Position Overview
The Dispensary Associate performs the daily patient service, medical marijuana product advisement and education, and sales operations of the dispensary. POSITION SUMMARY
The Facility Team Member maintains a variety of different types of machinery and equipment like HVAC, electricity, plumbing and occasionally janitorial maintenance. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

- Maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as motors, engines, pumps, belts, fans, air handling units, filters, VAV and fan powered boxes. Clean and inspect chiller/boiler; treats water with proper chemicals.
- Performs routine preventative maintenance
- Examines environmental control and stationary systems to diagnose problems using proper inspection, testing and monitoring techniques while exhibiting safe and proper use of tools.
- Maintain clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, stairways, parking lots, and other work areas.
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
- Troubleshoot and solve issues timely and effectively.
- Maintain OSHA requirements for worker safety and maintain strict adherence and compliance with all local, state and federal regulations.
- Assist in receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations in accordance with operating policies and procedures.
- Safeguard cultivation operations and contents by assisting security personnel with safety and security awareness, procedures and protocols.
- Continually pursues educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge.

Position Overview
The Dispensary Associate performs the daily patient service, medical marijuana product advisement and education, and sales operations of the dispensary.
