This Harvest Tech position is responsible for executing their daily role within the harvest department at a highly productive and efficient pace to achieve the weekly objectives. This role is responsible for a variety of duties to operate and maintain the trim machinery to process harvested plants. This position must fulfill their role with efficient productivity and accuracy. The Harvst Tech role must participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Harvest Tech n will report to the Harvest Supervisor.
Accountabilities:

• Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by leadership to meet daily and weekly, individual and team production and quality standards. · Execute the daily and weekly goals for processing the harvest batches through the wet trim machinery and by hand to achieve the defined trimmed quality consistently, accurately, and efficiently. · Operating the wet trim machinery as instructed and trained, safely. Properly use equipment and supplies to maintain its integrity and longevity. · Quality assurance review of product to be properly separated and processed. · Hanging the cannabis material properly, consistently. · Ensuring accurate and legible logging of a variety of spreadsheets and labels. · Support the communication and secure transport of product from the Trim room · Proper use of accurate weighing of product and data entry input. · Clear understanding of workflow throughout the trim department. · Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by leadership to meet daily and weekly, individual and team production and quality standards. · Execute the daily and weekly goals for harvesting plants in the Harvest department. Processing the plants, accordingly, separating bud material product, extraction material product, and unhealthy product consistently. · Be prepared to change technique and instruction based on variables, R&D codes, and strain attributes. · Assist associates to achieve team goals and support the Leads of Post Harvest with instructed requests. Be prepared to support instructing and guiding Processors in the department. · Maintain a clean and organized work environment following GMP certified procedures. · Be prepared to execute tasks within the Processing department, along with assisting towards company and facility objectives. · Maintain a culture of professionalism. · Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as, Packaging dept tasks, Cultivation dept tasks, cleaning, and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility

Job Summary:

The Lead Solventless Technician is responsible for all solventless extraction processes. Overseeing the Solventless Extraction Department, the Lead Solventless Technician is responsible for the management of day-to-day operations of the department, training, product research and development as it relates to cannabis extractions and concentrates, and oversight of inventory.

Accountabilities:

• Leaf a team of trained solventless extraction technicians using ice water extraction, filtration, decarboxylation, rosin press, curing, and packaging.


• Optimize the timing of extraction batches to ensure maximum product yield


• Work with the Technical writer to create and update SOP'S for current and future processes


• Perform solventless extraction in strict adherence with RWB solventless extraction SOP's


• Ensure all products are labeled and logged into BioTrack


• Create the maintenance schedule for cold room equipment


• Ensure all equipment maintenance is logged and recorded


• Implement, monitor, and perform calibration of lab equipment by establishing and ensuring consistent standards of use


• Ensure consumables are ordered in a timely fashion


• Facilitating testing of variety of samples with external labs


• Delegate tasks to solventless extraction technicians and oversee all on-going QC projects


• Assess current and future extraction operations to identify opportunities to enhance overall process efficiency and productivity


• Audit production processes to ensure procedures and reports are timely and accurate


• Collect, analyze, and present quality data for periodic process review


• Review and approve of materials, equipment, and chemicals for use in production areas


• Document planned deviations or non-conformities where required

Job Summary:

The Cultivation Technician provides daily care of cannabis plants from planting to harvest. They will provide quality care and attention to the growing process of the plants from clone to harvest which includes cloning, transplanting, watering, and providing nutrients. The Cultivation Technician will care for vegetative and flowering plants. Detailed recordkeeping and strict adherence to the company’s operating procedures and compliance with the state regulations are essential for this position. The schedule for this position is Sunday through Thursday.

Accountabilities:

• Oversee flower rooms and maintain plant health through daily check-ins, evaluation of plant health and happiness, spot watering of plants, canopy management, and making adjustments to room environment or grow process with input from the Cultivation manager.

• Monitor and maintain irrigation system including nutrient mixing, monitoring of nutrient EC, pH, and temperature, and adjusting auto irrigation cycle.

• Communicate with support teams and management continuously regarding plant happiness, pest outbreaks, and equipment issues (irrigation, tables, lights, etc.)

• Monitor temperature, humidity, and CO2 levels daily according to company standards and make adjustments as needed.

• Support other grow team members throughout the grow as needed, including spraying for pest management, supporting colleagues in other grow rooms, or supporting outside of grow rooms

• Timely completion of work per schedule and strive to increase productivity through coordinated workflow and process improvement recommendations

· Ensure accurate plant inventory including strain names per tray and count of plants · Keep documented logs and notes of room metrics and plant care actions for company records

• Analyze data of current and past grow cycles to continuously improve our grow processes and standards

• Maintain clean grow rooms and workspaces at all times by regularly sanitizing tools, equipment, and grow rooms to ensure sanitary practices and to keep pests away

• Use PPE as required: gloves, lab coat, tinted eye protection

• Perform all other duties as necessary and any additional duties assigned by the Cultivation Manager

Master Grower Job Summary:

The Master Grower oversees all cultivation tasks and processes, ensures proper documentation of all applicable activities in accordance with standards set by Management. Plans, coordinates, and oversees the transition of product development by ensuring the proper tasks are executed and the environmental conditions support the cultivation of superior product quality. Oversees supply stock, orders, and deliveries to ensure efficient levels of all cultivation inputs and supplies. Responsible for measuring and mixing nutrient and plant applications and applying these mixtures according to SOP policy. Ensure plant health by pruning, toping, trimming, analyzing plant health according to the SOP policy, as well as any other tasks required. Maintain rotation of strains through garden to ensure variety and quantity. Responsible for managing cultivation staff, cultivation schedules and cultivation processes. Serves as a role-model and resource for cultivation staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations.

Accountabilities:

• Provide any necessary support to the Director to ensure cultivation duties are efficiently and timely completed in a manner consistent with the Red White and Bloom’s Standard Operation

Procedure for each duty.

• Duties will involve essential Cultivation operations and may be expanded over time.

• Daily responsibilities include plant work, and specifically (but not exclusively) big leaf and bottom stripping in flower rooms, training staff, pest and disease identification, problem- solving issues, ensure disinfecting of flower/vegetative rooms, optimizing the crop for yield and quality, and general cleaning.

• Ensure compliance of Red White and Bloom Standards

How will you make an impact?
In this role, you will operate a variety of processing and packaging equipment to manufacture cell culture media in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices.
Hours: 2nd shift, M-F 2:30PM - 11:00PM

What will you do?
In this role you may complete some or all of the following duties:

• Operate processing and packaging equipment to manufacture cell culture media. Equipment includes mixers, mills, blenders, pumps, filtration systems, and packaging equipment.
  
• Weigh, measure and check raw materials with assistance of computer interface to assure batches manufactured contain proper materials and quantities.
  
• Calibrate/operate semi-automated and automated manufacturing equipment.
  
• Perform in-process sampling and testing to assure batches meet specification.
  
• Follow all safe practices and SOP’s.
  
• Complete and maintain Quality Records in compliance with regulatory requirements, GMP’s and standard operating procedures.
  
• Maintain equipment and rooms in proper operating condition and proper cleanliness requirements.
  
• Perform activities in a controlled environment up to and including classified clean room conditions.
  
• May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.
  

How will you get here?

Education:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:
General understanding of machinery and mechanics is required. Strong attention to detail required.
Experience working with a strong focus on quality of product required. Prior experience in a GMP manufacturing environment is preferred. Knowledge of computer applications and current software is desirable.
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
Works in a controlled manufacturing environment; is required to lift up to 50 lbs. and may be required to stand for long periods of time while performing duties. Must be able to work safely with materials and equipment. Must be able to work overtime and flexible shifts. Various levels of gowning are required.
