Essential Functions:
- Budtenders are the face of our business and will be responsible for ensuring every customer is given the time and attention needed for the best customer experience possible. Budtenders are required to conduct business operations in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as with state regulatory standards. All positions report to the general manager of the dispensary.

Inventory Reconciliation
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly product audits
- Analyze results with store managers
- Must understand, stay current and operate within the Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) rules and regulations
- Responsible for spotting inventory in system that is no longer physically present
METRC
- Finishing packages containing 0 units/grams
- Investigating package with 1-5 units/grams
- Adjusting out ‘ghost weight’
- Ensure that Treez inventory matches METRC inventory
Receiving and Processing
- Primary product receiver
- Responsible for coordinating the entering of all products into the POS
- Responsible for coordinating the processing of all products
- Making sure all backstock is properly stored, organized and labeled
Menus
- Assuring that all menus are accurate and up to date
- Responsible for spotting inconsistencies between menus
- Assuring that all products have photos and proper descriptions
Displays
- Making sure all product are represented on the sales floor
- Making sure all products have price signage
- Responsible for coordinating efforts to ensure all displays meet aesthetic standards
SOP Development
- Will work with management team to continuously improve our inventory process
- Will work with management team to continuously develop inventory SOPs
Secondary Job Duties:
When not performing the role of of Inventory Manager, you will be expected to flex into a Sales Floor Lead role and perform all the duties of an SFL. Sales Floor Lead Duties are listed below but not limited to:
