The Regional Sales Team is responsible for selling equipment and packaging supplies to the Cannabis industry.
This position profile identifies the key responsibilities and expectations for performance. It cannot encompass all specific job tasks that an employee may be required to perform. Employees are required to follow any other job-related instructions and perform job-related duties as may be reasonably assigned by his/her supervisor.
Key Performance Areas (Essential Functions of the Position)
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
- Consult with clients after sales or contract signings in order to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Contact regular and prospective customers to explain products and solicit orders.
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
- Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports.
- Provide customers with product samples and brochures.
- Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
- Train customers' employees on products and product features.
- Other tasks as assigned
Experiences/ Education Requirements
- College Degree (Business, Marketing of like); and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Thorough knowledge of excel.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

The Brand Manager will lead the development and growth within the Green Thumb family of brands. The Brand Manager will be a team player and leader who works collaboratively across functions to ensure organizational and operational alignment to deliver consistent, authentic brand experiences for our consumers in our fast-paced and growing organization. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and manage annual brand plans in conjunction with Brand Director and Green Thumb's long-term strategic plan, including brand positioning, product strategy, consumer and trade communications and promotions, and new product development.
- Explore market opportunities for a new brand to deliver a unique consumer-led proposition
- Explore the media landscape for the cannabis category and pilot breakthrough communications programs to drive our brands
- Establish and lead the new product development process by developing innovations and extensions that are breakthrough, consumer/customer-driven and profitable.
- Manage internal creative and external agencies, along with collaborate with regional, local, and retail marketing teams and partners to develop best in class marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnerships.
- Coordinate all new product development and launches with cross-functional teams including sales, retail, and operations (pricing, forecasting, procurement, commercialization and production).
- Support consumer and trade communications and promotions for Dogwalkers and &Shine, including coordination with sales, retail, field marketing, and partners.
- Analyze profitability of products; perform necessary cost-reduction measures to ensure existing and new products meet or exceed profit margin requirements and eliminate those that do not meet requirements.
- Establish and maintain brand budgets and key performance indicators that ensure brand health and growth targets are achieved effectively and efficiently.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of progressive brand management experience in the CPG industry.
- Experience working cross-functionally to translate brand strategies into company behaviors and company communications.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and sales.
- Experience directing and collaborating with internal and external partners (e.g., brand strategy, package design, research and promotion agencies) for brand development and execution.
- Demonstrated skill in leading strong cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in an early stage and or rapidly growing business.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative and able to work independently and cross-functionally with keen judgement, common sense and resourcefulness.

Job Description:
Native Roots LLC, Farm Manager/Assistant Grower position will play a key role in maintaining NR’s native plant inventory, quality and health while executing the Company’s Plant Production Plan(s). The Farm Manager/Assistant Grower will be responsible for the following
The duties include but are not limited to:
1) Assist with production of plants (forbs, grasses, trees, shrubs, and wetlands plants) from seed, cuttings, and liners.
2) Oversee inventories for containerized plants, seed, and plant tags
3) In charge of seed harvest and seed cleaning operations
4) Identify plants by Latin, common names, and characteristics as well as problems such as diseases, weeds, and insect pests.
5) Provide all necessary documentation to the controller with regards to sales, purchases receipt or shipment of goods.
6) Manage the overall care of plants and seed in an efficient manner as well as employees performing such care.
7) Apply pesticides and fertilizers to plants if and when necessary, develop and implement an IMP program for the farm.
8) The care and proper upkeep of all production facilities and the direction of employees performing those duties.
9) Over see all infield watering operations and equipment maintenance.
10) Timely requests for products related to the care and production of the plants.
11) Assist with sales, collection of payment, and the issuing of invoicing information to the central office.
12) Assist in fulfilling all plant orders with suitable and healthy material.
13) Assist in the development and execute the plant production strategy.
14) Explain and enforce safety regulations and policies.
15) Ability to lift 25 pounds repetitively and 50 pounds on occasion.
16) Coordinate clerical, recordkeeping, invoicing, inventory, requisitioning, and marketing activities.
17) Other duties as may be assigned.
18) Must have valid driver’s license.
To accomplish the above duties, the ability and willingness to work with others as a team to accomplish the objectives of the NR, LLC Nursery is vital along with the ability to assess and respond to plant health issues to maintain or improve quality production. A commitment to the environment will ensure alignment with NR, LLC goals. The position will require some direct supervision of employees.
Preferred Experience & Education:
-Degree with Horticulture major or equivalent experience in botany, soil science, insect-, disease- and weed-management.
-2+ years of experience in horticulture, botany, or related field and prior experience with greenhouse and nursery production
-Familiarity with Excel, Word
-Familiarity with native plants of the Intermountain West
