The cultivation associate provides support for the activities and operations of the commercial Cannabis Cultivation facility, while abiding by laws, rules, policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
What you'll do day to day:
Complete assigned tasks, and projects of the Cannabis Cultivation Department set out by the facility manager. Main tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Care for and maintain plants through mother, clone, veg, and flower stages
- Transplanting and relocation of plants at each stage and documenting in State traceability program
- Inspect, maintain, and collect data for cultivation or greenhouse systems including irrigation, air flow, temperature and humidity, and other production systems
- Harvesting plants and documenting in State traceability program
- Trimming and pruning plants and documenting in State traceability program
- Scout for and identify pests, pathogens, mold, fungi, disease, or other undesired conditions
- Maintain clean and organized workspace
- Managing waste and documenting in State traceability program
- Maintain open communication with management team and co-workers
- Report employee issues or product situations
- Follow Fine Fettle safety policies
- Follow all SOPs, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in commercial agriculture preferred
- Ability to listen well and communicate effectively orally and in writing with various audiences, especially with direct supervisors and co-workers
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all employees
- Basic math skills
- Understand applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures
- Ability to work alone and complete daily tasks without direct oversight
- Willingness to work on weekends/holidays is preferred

- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license

Post Harvest Production Associate
FFDMV Cultivation/Production Facility
The Production Associate is responsible for supporting and assisting in all aspects of cannabis product management within the post harvest department. This position will be responsible for participating in fulfillment operations and activities within the warehouse following all established protocols including using various types of equipment. Priorities include assisting with harvest, branching, bucking, trimming, packaging, sealing, counting, sorting, labeling, and boxing while assisting with inventory control of product in preparation for product sale or transfer.

FFD kitchen staff work as a team to produce high quality cannabis edibles. The goal is to optimize kitchen and cooking procedures to successfully create consistent, safe, delicious, quality edibles. Patient Centric of Martha's Vineyard is hiring a Dispensary Retail Manager. The General Manager is responsible for the management and operation of a licensed marijuana retail dispensary. The ideal candidate will have extensive operations and management experience in the retail or hospitality industries. They will be a creative, effective, efficient leader with critical team and morale building skills and an emphasis on regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Hiring, managing performance, training, mentoring and supervising dispensary staff to set expectations, hold staff accountable and applaud success
- Mentor other store level leadership team members and maintain adequate staffing and succession planning
- Creating a regular schedule of communication through meetings (daily shift meetings, one on ones, all team meetings), newsletters or emails and team building events
- Conducting annual reviews of all staff and collaboratively set annual goals
- Instilling and fostering a culture of exceptional customer service through hands on modeling, coaching, training and recognition
- Creating and maintaining productive and efficient staff schedules that meet labor budgets. Timely and consistent communication of these schedules to staff
- Engaging staff in financial targets, creating sales incentives to drive goals
