Our Growers are directly responsible for product quality in their assigned production area. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Proper irrigation of crops
• Monitoring crops for growth, health, insects and diseases
• Fertilizer and nutrient management and application
• Crop record keeping and reporting crop development and any issues to Head Grower
• General housekeeping of the assigned greenhouse section

Qualifications needed:

• Greenhouse growing experience is required
• A passion for growing floriculture products at a commercial level
• Ability to accurately follow instructions and effectively communicate

Applicants must be able to:

• Maneuver a watering hose
• Be on your feet for 8+ hours each day
• Lift, carry, and move 25+ pounds
• Work in greenhouse environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, dirt, dust, and other possible allergens

We are currently looking for experienced Growers to join our team at our commercial growing facility located in scenic Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.

• General housekeeping of the assigned greenhouse section

• Minimum of 3 years commercial greenhouse growing experience is required


• A passion for growing floriculture products at a commercial level


• Ability to accurately follow instructions and effectively communicate

Applicants must be able to:

• Maneuver a watering hose


• Be on your feet for 8+ hours each day


• Lift, carry, and move 25+ pounds


• Work in greenhouse environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, dirt, dust, and other possible allergens
