Job Summary
The Transport Associate will execute product deliveries and have transportation responsibilities for the safe delivery of
Grow Ohio products. This person will work closely with the Director of Sales, Sales Representatives, and Transport
Lead(s) on a daily basis. This person must have sufficient knowledge of the products being delivered, as well as the

Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified, career minded individual looking to maximize their abilities within the emerging & exciting cannabis industry. The ideal Director of Human Resources is a strong communicator with a keen eye for talent to help Grow Ohio attract and retain a talented, disciplined workforce. This person must have strong foundational knowledge around standard hiring practices, enforcement of company policies and procedures, and adherence to applicable laws and regulations impacting the Company.
The Director of Human Resources will partner with leaders across the organization to identify personnel needs and evaluate internal and external candidates for employment consideration, as well as assist with enhancing the development track for existing team members. This person must be knowledgeable with respect to the various state and federal regulations that apply to cannabis operators in the State of Ohio. The Director of Human Resources will work with the Leadership Team and focus their efforts on contingency planning across the Company to ensure the organization is positioned for future success. This person will also partner with team members at the director and manager levels to train and advise on how to conduct performance reviews and provide employees with constructive feedback and handling conflict resolution. The role will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer, but this person will work frequently with c-level and director-level team members.

Policy Administration
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering policies, and helping resolve work-related matters.

- Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Qualifications

Job Summary
The Sales Representative is a front-facing sales role that requires excellent customer relations skills, strong communication, and the ability to critically think and provide sales solutions. This position is a hybrid combination of traditional inside and outside sales. The Sales Representative will be tasked with creating rapport with customers, explaining the use and benefits of Grow Ohio's products, and assisting in making purchasing decisions for dispensaries across the State of Ohio. This person will also be responsible for managing a sales territory, as determined by the company, coordinating and attending dispensary and industry events, and providing customer support services, all of which are core responsibilities of sales/marketing to drive growth and accomplish market penetration.
The Sales Representative will assist in the generation of meaningful marketing initiatives and product promotions to ensure the company meets all customers' needs to encourage repeat business. This person will also support billing by collecting on past due accounts and scheduling product deliveries in his/her defined territory. A successful candidate must be a reliable, self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities)
- Lead designated accounts and expand brand position and growth across all product lines.
- Facilitate external sales communications with designated accounts around promotions, products, and brand placement/expansion.

- Partner with dispensaries on product placement promotions and collect feedback on the effectiveness of Grow Ohio's products.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, skills, and abilities required)

POSITION SUMMARY:
Reed Construction is constantly looking to grow and diversify its portfolio of projects. As new project opportunities present themselves, Reed is looking for a Pre-Construction Executive to help our team bring these project opportunities from concept to reality. Reed has been fortunate enough to complete multiple projects in the new and exciting cannabis industry. Due the growth of Reed’s cannabis operation, Reed is looking to add a talented team member with an in-depth background in pre-construction and the cannabis industry.
The ideal candidate has extremely strong conceptual budgeting, design and engineering experience. Reed is involved in all types of projects across the cannabis industry, everything from cultivation facilities, extraction facilities and retail dispensaries. Our new Pre-Construction Executive must be familiar with everything, from seed-to-sell. This individual must be comfortable leveraging industry and trade partner relationships, converting them into project opportunities, as well as, competitive bids.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The Pre-Construction Executive will primarily be responsible for:
- Leverage relationships into project opportunities with a key focus in the cannabis market
- Conceptual budget, design and engineering
- Understand project scopes at a high-level by visiting project sites to review existing conditions
- Manage project financials, risk management, and client relationships
- Collaborate with operations teams to provide pre-construction estimating and budgeting
- Understand multifaceted designs and able to provide solutions to complex problems
- Work with operations teams to provide high-level scheduling for clients
- Provide operations team with value engineering assistance
- Work collaboratively with project teams after project is awarded to ensure a seamless transition
- Conduct and regularly attend business development events to form new relationships
- Consistently attend and participate in business meetings, industry events and conferences to promote and enhance the markets we serve
- Develops bid scopes and manages trade partners to ensure compliance with bid scope
- In-depth understanding of large equipment lead times
- Prepare estimates at different levels of project completion including conceptual and schematic phases
- Assist with certain post bid buyout strategies including: working with operations to ensure the scope is understood with our trade partners and a strong trade partner relationship exists throughout the duration of the project
- Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with Operations, Sales and Marketing to ensure techniques are aligned to support business goals
- Confer with other professionals in the industry to identify trends and opportunities
- Create a network of construction professionals
- Plan for a strong pipeline of work
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Prior experience in the cannabis market is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required
- Equivalent level of experience may substitute a degree in some cases
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in a Project Management or Pre-Construction role at a General Contractor
- Relationships and contacts in the cannabis industry are preferred
- Proven ability to obtain clients and review contracts in the construction industry
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Able to foresee and circumvent risk appropriately
- Ability to collaboratively lead teams during pre-construction; able to delegate tasks and follow up

What You Will Do/Need (Job Summary)
The Processing Team Member is responsible for the day-to-day extraction, cannabis infused product manufacturing, and packaging. These duties include operating and maintaining state of the art extraction machine, producing other forms of cannabis extracts, and producing cannabis infused products such as vaporizer pens, tinctures, capsules, and gummy chews. The Processing Team Member will work with the Processing Team on a variety of projects and tasks throughout multiple departments to ensure the best possible product for our patients.

The Order Fulfillment Specialist will assist with inventory, transfers, counts, and picking product inventory for order fulfillment. This position is crucial in driving accurate and timely fulfillment of orders placed by our customers. Driving process' and best practices of efficient handling of the company's products and supplies is vital for the attainment of our business goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The following represents a non-exhaustive list of the duties and responsibilities of this position:
Coordinate with Inventory Control Supervisor and Sales Director on fulfilling incoming dispensary orders and requests.
Assist with inventory reconciliation, order fulfillment, and other inventory related data.
Ensure inventory transfers are reconciled in a timely manner and stored in designated areas.
Assist in all cannabis reconciliation regularly ensuring inventory matches METRC/Leaf Link inventory.
Ensure department remains fully compliant with Ohio's rules and regulations and the Company's policies and procedures.
Perform inventory cycle counts and miscellaneous analysis as needed.
Assist with inventory content in reports as needed around inventory management, order fulfillment, and other inventory related data.
Learn various internal Inventory Control Systems, including METRC and Leaf Link.
Learn and maintain continual awareness and understanding of the rules and regulations that govern Ohio's Medical Marijuana Control Program under ORC 3796 and OAC 3796.
Perform administrative duties when needed such as data entry, data transmitting, phone answering, communication drafting, etc.
Prepare supplies and pulling area daily for the order fulfillment processes.
Maintain neat and organized work area and follow daily recovery processes.
Properly stock shelves according to the established inventory process.
Pull product from desired locations and return to proper location to maintain accuracy.
