What You’ll Do:

You will have 5+ years of experience in retail. Passion for medicinal cannabis, previous exposure to selling cannabis products is a plus. We are a small private practice that offers alternative and traditional care, looking for a CRNP PART-TIME, with opportunity for advancement. The Nurse Practitioner must be willing to learn an area of practice that is new, be able to coordinate traditional with alternative treatments in a collaborative manner with other providers and be able to “think out of the box” for the patients that do not fit the regular molds of health care. You will have your bachelor’s degree (BA, BS) in Plant Biology, Physiology, Biological Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, or related major and 10+ years of cultivation and management experience. You will have a strong understanding of the science behind plants and previous experience managing a large scale horticulture facility. Your excellent ability to management people, with respect, will be needed in this role. Experience using Argus Systems and/or Priva is a plus.

Responsibilities
Assist patients in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment
Utilize product and consumption-method knowledge to successfully recommend a safe and effective regimen suited to each patient's specific needs
Ensure sales floor is properly stocked and presence of the store is well maintained
Own responsibility for remaining up-to-date with product knowledge
Play an active part in patient education on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction
Complete duties assigned during scheduled shift including:
Correct cash handling and discount application
Verification of proper paperwork, documentation and ID for patients
Accurate use and maintenance of the Point of Sale (POS) system; accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles in both the POS system and the state's electronic verification system
Maintenance of hard copy files (when required)
Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
Security measures and safety compliance
Maintain visitor log
Provide necessary support to management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations, including: daily activities, maintenance, and patient information for any reported issues and/or complaints

Qualifications
1+ year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience
High school diploma, or equivalent
Consistent demonstration of excellent customer service skills
Previous experience with POS systems
Desire to continuously learn (more) about cannabis, cannabinoids and the endocannabinoid system, GTI products, and cannabis therapies – previous knowledge a HUGE plus!
Ability to listen well and effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with various audiences
Ability to use standard office equipment, computer equipment and software including word processing, database management, spreadsheet applications and email

Position Summary: The Cultivation Technician I performs cannabis plant care in all stages of its life cycle. This position is responsible for following all sanitation, processing, and recordkeeping procedures in accordance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidance.

- Completes regular plant maintenance including bottoming, thinning, topping, and spacing

- Oversee all daily activities at the Hurlock Processing site to ensure the smooth operation of the site.

- Coordinate cannabis raw material movement and allocation based product quality, grade of material, and production and sales needs

Position Overview
The Laboratory Director oversees the Curio Wellness state of the art laboratory. This lab tests cannabis and cannabis-based samples in support of product development, manufacturing, and cultivation operations. This person will organize and direct the day-to-day management of the laboratory as well as direct and oversee multiple labs as the company grows. This position reports to Director of Manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing, validating, and implementing analytical methods for various products.
- Establish and maintain all Standard Operating Procedures for the Analytical Laboratory.
- Supervise, direct, train and the analytical chemist’s work.
- Manage all automated analytical testing procedures and analytical data retrieval systems of the Analytical Laboratory.
- Allocate laboratory resources efficiently to ensure that production requirements are met while maintaining cGMP quality .
- Ensure that all laboratory personnel are properly trained on GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), personal hygiene and that laboratory procedures are compliant.
- Responsible for calibration and preventative maintenance management for all laboratory equipment/instruments.
- Review documentation and test records for accuracy, completeness and compliance to requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of accurate test results to internal and external customers.
- Ensures lab compliance with all safety and quality standards.
- Host and/or participate in audits/inspections by customers, internal auditors and external auditors, as well as the MMCC or other state commissions.
- Implements new programs, tests, methods, instrumentation, and procedures and standardizes across labs in other locations.
- Develop/implement new programs, procedures, instrumentations to improve laboratory efficiency and reduce costs.
- Initiate the hiring of technical staff, prepare performance reviews and provide guidance, and overall career development for laboratory staff.
- Ensures daily compliance with policies including, but not limited to, state compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules

Qualifications and Skills
Required:
- Ph.D. or master’s degree in Chemistry or biochemistry or related field with a minimum of 7-10 years’ experience required.
- 3+ years of laboratory experience in a supervisor capacity– pharmaceutical, food safety, clinical, forensic, environmental- cannabis experience preferred.
- Strong instrumentation experience required with a variety of chromatography instruments is a must such as HPLC-UV, GC-FID, Moisture Balance, Karl Fisher, etc.
- Familiar with laboratory analysis reports, stability reports, Certificate of Analysis, Raw Material release and technical reports.
- Demonstrated experience working in a highly regulated environment (GMP, ISO, OSHA) is preferred. – pharmaceutical, food safety, clinical, forensic, environmental and cannabis experience preferred.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and basic quality systems under GMP, ISO, or related standards is a must.
- Maintain understanding of current and future regulations developed and implemented by the MMCC. Provide feedback to MMCC or other state commissions during notice periods, and provide a summary and plans for implementation of new guidelines at internal laboratory(ies)
- Ability to schedule and plan workloads, implement systems and projects that align with strategic objectives of the company.
- Ability to interact direct and manage the Independent Testing Laboratories (ITL) used for product release testing.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Windows operating systems including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication and customer support skills.

Position Overview
Horticultural Technicians (HT) will be responsible for efficiently deleafing and pruning cannabis plants to ensure the highest-quality product that is compliant for processing or sale. This position will also assist in defoliating plant material harvest and transporting plants into the dry cure room in support of the cultivation team in the preparation of the dry/cure phase of the flower as well as assisting the cultivation team with routine labor duties. This will be accomplished by performing various tasks in the cultivation area. This position will require the removal of leaves and transporting plants from the flower room to drying room efficiently all while ensuring the integrity of the plant is intact. HT's will follow all company policies and procedures and be responsible for ensuring flower rooms meet the Curio Wellness expectation and cGMP standards of cleanliness and organization before, during, and after harvest.

- Preparing clone trays, Soaking and leaching rock wool, moving plants, trellising tables, keeping cultivation areas clean, mopping, washing down tables and rooms post-harvest, defoliation, trimming, and waste disposal. - Responsible for approaching each branch of the plant to ensure all fan leaves that restrict airflow to the flower are removed

The grower position performs manual labor to assist in the maintenance, upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of growing medicinal cannabis, including, but not limited to; watering, feeding, pruning, propagating, and transplanting. Attention to detail is extremely important. The ideal candidate will excel as a team member within a tightly controlled, state regulated system and timelines.
Responsibilities
The grower will be responsible for assisting in daily activities as they pertain to maintaining the health of medical cannabis plants. This job operates in a commercial horticulture environment. This role routinely uses sharp instruments and is exposed to a variety of environmental conditions. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. Exposure to tight corners and workspaces. Exposure to a pollen producing environment. Work time expectation: 60% of the time will be spent working with plants in the grow rooms propagating, transplanting, moving, pruning, spacing, grading, watering, potting, and loading cannabis plants. 30% of time will be spent doing general duties around the nursery as they relate to the upkeep of the nursery, including 5s. 10% will be spent on continuous improvement.

Position Overview
The grower position performs manual labor to assist in the maintenance, upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of growing medicinal cannabis, including, but not limited to; watering, feeding, pruning, propagating, and transplanting. Attention to detail is extremely important. The ideal candidate will excel as a team member within a tightly controlled, state regulated system and timelines.
Responsibilities
The grower will be responsible for assisting in daily activities as they pertain to maintaining the health of medical cannabis plants. This job operates in a commercial horticulture environment. This role routinely uses sharp instruments and is exposed to a variety of environmental conditions. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. Exposure to tight corners and workspaces. Exposure to a pollen producing environment. Work time expectation: 60% of the time will be spent working with plants in the grow rooms propagating, transplanting, moving, pruning, spacing, grading, watering, potting, and loading cannabis plants. 30% of time will be spent doing general duties around the nursery as they relate to the upkeep of the nursery, including 5s. 10% will be spent on continuous improvement.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist creates strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process to include, posting and updating job postings, creating and updating recruiting guides, compiling all interview and orientation materials, scheduling all interviews and sending appropriate communications and surveys, sourcing and identifying relevant job fairs, attending job fairs, coordinating all background checks and drug screens, following the MMCC regulatory guidelines for on-boarding, completing the new hire checklist in its entirety, screen new hire inquiries and questions
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria

Trim Associates are responsible for all aspects of plant processing from post-harvest through packaging and labeling of the final product ready for customer sale as outlined by the Curio management team.
