JOB SUMMARY

As a driver, you will be responsible for making deliveries of medical cannabis to dispensaries throughout the state as part of a driving team. The driver is also responsible for planning routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries, providing exceptional customer service at the dispensaries, and following state laws and regulations governing the delivery of cannabis.

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a full time Lead Delivery Driver for our growing facility. As our Lead Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for planning routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries, providing exceptional customer service at the dispensaries, and following state laws and regulations governing the delivery of cannabis. The Lead Delivery Driver will also be responsible for overseeing the driving team to ensure compliance in all aspects of business.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Daily logistics and routes
- Packaging manager will assign what deliveries are going on certain days and input them on the team up calendar
- Determine best routes for the next day's delivery and assign what delivery team will be delivering to that day's dispensaries
- Provide delivery times on team up calendar
Lead Delivery Driver is too keep the "Hoops Google Sheet " up to date
- The hoops sheet should include the following: hours of operation, dispensary request/preferences, preferred delivery times, and any information relevant to that location
- All delivery drivers need to be trained and made aware the "Hoops Sheet". This information is available, so everyone can satisfy the needs of that dispensary and keep a good business relationship with them
Overseeing all counts and ensuring the counts are correct for that day's delivery or next day's deliveries
- Provide training to new employees on reading of a manifest and ability to recognize the correct product
- Make sure all drivers understand the importance of the correct count of product
- Train drivers to ensure they are checking for correct product stickers, dispensary labels, and all tamper proof seals are intact
Educate all drivers on procedures for dealing with cash payments
- All drivers need to know to send an email through money and check email group
- All drivers should be trained on how to fill out cash bags correctly
- Drivers must be filling out the log on top of the safe every time cash is placed into the safe
- Lead drivers responsible for all cash being put into the safe
Lead Delivery Driver oversees making sure the vans are maintained
- Work with facility maintenance to schedule van to be serviced

Cleanliness:
Complete the sanitation of all production equipment and tools including workspace, lab equipment, containers, and appliances
Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe production facility ​
Ensure personal hygiene is acceptable under standards set by Cresco Labs before performing any production activities by washing hands, wearing a hair net, changing clothes

What you will do
We are seeking an experienced Creative Content Associate Producer - Photo & Video to join our growing dynamic team. The Creative Content Associate Producer - Photo & Video will shoot creative videos and photos to produce fun, informative, high quality, on-brand, and shareable content. This individual will edit content, have a keen understanding of the digital landscape and be able to use data tools & analytics to inform content. The Creative Content Associate Producer Photo & Video will have a strong drive to create fresh content that offers a highly engaging approach to all brands in the portfolio. This position will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Highlighted Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team members to identify opportunities that will translate into compelling video and photography storytelling across brands and platforms.
- Produce/shoot/edit new photography content across all brands and platforms (including photographing new brand and new products on existing brands - both lifestyle and static photos for website and other marketing/sales materials.
- Produce/shoot/edit new video content across all brands and platforms.
- Lead relevant editorial photo shoots for multiple brands and platforms. Coordinate production, including booking locations, casting talent, and scheduling shoots.
- Interpret and strategize around analytics across various platforms – work with key team members internally on analytics.
- Identify and pursue partnerships with new talent, vloggers, print teams, sister sites and other brands to create additional video, photo and other multimedia content with the goal to increase audience reach and expand social followings.
- Support other functions in the organization, including science, innovation, operations, and medical teams.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- 4+ years content production and editorial experience (a background in digital media is crucial).
- Creative and innovative thinking, and a keen eye for engaging and playful visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of what's happening in the digital video and multimedia space and keen understanding of the competition.
- Comfortable with new industry and operating within regulatory confines
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and other Creative Suite products.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Serving as a key member on the team tasked with driving new product launch initiatives
- Acting as the central point of contact for all end-to-end activities related to the commercialization of a product (e.g., marketing, financial analysis, and demand forecasting)
- Supporting markets and teams cross-functionally in identifying and resolving process gaps while expediting deliverables
- Coordinating with functional leaders regarding the tactical execution of product commercialization (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Quality Assurance, Finance, Supply Chain, Distribution, Manufacturing and Retail and other groups across the organization)
- Supporting Commercialization leaders in managing timelines and business cases for new product commercialization
- Actively updating playbooks, checklists, or other forms of knowledge capture for the commercialization team
- Actively engaging in stage-gate, life cycle management and sales and operations planning processes
- Leads updates of their projects during weekly and monthly meetings
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or another related field required
- 3-5 years of prior demonstrated experience in product development, commercialization, retail operations or related field
- Prior track record of success in simultaneously managing and supporting multiple complex projects
- Knowledge of manufacturing equipment, capabilities, and processes – cannabis industry specifics and knowledge are a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent presentation capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
- Age 21 or over (Required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a full time Lead Logistics Agent for our growing facility. As our Lead Logistics Agent, you will be responsible for planning routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries, providing exceptional customer service at the dispensaries, and following state laws and regulations governing the delivery of cannabis. The Lead Logistics Agent will also be responsible for overseeing the driving team to ensure compliance in all aspects of business.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Executes on all responsibilities of a Logistics agent, in addition to the following tasks:
- Logistics Lead to maintain information on hours of operations across all delivery points
- Overseeing all counts and ensuring the counts are correct for that day's delivery or next day's deliveries
- Help train new drivers on transportation SOPs and protocols
- Support van maintenance and service schedules
- Act as Transportation point of contacts for other departments as it relates to service deliveries, order changes, product transfers, etc.

- Valid Illinois Driver's License and clean driving record

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a full time Packaging Supervisor to join our growing Snow Hill facility. This position will oversee the Packaging department to ensure all compliance regulations and requirements are met while also identifying areas of improvement. This individual will also provide coaching and mentoring to the Packaging team while working with other cross functional departments to promote behaviors and processes that meet Cresco's mission of normalizing and professionalizing the cannabis industry.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Assign daily tasks and duties to agents
- Checks in with agents throughout their shift
- Re-trains as necessary and assists leads while they train new hires
- Stays on track with time expectations
- Keeps a keen eye to quality requirements and practices that all team members are expected to observe
- Maintains a clean, sanitized work environment
- Creates and oversees the electronic order forms
- Handles all PO updates as needed
- Communicates shortages to Packaging Manger and Sales
- Final manifest check before emailing Sales (date, location, drivers, times, products)
- Ensures all record keeping and product tracking information is appropriately documented and is updated in real time
- Provided real-time feedback to staff throughout their daily routines to ensure adherance to all Cresco and Maryland State policies and procedures for a safe, sanitized work environment
- Responsible for covering any duties ordinarily performed by Packaging Agents due to medical absence, PTO, etc.

The Director of Product Development is responsible for leading the R&D team charged with developing and commercializing new products through the Stage Gate process. The role will work closely with marketing, consumer insights, engineering, project management, and the operations teams as product concepts move from concept to shelf. Plays a lead role in the mentoring, development, coaching and advancement of the Product R&D team. This role reports to the Director of R&D. Green Thumb is growing fast, and as our Director of Product Development, you will be tasked with not only supporting product development, but the continuous improvement of the product development process structure, data management and experimental design. The role will also assist with the development of functional strategies in conjunction with the development of budgets, policies and procedures. A track record of product development within a proven CPG structure is required. Demonstrated expertise in a variety of CPG concepts, practices, platforms and procedures to support and deliver projects is a must.
Responsibilities
- Prioritizes development work and requests to best serve the needs of the business.
- Plays the lead role in mentoring, coaching and developing product development R&D staff. Leadership is as important as technical acumen. A servant leader.
- Able to support troubleshooting field operations needs to resolve manufacturing issues.
- Implements and advances testing and basic research for new products and improvement of existing products.
- Accountable for the development of comprehensive SOPs, formulation spreadsheets, onsite inventories, traceability and tracking logs, etc.
- Coordinates with R&D team and key cross-functional teams to ensure timely decision-making in cases of deviations from standards and procedures.
- Supports, implements and maintains technical documentation of all phases of research and development.
- Manages the effective implementation of new systems or upgrades, including appropriate training for end-users.
- Leads key projects with research and development to support business goals and assesses the scope of research projects and ensures they are on time and meet the requirements of the R&D director.
- Orchestrates the timely completion of all program steps, driving excellence in execution through leadership, commitment, and stakeholder management, accountable for on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Maintains ongoing awareness and knowledge of R&D priorities and goals to ensure a proactive approach to application choice and development.
- Engages with cannabis and CPG current events to support recommendations and development of new products. Able to strategically build a pipeline with cross functional team.
- Manages team progress against established plans.
- Leads coordination of resource allocation with teams.
- Develops product development roadmap and associated activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in science or business (or equivalent).
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Research and development or engineering experience in a CPG setting.
- Proven track record in accomplishing significant and impactful business results.
- Demonstrated high level of leadership, relationship management, and communication skills; ability to work effectively with global teams.
- Broad and deep understanding of a variety of technical platforms.
- Ability to be a technical and strategic thought leader as well as a hands-on implementer.
- Must be detail oriented with superior organizational skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with coworkers and management.
- Familiarity with FDA and OSHA regulations.

- Ensure personal hygiene is acceptable under standards set by Cresco Labs before performing any production activities by washing hands, wearing a hair net, changing clothes

PerkinElmer is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth in the Cannabis sector for the PerkinElmer Portfolio of Instruments, Consumables, and Service. This position will require a deep understanding of the end-market, customer needs, workflows, and an established track record of success growing business in the Cannabis Industry. The Senior Manager of Cannabis Sales will be responsible for building, managing, and maintaining a strong sales and applications team directed toward growing PerkinElmer’s market share, developing and implementing strategy for growth and expansion, and working closely with the America’s sales, marketing, and segment leadership to deliver customer-focused solutions. This position is primarily responsible for PerkinElmer’s Analytical Instrumentation Portfolio and growing revenue and profitability consistent with corporate and regional business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
The Sales Senior Manager will be responsible for managing and driving profitable business growth in the region and will work closely with the Leadership team and staff to develop strategies, tactics, and sales plans to meet or exceed our annual sales goals. The Sales Senior Manager is responsible for providing accurate sales forecasts and for converting those forecasts to order volume to PerkinElmer in a timely manner. In addition, the Sales Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and executing an overall market strategy involving key accounts and fostering relationships with key customer stakeholders. The Sales Senior Manager will effectively manage headcount and other budgeted expense/revenue plans to improve overall profitability.
Sales Team Development
The Sales Senior Manager will lead a group of front-line sales professionals, and an applications team, and work closely with them to achieve their territory goals through coaching, mentoring, and driving accountability around pipeline development activities. The Sales Senior Manager will identify critical skills and competencies necessary to provide best-in-class sales performance and will regularly communicate this information to the sales team. The Sales Senior Manager will continuously scan the marketplace for talent and will build and manage a talent pipeline to ensure that PerkinElmer has the most talented and productive sales and frontline management team in the region. The Sales Senior Manager will identify skill gaps in the organization and ensure that adequate time is provided to all team members for training and development programs and experiences. The Sales Senior Manager will work in partnership with individuals and teams among sales, service, product and marketing groups to ensure that best-in-class sales and customer support objectives are consistently achieved. This individual will communicate and support established performance metrics to drive results in and will utilize established internal processes for driving performance through ongoing goal setting, results measurement, individual and team development and talent identification and deployment.
Communication
The Sales Senior Manager will provide input to peers and cross functional teams on business climate and other factors affecting the business and will analyze the competitive situation and communicate marketplace intelligence to facilitate better planning, positioning and execution. This individual will ensure that corporate communications are effectively translated and put into context to provide consistency of message to the sales team. The Sales Senior Manager will demonstrate accountability for maintaining the connection between the field and senior leadership. In addition, the Sales Senior Manager will translate strategic goals and strategies actions and ensure effective execution in the field.
Management Reporting
The Sales Senior Manager will utilize established processes to collect and maintain sales data and, on an as-required basis, will provide unit and dollar forecasts. They will provide quarterly inventory reporting, and “Lost”, “Won”, and “Abandoned” order reports. The Sales Senior Manager will ensure that sales team members are providing timely forecasts based on established standards and are fully utilizing the productivity tools provided to them.
Basic Qualifications
- 5-7 years of sales management experience.
- 2-4 years experience in cannabis industry
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
