The Patient Care Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional individualized customer service, educational consulting, and patient record management. This is a fast-paced retail job. Each PCA focuses on one patient at a time in a medical boutique setting. Responsibilities
- Welcomes all visitors to the dispensary and verifies patients/caregivers' MD medical cannabis card and identification
- Adheres to compliance guidelines when allowing patient and caregivers access to the facility
- Possesses a thorough knowledge of medical cannabis products and pricing to provide exceptional customer service to dispensary patients and caregivers;
- Advises qualifying patients and caregivers on medical cannabis products in compliance with all dispensing rules, regulations, and limitations in a friendly and professional manner
- Provides patients and caregivers with information on types, methods and effectiveness of different medical cannabis products (does not provide medical advice)
- Dispenses regulated products in compliance with state dispensing limitations, including limits on the quantity dispensed, limits on the form or dosage of medical cannabis, limits on the types of products dispensed, and/or the frequency of purchases
- Stocks, merchandises, and replenishes displays of regulated and unregulated inventory
- Completes all sales by entering accurate data for each transaction in the business management software platforms in compliance with company policies and state dispensing limitations
- Verifies the identity of patients and caregivers, physician's recommendations (including form or dosage recommendations), and the validity of the patient or caregiver identification card prior to sale
Requirements
- Providing a personal experience to every medical cannabis patient in a non-judgmental and educational environment
- Working in compliance with HIPAA guidelines to manage patient confidentiality
- Dedication to helping Maryland medical cannabis community find the best products for their different needs
- Strong computer skills, point of sale software and cash management knowledge.
- Flexibility to accommodate scheduling demands including some weekends, regularly scheduled shifts, and applicable holidays.
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to resolve matters in a professional manner.

Requirements:

The Sales Director drives the sale and distribution of our branded cannabis products throughout the state of California. Unique opportunity for a motivated, energetic and experienced sales professional to have a significant impact on the development of our existing brands Key and Harborside Farms, and to collaborate with marketing department to develop new brands addressing various segments on the market. This position will work closely with our production team in Salinas, CA, which produces greenhouse cannabis at scale from a 4-acre production campus, and our retail teams to further drive our vertical integration.
Harborside Farms is located in Salinas, California, and is vertically integrated with the iconic Harborside dispensaries in Oakland and San Jose. FLRish Retail Management & Security Services LLC provides management services to the Harborside family of companies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (This list is not intended to be all inclusive)
- Drive sales of our branded products throughout California an oversees all sales activities to ensure the success of the Company.
- Set brand and sales and marketing strategy to fit with company brand vision.
- Recruit, Manage, train, and retain a high performing team of sales associates working in various geographic regions throughout the state.
- Work closely with our production team in Salinas on product and selection, strain selection, production schedules, pricing, and distribution strategies.
- Leads successful implementation of advertising and promotional activities in collaboration with marketing team.

- Partner with Distribution manager to access samples lab test results to develop a sales strategy plan.
- Discover and learn about the current medical and adult use markets for cannabis in California
- Adapt and innovate as the California cannabis market changes
- Development of product categories and pricing for product categories from products coming from Harborside farms, including but not limited to: Trimmed Flowers, Trim, Full Plant Material Dry, Full Plant Frozen, Plants (clones, teen plants, and flower ready plants)
- Attend industry functions, events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and trends.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to increased sales and profitability.
- All other duties as directed by COO.
