- Provide sales reports to management and customers
- Track lead to sale in CRM tool
- Design and implement quarterly business reviews and annual reviews with account base
- Ability to handle revenue, distribution targets and reporting for respective territory while seeing opportunity and gaps of growth with current portfolio
