Job Purpose
We are looking for a self-motivated, results driven Sales Associate who has knowledge of the cannabis industry. As a part of your job, you will be responsible for generating sales and closing deals. You will be responsible to visit retail locations across California to build and maintain existing relationships.
Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Prepare and continually update with accuracy all sales related administrative tasks
- Excellent verbal and written correspondence regarding orders, payments pickups, and customers issues
- Partner will all levels of employees to ensure communication is seamless at all times regarding updates to customer orders
- Scheduling and coordination of promotional materials and swag to deliver to events and/or clubs
- Perform cold calling to schedule in person appointments
- Assist with creating or managing marketing materials
- Deliver orders to current and potential retail customers
- Take on additional responsibilities as need and/or as directed
Sales Associate Requirements:
- Three years of sales experience, preferred but not required
- Have enthusiasm and passion for cannabis
- Must pay attention to details
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel up to 50% of the time
- Must have a valid drivers license and a clean DMV record

Highway 80 / F Street Dispensary is currently hiring a detail oriented individual who likes working in the cannabis industry.
Hours Per Week: Position starts at 32 hours per week minimum (subject to change.)

The Inventory Control Specialist is a dependable, detail oriented, self-starter. They will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling various inventory related reports, processing incoming shipments, paying vendors, managing inventory on-hand, stocking shelves, and ordering products as needed.
Ensure security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review. Conducts physical inventories and leads cycle counts. Analyzes and, when able, corrects inventory count discrepancies. Audits incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy. Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry. Develops and deploys supply chain strategies, processes, and practices for achieving a lean and efficient supply chain that optimizes working capital while delivering industry-leading customer service levels.
- Utilizes Treez Point of Sale Inventory and Point of Sale system to input and track all inventory information. Treez experience is strongly preferred.
- Responsible for setting up and maintaining F Street Dispensary inventory control processes and for conducting physical Inventories.
- Lead other staff in preparing products for the sales floor and doing store-wide inventory counts.
- Ensure accurate product inventory levels are published for clients in F Street Dispensary’s Point of Sales System and on Weedmaps.
- Conduct daily analyses to forecast potential inventory issues.
- Report to management inventory activities and variances.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Works directly with other F Street Dispensary staff and customers to determine which products to order.
- Works directly with product suppliers to vet which brands to order, negotiate price, schedule deliveries, schedule vendor product demonstrations, and troubleshoot discrepancies between orders quantities placed and quantities brought to deliver.

JOB OVERVIEW
The Flower Cultivation Technician provides daily care of cannabis plants from planting to harvest, and from harvest to drying and processing the plants for the processing team. During the cultivation, the Cultivation Technician will provide quality care and attention to the growing process of the plants from clone to harvest which includes pruning, trimming, watering, and providing nutrients. The Cultivation Technician will assist with harvesting the plants and processing the plants through the hanging, curing, and packaging of the plants. Detailed recordkeeping and strict adherence to the company’s operating procedures and compliance with the state regulations are essential for this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Daily care of cannabis plants, including watering, pruning and trimming, inspecting the plants
- Fertilizing and providing nutrients to the plants according to cultivation protocols set forth by the Lead Grower.
- Careful monitoring of the plants for any signs of growing issues or problems; treatment for disease or infestation.
- Assist with de-leafing and harvesting the cannabis plants, including hanging, curing, and drying the plants.
- Continuous systematic cleaning and sanitizing of grow facility and machinery; dispose of waste according to strict compliance guidelines.
- Accurate tracking and recording of data during each phase of the cultivation process.
- Ensure the appropriate information is accurate and listed clearly in accordance with the state regulations and company standard operating procedures.
- Carefully follow directions as provided by the Lead Grower.
- Willingness to continue to learn best practices of cannabis cultivation with a strong interest in horticulture, agriculture, and operating systems.
- Additional job duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Commercial Cannabis experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in plant science, horticulture, agriculture, or related field is preferred, but not necessary.
- Strong desire to work in cultivation or agriculture and a willingness to quickly learn about growing and harvesting quality cannabis plants.
- High level of integrity and a strong work ethic.
- Strong interpersonal skills; team player.
- Demonstrated ability to work comfortably and effectively within a diverse, multicultural, multigenerational environment.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
- Work Experience: 2 to 3 years working in a team environment.
