Purpose
The Dispensary is a Medical Cannabis Dispensary located in Westminster, MD.
The Inventory Assistant reports to the Inventory Managers and is responsible for all aspects of inventory management. However, this job will mainly focus on receiving orders and assisting getting products ready for sale.

The Cannabis Sales Consultant (CSC) is responsible for creating a world-class customer experience for all customers. The CSC will promote a positive, customer service-oriented, and compliant work environment This position is accountable for executing initiatives that achieve all hospitality goals at the retail PharmaCann location.

In this role you will work to assist in the production of medical cannabis in a large-scale warehouse. Perform all tasks needed throughout the cycle of the grow to ensure development and evolution of quality products. All tasks and duties are to be performed while operating under the standards our company has established for compliance and professionalism.
Role Responsibilities:
Perform all tasks throughout the cycle of the grow including: cloning (asexual reproduction), transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, super cropping, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, trimming, packaging, waste disposal, and inventory management
Maintain grow warehouse protocols and nutrient regiment
Manage cannabis plants, giving each individual plant the attention it needs via transplanting, pruning and fertilizing with oversight from the department managers
Manage plant scheduling and organization to precisely project all garden needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to keep garden green and expenses low
Cataloging and analyzing each individual strain from clone to flower to harvesting
Execute preventative maintenance and elimination of all types of mold, powdery mildew, spider mites, root aphids, fungus gnats, etc.
Maintain a clean sanitized and organized work environment
Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure
Facility maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary
Collaborate with management staff to provide timely reporting to owners.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with a commercial cannabis, Agricultural, or landscaping facility/company preferred
Advanced knowledge of the cannabis plant and genetics strongly preferred, though a strong agricultural background may be considered
Knowledge of large scale commercial plant cultivation including nutrient requirements, mediums, light requirements, temperature control, humidity manipulation, air flow, etc.
Knowledge of plant diseases, insects and fungi, as well as plant treatment options
Knowledge of different strains of cannabis and their unique growing demands desired
Ability to execute techniques consistently
Good documentation, inventory, and organization skills
Ability to keep to a tight schedule
Must have accountability, proactive behavior and strong attention to detail
Must be proficient with computers
Experience with Seed-to-Sale programs or POS programs a plus

The Lab Technician assists the Lab Manager to ensure high quality product and carries out day-to-day tasks including: testing, prepping, extracting, and packaging. Operate spectrophotometer and viscosity meter for QC
Assist in production; calculating requirements; assembling and weighing plant material and supplies for super critical CO2 extraction: emptying of extraction vessels.

Cleaning and maintenance of extraction equipment and laboratory facility following current good manufacturing practices (cGMP), and standard operating procedures; complying with legal regulations; monitoring environment
Operating, maintaining, and making adjustments and repairs to laboratory equipment such as analytical systems, pumps, microscopes, balances, rotary evaporator, centrifuges, and other laboratory equipment
Creating dilutions, HPLC diagnostics and repair, calibration

Storing supplies and equipment, and keeping laboratory, storerooms and working areas immaculate
Washing and sterilizing laboratory glassware

Compliance:

Job Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred/ 1-2 years' experience in a laboratory or manufacturing setting required
QA/QC Experience with HPLC and GC analysis preferred
Experience with Agilent equipment using ChemStation
Must be at least 21 years of age

This role supports the Legal Department in managing its corporate books and records across its global operations, supporting the office of the Corporate Secretary in performing governance functions, working with the Company’s transfer agent on matters involving the Company’s publicly traded shares and tracking corporate equity grants. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, energetic and able to work as part of a team and at a fast pace.
This position is based out of Los Angeles, California.
Responsibilities
- Manage accurate and organized corporate documentation and records of domestic and international subsidiaries, joint ventures and affiliates, including preparing written consents and resolutions, secretary/incumbency certificates, powers of attorney and other governance documents; preparing and processing of documents necessary for entity formations, dissolutions, qualifications and similar transactions; conduct statutory research and review and prepare analysis or correspondence with state filings; and serve as custodian of all entity records, minute books and electronic database.
- Support the office of the Corporate Secretary, including organizing all Board, Committee and related corporate records; coordinating the assembly and timely distribution of Board and Committee meeting materials; ensuring proper maintenance and control of all corporate records; maintaining all corporate information listings and organizational charts; and regularly reviewing and updating corporate records of the Board and Committees.
- Maintain the Company’s registries of equity awards, including options, warrants and restricted stock units; facilitate security exercises; and work closely with Finance and Human Resources teams in connection with grants of equity awards.
- Manage the planning, logistics and arrangements in connection with annual shareholder meetings.
- Ensure compliance with procedures relating to the Company’s securities, including preparing and filing required forms or notices with stock exchanges on which the Company’s shares are traded (TSX and NASDAQ), facilitating requests for legend removals and monitoring compliance with insider trading policy.
- Manage lobbyist registrations with Provinces in Canada and support applications for business permits and licenses with regulators.
- Communicate and coordinate with various internal stakeholders across the Company, including the Board of Directors, senior management and other departments.
- Liaise with the Company’s external counsel as necessary to support legal functions.
- Perform special projects for senior management team and the Board of Directors from time to time.
Qualifications
- 3 – 5 years of prior relevant experience as a corporate paralegal or corporate/legal specialist within a nationally recognized law firm or an in-house legal department of a U.S. publicly traded company.
- Bachelor’s degree/paralegal certification or equivalent work experience.
- Must demonstrate integrity of character and a willingness to take responsibility and ownership over work.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and carry out assignments that are sensitive in nature.
- Ability to interpret and apply statutes and regulations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to write legal/regulatory documents, summaries and other related correspondence.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Superior attention to detail, while remaining responsive and efficient.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities combined, with proven ability to meet strict and established deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and/or ongoing direction.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity or experience with the cannabis industry is not a prerequisite.

LABORATORY TECHNICIAN | SAMPLING TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is for a dual role that includes travel and laboratory-related work. Industry experience preferred.
1. The laboratory technician responsibilities include the preparation and testing, quality control, and tracking of cannabis material. The technician must ensures the safe, accurate, and timely testing of cannabis products.
2. The field sampling technician responsibilities include traveling to customer sites, collecting medical cannabis samples using aseptic technique, and documenting appropriate information on chain of custodies and manifests to transfer the sample securely back to the laboratory. A company vehicle will be provided to travel to and from the laboratory and client site.
TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS, must:
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Have a clean driving record
- Pass criminal background check
- Be at least 21 years old
TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS, preferred:
- (1) Completed 2 years of college; or (2) have two years work experience in a professional medical/environmental/scientific laboratory

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Comply with company policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with state medical marijuana regulations
- Sample collection from customer site
- Interface with client and effectively relay information back to laboratory staff
- Securely transport samples from client site to laboratory
- Complete chain of custody and manifest paperwork using GDP
- Log sample weights in Metrc
- Prepare samples for mandated state testing
- Develop expertise in testing methods and analytical instrumentation (LC-MS/MS, ICP-MS, GCMS, PCR, & HPLC)
- Responsible for inventory of supplies and cannabis tracking and destruction
- Responsible for accurate weighing and recording all product weights
- Works in a timely manner and strives to improve quality and maintain accuracy
- Performs all other tasks and duties as assigned, which include cannabis sampling and transport

Role Overview
