· Work with, and near janitorial and sanitizing chemicals.
· Demonstrate proper use and documentation of chemicals.
· Launders sanitation supplies.
· Cleans processing equipment, containers, overhead pipes, and sanitation cleaning equipment.
· Performs specialized cleaning duties as required by the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS).
· Asist in vendor delivers for the facility in regard to sanitation assign items (i.e., uniforms, water, supplies, etc.)
· Assist in 5S and inventory management of sanitation supplies.
· Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages.

Harvest related work, including but not limited to:
- Always follow Standard Work procedures for all harvest activities, to ensure consistent quality cannabis products
- Using state track and trace software to track all activities and work performed in the cultivation team: including plant tagging and tracking, waste tracking, nutrient and crop inputs, harvest entry, and harvest batch tracking
- Assure all cannabis products are free from contamination risk at all stages; from propagation to harvest
- Monitor for quality control checks to ensure process and product quality in line with company standards
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace and displays a high standard of cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with other Harvest Citizens in daily cultivation tasks, training, and review of process with a continuous improvement mentality
- Employ professional and clear communication practices to maintain a positive and progressive team atmosphere
- Identify a wide variety of conditions such as plant diseases, existence of insects, nutrient deficiencies, etc.
Harvest related work, including but not limited to:
- Pre-harvest fan leaf removal in the flower room and recording the waste

The Experience You Bring
- Degree in Horticulture, Biology, Agriculture, or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Experience in agricultural or food safety/handling industry is acceptable in lieu of degree.
- Computer proficiency is a must. Experience with cannabis track-and-trace software such as BioTrack, MJ Freeway, or METRC is a plus.
- Efficient cultivation/production work ethic with application of problem-solving skills to overcome daily cultivation/production issues.
- Knowledge of plant diseases, insects and fungi, as well as plant treatment processes and options.
- Must have accountability, proactive behavior, strong attention to detail. Can follow company policies and contribute towards the goal of achieving production targets within set timelines.

· Identify internal and external security risks
· Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, equipment or product theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
· Patrol the facility premises (interior and exterior) to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, gates etc.
· Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized or disruptive persons

About This Role

Irrigation Technicians are subject matter experts responsible for achieving hourly and daily results. They work in various areas but primarily accountable for fertigation, providing feedback on plant development and cultivation infrastructure. This is a dynamic team requiring dynamic leadership, and as such daily tasks may vary, resulting in a fast paced and lively work environment. Citizens rely on Team Leads for support, daily work direction and training.

What You Will Be Doing as Irrigation Citizen

Overview of Position
· The main responsibility of the Irrigation Technician is to ensure irrigation and fertilizing systems are in proper working order.
· The Irrigation Technician provides our crops with accurate and timely fertigation with the focused attention necessary to produce clean, potent, safe product for our consumers.
· The Irrigation Technician is responsible for the entirety of the Fertigation Room with a variety of irrigation duties which continue to evolve as the scale of the company increases.
· The focus of the Irrigation Technician is to meet daily/weekly/monthly productivity, quality and compliance requirements.
· The Irrigation Technician will be prepared to operate the Priva system and through careful diagnose will troubleshoot watering issues and find solutions to maintain Fertigation/Irrigation.
· The Irrigation Technician will interface and coordinate via Priva (under the guidance of Greenhouse Advisor, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate application of the company’s irrigation procedures and strategies.
· The successful candidate is expected to operate under the highest standards of compliance and professionalism as well as possess a passion for horticulture and a willingness to continually learn more about the subject.
Essential Duties
· In conjunction with Cultivation Captains and Scouts, monitor plants for any sign of wilting or other deficiencies which may require immediate attention.
· Supporting cultivation activities including canopy manage, defoliation, scouting, bottoming, and planting/harvesting activities
· Ensure all plants have been accurately and successfully watered/fed.
· Maintaining accurate records of reservoirs, equipment and other crop related logs assigned by the Chief Cannabis Officer, the Greenhouse Advisor, and the Cultivation Captain (s)
· Calibrate, operate, clean and store pH/EC meters
· Monitoring plants for a wide variety of conditions such as plant diseases, insects, nutrient deficiencies, etc.
· In conjunction with the Facilities Staff, identify and repair any necessary issues pertaining to emitter lines, pumps, tanks, lines, workstations etc.
· Hand water plants that may require special irrigation treatment.
· Conduct emitter output tests periodically.
· Flush irrigation lines according to company procedures.
· Contribute to daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning and general maintenance.
· Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations.
· Work in a safe manner according to Company and OSHA policies.
· Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work such harvesting, trimming, packaging, cleaning and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.

Education
· High school diploma or equivalent

The As a Master Scheduler, you are responsible for the planning and placing of orders, and/or rescheduling delivery of orders for assigned parts, materials, and supplies pertaining to the manufacturing process, or items required for general business activities – ensuring quality standards are met and products scheduled for on time delivery.
Purchasing/Planner will be responsible for scheduling strategy, schedule attainment, BOM’s, routings, material masters, product management, forecasting, S&OP and budget control

- Responsible for sanitation of equipment and production areas, preparation and maintenance of nutrient reservoirs and irrigation system
- Assure all cannabis products are free from contamination risk at all stages; from propagation to harvest
- Monitor for quality control checks to ensure process and product quality in line with company standards
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace and displays a high standard of cleanliness and organization

- Managing the plant canopy and plant bottoming during the cultivation process

- Identify a wide variety of conditions such as plant diseases, existence of insects, nutrient deficiencies, etc.
Harvest related work, including but not limited to:
- Pre-harvest fan leaf removal in the flower room and recording the waste
- Removing trellis netting, cutting down the plant, making or hand buck the plant, weighing the plant, and entering the wet weight into METRC
- Removing the waste fan leaves and hanging the plant for drying
- After the plant is dry, removing the flower from the stem and store for curing
Post-harvest work, including but not limited to:
- Monitoring the curing process and recording moisture content
- Trimming and sorting flower for packaging
The Experience You Bring and the Skills we need:
- Degree in Horticulture, Biology, Agriculture, or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Experience in agricultural or food safety/handling industry is acceptable in lieu of degree.
- Computer proficiency is a must. Experience with cannabis track-and-trace software such as BioTrack, MJ Freeway, or METRC is a plus.
- Efficient cultivation/production work ethic with application of problem-solving skills to overcome daily cultivation/production issues.

- Oversees remediation process

The As a Master Scheduler, you are responsible for the planning and placing of orders, and/or rescheduling delivery of orders for assigned parts, materials, and supplies pertaining to the manufacturing process, or items required for general business activities – ensuring quality standards are met and products scheduled for on time delivery.
Purchasing/Planner will be responsible for scheduling strategy, schedule attainment, BOM’s, routings, material masters, product management, forecasting, S&OP and budget control

Serves as a primary point of contact for and liaison with sales, logistics, and manufacturing departments.
· Collaborates with these departments to establish schedules and plans that allocate available resources to best serve client or customer needs.
· Periodically compares current and anticipated orders with available inventory of raw materials; uses judgment to anticipate demand for and to acquire additional supplies as needed.
· Negotiates with outside supply vendors; ensures accurate and timely delivery of orders.
· Integrates sales orders with master schedule; coordinates availability of raw materials, supplies, equipment, and staff as needed to meet delivery dates.
· Maintains master distribution schedule for the assigned facility; revises as needed and alerts appropriate staff of schedule changes or delays.

· Identifying or creating scheduling tools, templates, and best practice processes, minimizing waste in the internal workflow

Education/ Experience

Cultivation related work, including but not limited to:
- Always follow Standard Work procedures for all cultivation activities, to ensure consistent quality cannabis products
- Using state track and trace software to track all activities and work performed in the cultivation team: including plant tagging and tracking, waste tracking, nutrient and crop inputs, harvest entry, and harvest batch tracking
- Responsible for sanitation of equipment and production areas, preparation and maintenance of nutrient reservoirs and irrigation system
- Assure all cannabis products are free from contamination risk at all stages; from propagation to harvest
- Monitor for quality control checks to ensure process and product quality in line with company standards
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace and displays a high standard of cleanliness and organization
- Collaborating with other Cultivation Citizens in daily cultivation tasks, training, and review of process with a continuous improvement mentality
- Managing the plant canopy and plant bottoming during the cultivation process
- Employ professional and clear communication practices to maintain a positive and progressive team atmosphere
- Identify a wide variety of conditions such as plant diseases, existence of insects, nutrient deficiencies, etc.
Harvest related work, including but not limited to:
- Pre-harvest fan leaf removal in the flower room and recording the waste
- Removing trellis netting, cutting down the plant, making or hand buck the plant, weighing the plant, and entering the wet weight into METRC
- Removing the waste fan leaves and hanging the plant for drying
- After the plant is dry, removing the flower from the stem and store for curing
Post-harvest work, including but not limited to:
- Monitoring the curing process and recording moisture content
- Trimming and sorting flower for packaging
The Experience You Bring and the Skills we need:
- Degree in Horticulture, Biology, Agriculture, or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Experience in agricultural or food safety/handling industry is acceptable in lieu of degree.
- Computer proficiency is a must. Experience with cannabis track-and-trace software such as BioTrack, MJ Freeway, or METRC is a plus.
- Efficient cultivation/production work ethic with application of problem-solving skills to overcome daily cultivation/production issues.
- Knowledge of plant diseases, insects and fungi, as well as plant treatment processes and options.
- Must have accountability, proactive behavior, strong attention to detail. Can follow company policies and contribute towards the goal of achieving production targets within set timelines.

Irrigation Technicians are subject matter experts responsible for achieving hourly and daily results. They work in various areas but primarily accountable for fertigation, providing feedback on plant development and cultivation infrastructure. Overview of Position
· The main responsibility of the Irrigation Technician is to ensure irrigation and fertilizing systems are in proper working order.
· The Irrigation Technician provides our crops with accurate and timely fertigation with the focused attention necessary to produce clean, potent, safe product for our consumers.
· The Irrigation Technician is responsible for the entirety of the Fertigation Room with a variety of irrigation duties which continue to evolve as the scale of the company increases.
· The focus of the Irrigation Technician is to meet daily/weekly/monthly productivity, quality and compliance requirements.
· The Irrigation Technician will be prepared to operate the Priva system and through careful diagnose will troubleshoot watering issues and find solutions to maintain Fertigation/Irrigation.
· The Irrigation Technician will interface and coordinate via Priva (under the guidance of Greenhouse Advisor, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate application of the company’s irrigation procedures and strategies.
· The successful candidate is expected to operate under the highest standards of compliance and professionalism as well as possess a passion for horticulture and a willingness to continually learn more about the subject.
Essential Duties
· In conjunction with Cultivation Captains and Scouts, monitor plants for any sign of wilting or other deficiencies which may require immediate attention.
· Supporting cultivation activities including canopy manage, defoliation, scouting, bottoming, and planting/harvesting activities
· Ensure all plants have been accurately and successfully watered/fed.
· Maintaining accurate records of reservoirs, equipment and other crop related logs assigned by the Chief Cannabis Officer, the Greenhouse Advisor, and the Cultivation Captain (s)
· Calibrate, operate, clean and store pH/EC meters
· Monitoring plants for a wide variety of conditions such as plant diseases, insects, nutrient deficiencies, etc.
· In conjunction with the Facilities Staff, identify and repair any necessary issues pertaining to emitter lines, pumps, tanks, lines, workstations etc.
· Hand water plants that may require special irrigation treatment.
· Conduct emitter output tests periodically.
· Flush irrigation lines according to company procedures.
· Contribute to daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning and general maintenance.
· Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations.
· Work in a safe manner according to Company and OSHA policies.

- Scout for molds, mildews, pests, and abnormal plant morphologies.
- Enter collected data in Google Sheets and Excel, send reports as needed.
- Maintain biological insect program by distributing beneficial insects, breeding sachets, and sticky cards.

Irrigation Technicians are subject matter experts responsible for achieving hourly and daily results. They work in various areas but primarily accountable for fertigation, providing feedback on plant development and cultivation infrastructure. Overview of Position
· The main responsibility of the Irrigation Technician is to ensure irrigation and fertilizing systems are in proper working order.
· The Irrigation Technician provides our crops with accurate and timely fertigation with the focused attention necessary to produce clean, potent, safe product for our consumers.
· The Irrigation Technician is responsible for the entirety of the Fertigation Room with a variety of irrigation duties which continue to evolve as the scale of the company increases.
· The focus of the Irrigation Technician is to meet daily/weekly/monthly productivity, quality and compliance requirements.
· The Irrigation Technician will be prepared to operate the Priva system and through careful diagnose will troubleshoot watering issues and find solutions to maintain Fertigation/Irrigation.
· The Irrigation Technician will interface and coordinate via Priva (under the guidance of Greenhouse Advisor, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate application of the company’s irrigation procedures and strategies.
· The successful candidate is expected to operate under the highest standards of compliance and professionalism as well as possess a passion for horticulture and a willingness to continually learn more about the subject.
Essential Duties
· In conjunction with Cultivation Captains and Scouts, monitor plants for any sign of wilting or other deficiencies which may require immediate attention.
· Supporting cultivation activities including canopy manage, defoliation, scouting, bottoming, and planting/harvesting activities
· Ensure all plants have been accurately and successfully watered/fed.
· Maintaining accurate records of reservoirs, equipment and other crop related logs assigned by the Chief Cannabis Officer, the Greenhouse Advisor, and the Cultivation Captain (s)
· Calibrate, operate, clean and store pH/EC meters
· Monitoring plants for a wide variety of conditions such as plant diseases, insects, nutrient deficiencies, etc.
· In conjunction with the Facilities Staff, identify and repair any necessary issues pertaining to emitter lines, pumps, tanks, lines, workstations etc.
· Hand water plants that may require special irrigation treatment.
· Conduct emitter output tests periodically.
· Flush irrigation lines according to company procedures.
· Contribute to daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning and general maintenance.
· Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations.

Team Leads are servant leaders and subject matter experts responsible for leading Citizens in our daily work. Team Leads are working leads and are a key part of the Operations Leadership Team. They work in various functional areas from fertigation, plant creation/maintenance to product shipment. This is a dynamic team requiring dynamic leadership, and as such daily tasks may vary, resulting in a fast paced and lively work environment. Citizens rely on Team Leads for support, daily work direction and training.
What You Will Be Doing and Team Lead

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Responsible for leading a team of approximately 10 citizens
- Oversees remediation process
- Assuring work tasks within their assigned responsibilities are executed per the Standard Work with high degree of Safety, Quality and Regulatory Compliance
- Lead teams within assigned work areas to achieve daily targets of Productivity, Quality and Safety
- Facilitate Tier 1 Huddles and help manage our CC Lean Management System of Visual Controls (i.e., White Boards, Visual Standards, Signage, etc.)
- Participate in Lean Kaizen events, Time Observation Studies, and Safety Committees
- Accountable for 5-S and Standard Work development and improvement
- Address and escalate personnel issues as needed with support from Captains and HR.
- Perform as Subject Matter Expert in key process areas, for example: Water Sampling, Plant Health, Pre-Roll Quality, Post-Harvest Processing Equipment, etc.
Additionally:
- Assure sanitation standards are followed with respect to process equipment maintenance (i.e., nutrient reservoirs and irrigation) and finished goods production equipment (i.e., auto-trimmer, Pre-roll, extraction, etc.)
- Be able to see and mitigate Waste / Product and Process Defects – considering a wide variety of defects such as plant disease, bad insects, poor product quality, etc.
- Accountable for quality control checks (Leader Standard Work) to ensure process and product quality in line with company standards and assure Citizens maintain a clean and tidy workspace (5-S Standard)
- Collaborate with all Citizens in improving daily tasks, assure proper training, and provide process audits with a passion for Continuous Improvement.
- Communicate with clarity and consistency to maintain a positive and progressive team atmosphere.
- Provide timely and professional feedback to Citizens on job performance.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate using electronic media such as Slack and Outlook Email.
- Perform other duties as required.
The Experience You Bring
- Degree in Horticulture, Biology, Agriculture, or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Experience in agricultural or food safety/handling industry is acceptable in lieu of degree.
- Knowledge of basic MS Office and METRC. LeafLogix is a plus.
- Efficient cultivation/production work ethic with application of Lean tools.
- Knowledge in areas listed dependent on where you will work: Plant diseases, insects and fungi, fertigation, plant treatment processes, cannabis finished goods product manufacturing, and extraction equipment.
- Must be a proactive Leader, able to influence others in a professional and courteous manner, encourage Lean Thinking and Continuous Improvement
- Must have strong attention to detail and hold themselves and others accountable to Standards of Work. Solid communication and documentation skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift, pull and push 50 pounds and stand for entire 8-hour shift
- Must be able to bend, reach, stoop and squat
- Must be able to work in a highly pollenated environment (kief)
- Must be able to work in hot and humid weather conditions indoor and outdoors.

The IPM Scout is responsible for executing their daily role within the IPM department at a highly productive and efficient pace to achieve the weekly objectives. This role is responsible for a variety of duties related to Integrated Pest Management as instructed by leadership. This position must utilize knowledge about pests, beneficial insects, and potentially application equipment in order to prevent and suppress pest pressures. The IPM Scout must participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. This position will report to the IPM Captain.

Procedures & Tasks
- Ensure accurate and legible logging of a variety of paperwork and labels.
- Scout for molds, mildews, pests, and abnormal plant morphologies.
- Enter collected data in Google Sheets and Excel, send reports as needed.
- Maintain biological insect program by distributing beneficial insects, breeding sachets, and sticky cards.
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas, equipment, and material throughout the cultivation.
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as, pruning plants, harvesting, trimming, packaging, cleaning and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
Workspace and Material Maintenance
- Supporting the Leads and Supervisor of IPM to guide and train IPM department members to maintain proper organization and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure organization and cleanliness of immediate work area.
- Contribute to instructed cleaning, sanitizing, and organization in the cultivation.
- Contribute and support to associates with a safe, well maintained, and organized work area.
- After use of equipment or supply, follow through with cleaning and organizing SOPs.
Compliance and Reporting
- Follow all instructed state and federal compliance regulations.
- Report any improper action of compliance regulations.
- Following instructed procedures will maintain compliance and safety. Any compliance or safety mistake or error created must be reported to the leadership of the department.
Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of the Leads of IPM and Captain of IPM
- This person will be asked to lead, guide, and train IPM Scouts in the department to assist and support the Leads and Supervisor, but they will not be asked to discipline associates.

Cultivation related work, including but not limited to:
- Always follow Standard Work procedures for all cultivation activities, to ensure consistent quality cannabis products
- Using state track and trace software to track all activities and work performed in the cultivation team: including plant tagging and tracking, waste tracking, nutrient and crop inputs, harvest entry, and harvest batch tracking
- Responsible for sanitation of equipment and production areas, preparation and maintenance of nutrient reservoirs and irrigation system
- Assure all cannabis products are free from contamination risk at all stages; from propagation to harvest
- Monitor for quality control checks to ensure process and product quality in line with company standards
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace and displays a high standard of cleanliness and organization
- Collaborating with other Cultivation Citizens in daily cultivation tasks, training, and review of process with a continuous improvement mentality
- Managing the plant canopy and plant bottoming during the cultivation process
- Employ professional and clear communication practices to maintain a positive and progressive team atmosphere
- Identify a wide variety of conditions such as plant diseases, existence of insects, nutrient deficiencies, etc.
Harvest related work, including but not limited to:
- Pre-harvest fan leaf removal in the flower room and recording the waste
- Removing trellis netting, cutting down the plant, making or hand buck the plant, weighing the plant, and entering the wet weight into METRC
- Removing the waste fan leaves and hanging the plant for drying
- After the plant is dry, removing the flower from the stem and store for curing
Post-harvest work, including but not limited to:
- Monitoring the curing process and recording moisture content
- Trimming and sorting flower for packaging
The Experience You Bring and the Skills we need:
- Degree in Horticulture, Biology, Agriculture, or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Experience in agricultural or food safety/handling industry is acceptable in lieu of degree.
- Computer proficiency is a must. Experience with cannabis track-and-trace software such as BioTrack, MJ Freeway, or METRC is a plus.
- Efficient cultivation/production work ethic with application of problem-solving skills to overcome daily cultivation/production issues.
- Knowledge of plant diseases, insects and fungi, as well as plant treatment processes and options.
- Must have accountability, proactive behavior, strong attention to detail. Can follow company policies and contribute towards the goal of achieving production targets within set timelines.
