Employees and Customers from accidents and incidents.

Merchandising and Display
Collaborate with General Manager and Store Leadership to enhance the Store environment and efficiently execute all inventory and merchandising projects.

Ensure a neat, clean, and organized Store environment.
Exhibit a familiarity with current product and trend awareness.
Store Environment
Support the Store and Delivery Team to maximize sales through analytical and creative management of merchandise from receipt to sale.
Exhibit excellent floor presence (front of house and back of house) by assisting the Store team on Consumer standards, product placement and time management.
Support the team by contributing to the maintenance of all product stock areas.
Guides team to uphold Company Customer service standards.
Qualifications
Must be 21+ years old.

Perfect Union requires Budtenders to assume the role in assisting and educating people in finding the best options for their needs and ensuring patrons are receiving the best care possible. Budtenders are responsible for demonstrating efficient work methods, educating people on products and dosing, intake and verification, operating a POS system, and cashing out patrons while maintaining a compassionate and safe environment for people to access products. B2B and B2C experience: Experience communicating and training in wholesale channel and managing, activating and executing on site experiences with customers. -
Consumer journey expert: Approach, welcome, and guide guests through the end-to-end dosist experience in-store or other marketing activations. Bring the dosist vision, culture and values to life in every interaction by sharing deep expertise and enthusiasm for dosist products. -
Strong communication skills: Anticipate guest and partner needs and surprise and delight them with proactive and personalized service. -
Planning: Maximize programming attendance by driving awareness with guests and by having a strong understanding of local market dynamics. Develop process for identifying the right location for the proper activation. -
Visual merchandising/attention to detail: Maintain visual merchandising best practices to ensure displays and demo products are standardized. -
Sales: Help the team meet or exceed their sales targets by exceeding your individual sales goals (where applicable). -

Job Summary
Our company requires the Budtender to assume the role in assisting and educating people in finding the best options for their needs and ensuring patrons are receiving the best care possible. The Budtender will be responsible for demonstrating efficient work methods, educating people on products and dosing, intake and verification, operating a POS system, and cashing out patrons while maintaining a compassionate and safe environment for people to access products. The role is a complex one. They will go through an extensive training to ensure they are qualified to make accurate recommendations to each person they help.
Summary of essential job functions

* Monitory inventory levels, asses product needs and communicate them to the proper people
* POS operations including creating new orders, adjusting open orders, adding items, discounts, applying loyalty points, voiding items, cashing out orders and reprinting receipts
* Pass on information to upper manage from patrons and vice versa
* Stay current on laws and city ordinances
* Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures
* Communicate effectively with management and employees
* Work with others to create a positive environment to best serve our patrons
