Redbird Bioscience is looking to hire an experienced Maintenance Electrician to support our Stilwell, OK. facility. In this position you will be required to conduct general preventative maintenance inspections, perform routine electrical repair maintenance, respond to faults and wiring issues, and install new electrical equipment for the facility.
To ensure success as a Maintenance Electrician, applicants should have high-level problem-solving skills, experience working with industrial electrical systems including HVAC controls and operation, PLC’s and the ability to read electrical schematics.
Maintenance Electrician Responsibilities:

Coordinate efforts with state regulators to ensure our interpretations of the state rules are accurate and pragmatic.
Assist in assessing the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks.
Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.

Responsibilities ·
Overseeing cannabis crops from planting to harvesting

Job Description
The Director of Cultivation will work closely with corporate executive team on a strategic level to oversee all aspects of cultivation, create policies and procedures for the cultivation department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, direct and implement the big picture operations for multiple large-scale corporate grow facilities, which include propagation, transplanting, feeding, cropping, flushing, spraying and trimming flowers.
- Continually work to improve the operational capabilities and outputs of all growing locations and lead a team of cultivation professionals.
- Develop and execute grow methodologies, strain genetics, tissue culture protocols for indoor, outdoor, and greenhouse cannabis production.
- Responsible for developing and executing long term production plans and delivers on key production metrics set by the company.

- Create the corporate integrated pest management and sanitization programs to ensure the highest quality and yields while minimizing losses to insects and disease.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Plant Science, Agronomy, Plant Biology, Horticulture, or related degree required with a master's degree preferred.
- 5-7+ years commercial agriculture experience required.
- Previous cannabis grow experience required with tissue culture, strain selection and management preferred.
- Management experience in production agriculture business is highly desirable.
- Ability to closely track budget, cost of goods, understand cannabis market product pricing, and maintain high-quality vendor relationships where needed.
- Must be a strong leader with an acute business sense.
- Experience with various grow mediums and irrigation methods.

The Monterey County Treasurer-Tax Collector is an elected officer of the County. The Treasurer-Tax Collector is seeking to fill two (2) Management Analyst III positions; one in the Tax Collection Division and one in the Revenue Division. Analytical Chemist
POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs sample preparation in state-licensed cannabis laboratory. Brings a senior level of experience and is open to both learning more and sharing knowledge with others. Responsible for setting up instrument sequences, monitoring analysis and data and performing instrument troubleshooting, maintenance and reporting of results for on-time delivery to clients. Job Description:
The Senior Processing Manager is responsible for managing, operating, and reporting on, a state-of-the-art, compliant, C1D1 and C1D2 volatile and non-volatile extraction/processing facility. The Processing Manager will create the process flow, staff schedule, production schedule, and SOPS of the lab as well as help establish the formulations that will drive the department.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee production by creating and reviewing a production schedule; studying and clarifying specifications; calculating requirements; assembling and weighing plant materials and supplies for extraction;
- Oversee electronic batch record platform, input all QC and active ingredient concentration data into batch records and give final QC sign off. Ensure all batch records are in completed in full accordance with company SOPs;
- Operate highly sophisticated extraction equipment; processing concentrates and extracts'
- Cleaning and maintenance of extraction equipment and laboratory facility by following current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures, complying with legal regulations, and monitoring the environment;
- Operate, maintain, and make adjustments and repairs to laboratory equipment such as CO2, distillation unit, vacuum ovens, pumps, microscopes, balances, centrifuges, and other general laboratory equipment;
- Maintain inventory records of supplies, materials, and equipment;
- Document and sign off on required reports and Company documents;
- Maintain material safety data sheets for all department chemicals and products;
- Maintain the highest level of compliance to ensure processing operation is fully compliant with state regulations, federal and state laws;
- Responsible for increasing operational efficiency and reducing waste through ownership, teamwork, communication and collaboration;
- Perform in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conduct visual inspections to ensure all product meets or exceed specifications and Company expectations;
- Supervise processes to ensures 100% compliance involving proper weighing, data recording, product tracking and security throughout all processes;
- Ensure staff are operating in an efficient manner that also complies with all OSHA regulations, SOP's, and all applicable required procedures;
- Manage all in-house weights, moisture content and other lab measures;
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe production facility;
- Creation of internal SOPs, training records, and related documentation;
- Provide support and training on all processing procedures such as: CO2 extraction, BHO extraction, post-processing and formulations;
- Develop and maintain Processing operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational policies and procedures;
Skills:
- Knowledge of, and hands-on experience with, CO2 extraction, BHO extraction, falling film and rotary evaporation;
- Able to process samples by collection, extraction, preparing for analysis, and quantifying results;
- Ability to manage, coach and mentor a team;

The Director of Cultivation will work closely with corporate executive team on a strategic level to oversee all aspects of cultivation, create policies and procedures for the cultivation department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, direct and implement the big picture operations for multiple large-scale corporate grow facilities, which include: propagation, transplanting, feeding, cropping, flushing, spraying and trimming flowers.
- Continually work to improve the operational capabilities and outputs of all growing locations and lead a team of cultivation professionals
- Develop and execute grow methodologies, strain genetics, tissue culture protocols for indoor, outdoor, and greenhouse cannabis production

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Plant Science, Agronomy, Plant Biology, Horticulture or related degree required with Master's degree preferred
- 5-7+ years commercial agriculture experience required
- Previous cannabis grow experience required with tissue culture, strain selection and management preferred.
- Management experience in production agriculture business is highly desirable.

Position Summary: This position is responsible for managing a team of trimmers responsible for manicuring wet or dry flower from stalk and break down of plants to process/trim them to meet Company quality standards. Post-Harvest Manager is responsible for tracking the batches that are trimmed, including the final finished product, the usable by-product amount (trim), and the un-usable by-product (waste) according to Company policy and practices, as well as state and local regulations.
Essential Functions:
- Implement standards and best practices to breakdown flower from stem and stalk of plant in order to separate unusable waste from useable product
- Track the amount of unusable waste for each plant/batch
- After breakdown of plant, employee must identify and separate fan leaves, stems and sugar leaves on the flower
- Employee must account for each by-product type processed off the flower; adding stems and fan leaves to “waste” for proper tracking
- Employee must exhibit competency in basic organizational, tracking and communication skills
- Employee must be able to work well independently, as well as with others

Responsibilities
- Oversee the cultivation, processing, and packaging facilities as it relates to maintenance, scheduling, staffing, productivity, efficiency, inventory oversight and management.
- Construction: manage vendors to perform various work including camera, electrical, and security system installations.
- Permitting & Government interaction: ensure proper submission of materials and information to relevant governing agencies
- Compliance: ensure adherence to regulations in that build outs are properly outfitted with reference to licensing and regulatory requirements
- Be responsible for facility maintenance:
