WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Model best-in-class service that consistently exceeds our customers' expectations and builds a long-term rapport using established customer service model.
- Provide customers and caregivers with expert cannabis recommendations discussing therapy goals, product effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.
- Participate in the patient intake process, entering and maintaining appropriate paperwork and patient records.

Job Summary:
The Dispensary Manager manages the day to day operations of an assigned store, following Florida's Department of Public and Behavioral Health, Department of Health and Human Services, regulations, and VidaCann policies and procedures. This position manages all aspects of store operations, including security for the building and personnel, cash handling, product tracking/reporting, patient records maintenance, security during transport of product, loss prevention, sales reporting, product/supplies purchases, internal control oversight, and facility maintenance and cleanliness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including product inventory, sales, patient records, internal controls and processes, and facility maintenance and cleanliness.
- Ensure the proper inventory, tracking and security of all dispensary products.
- Supervise dispensary employees, including providing coaching, training, and managing employee performance. Create work schedules and ensure appropriate shift coverage for dispensary operations.
- Ensure strict controls and processes are in place for product, cash, and patient data.
- Support all marketing and sales efforts of the company to ensure sales goals are met.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and assistance is provided to customers.
- Recruit, interview and hire qualified candidates in order to maintain proper store staffing.

- Ensure that all communication with potential customers and current patients are meeting company standards.
- Serve as a patient advocate, educator, and customer service representative, and ensure patients are serviced promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure that each patient has a high-quality, valuable, and industry-leading experience when interacting with the company, ensuring that Liberty Health Sciences Florida is positioned as the medical cannabis provider of choice in Florida.
- Fulfill orders properly, including the correct label, patient label and proper packaging procedures are being followed.
- Consult patients and/or dispense the company’s regulated medical cannabis products to qualified patients in accordance with company policy and in accordance with Florida medical cannabis regulations.

JOB SUMMARY
As a Shift Supervisor, you will support and partner with the General Manager and Assistant Managers to motivate and mentor retail team members. This will be the most important and primary aspect to your position. You will be inspiring a team of great people committed to creating a welcoming environment and making Trulieve the #1 dispensary. The Retail Shift Supervisor must have good communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership and motivational skills with high customer service expectations, and strong conflict resolution skills.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervisory and lead responsibilities in the retail setting to support the General Manager and Assistant Managers.
- Provide management and administrative support to the General Manager and Assistant Managers.
- Lead by example in providing strong customer service and driving sales to meet daily sales goals.
- Working knowledge of retail business operations including management of payroll and controlling expenses such as shrink and cash shortages.

JOB SUMMARY:
The focus of this role is to provide support to all managers and staff while ensuring that all retail operations are performing to company standards.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Oversee and perform all functions associated with management and oversight of a retail medical marijuana dispensary operating under licensure from the Florida Department of Health and Social Services.
- Administer routine inspections to maintain the accurate inventory of all cannabis products.
- Manage and supervise the activities of dispensary and make recommendations or decisions regarding hiring, discipline, termination, or advancement of employees.
- Ensure that all Procedures are updated in store to provide the best practice for staff and patients
- Train dispensary staff to ensure a consistent performance and knowledge base of company standard operating procedures, a comprehensive understanding of all marijuana and marijuana-infused or derived products being sold to patients, and best practices for dispensary personnel.
- Ensure Key performance Indicators are captured
- Manage daily financial reporting requirements and oversee all cash handling procedures.
- Develop and maintain a schedule of all dispensary staff
- Communicate any patient incidents or complaints to the Regional Dispensary Manager or Compliance team.
- Protect patient rights by overseeing the employee HIPAA education program and ensure each employee is maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of protected health information and financial information.
- Oversee patient education and counseling programs. Review and continuously revise information disseminated by the dispensary regarding debilitating conditions, their association with medical cannabis products, side effects, etc.
- Assist in implementation of the strategic plan to guide the dispensary’s operation and expansion with the direction of the Regional Dispensary Manager
- Maintain awareness of both external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for improvement, and industry development.
- Assist in ensuring the dispensary’s compliance with all relevant statutes, regulations, and directives in all respects, as well as best practices.

- Record each visit using appropriate software, ensuring accuracy of patient information, and recording notes if necessary
- Collaborate with call center employees about preorders and online orders to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of delivery while maximizing sales and customer satisfaction
- Respond to and resolve patient requests, complaints, or compliments in person, and on the phone requesting supervisor support as needed
- Maintain a basic understanding of the Cannabis based therapeutics, and services provided at Company
- Educate patients on the processes of registration, renewals, and lost registration documents
- Maintain awareness of patient input and suggest changes to improve service or product
- Ensure all patient files are current and required documentation is on file and follows all guidelines issued by the State of Florida

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Service
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor to build relationships with customers, support and develop the team and drive revenue.
- Serves as a role-model and resource for store staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations.
Sales/Financial
- Responsible for driving sales to meet and exceed targets. Assist the Store Manager in meeting all financial goals, including management of the P+L, payroll and store budgets.
- Successfully prepare for and support company driven promotions and launches to meet and exceed sales targets and deliver the best experience possible for customers.
Leadership & Education
- Continuously train, coach, and provide qualitative feedback using the performance management process to improve team engagement and performance.

Operations
- Responsible for the store's daily presentation including visual direction.

The Relief Clinic, LLC is offering an exciting employment opportunity for a Physician. The Relief Clinic, LLC specializes in evaluations for Florida's Medical Marijuana Certifications, complying with the Florida Medical Marijuana Program (MMP) rules.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Physician to work 1 to 2 days per week in our medical clinic conveniently located near The Villages in Summerfield. You should be interested in the medical cannabis field or feel comfortable learning more about medical cannabis and the MMP rules governing certification. If you are not familiar with the MMP, we can help.
Duties in this position include conducting histories and physicals, performing evaluations, and follow-up. In this position, you do NOT need to make any diagnoses nor write prescriptions (although a DEA registration is needed)! The Relief Clinic currently is solely a recommendation office. If patients qualify, you would write a Florida Medical Provider recommendation.
The Relief Clinic, LLC serves as a referral clinic for providers as well as self-referrals those wishing to add non-traditional therapies to their existing regimen.
Must possess and maintain a current medical license and DEA with the state of Florida.

The Relief Clinic, LLC is offering an exciting employment opportunity for a Physician. The Relief Clinic, LLC specializes in evaluations for Florida's Medical Marijuana Certifications, complying with the Florida Medical Marijuana Program (MMP) rules.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Physician to work 1 to 2 days per week (8 hours or can be split into an evening shift and Saturday) in our medical clinic conveniently located near the Villages in Summerfield. You should be interested in the medical cannabis field or feel comfortable learning more about medical cannabis and the MMP rules governing certification. If you are not familiar with the MMP, we can help.
Duties in this position include conducting histories and physicals, performing evaluations, and follow-up. In this position, you do NOT need to make any diagnoses nor write prescriptions (although a DEA registration is needed)! The Relief Clinic currently is solely a recommendation office. If patients qualify, you would write a Florida Medical Provider recommendation.
The Relief Clinic, LLC serves as a referral clinic for providers as well as self-referrals those wishing to add non-traditional therapies to their existing regimen.
Must possess and maintain a current medical license and DEA with the state of Florida.
Must have taken the Florida Medical Marijuana course to apply.
