Summary
The Processing Lab Technician is responsible for day to day production and processing operations in our cannabis extraction lab supporting the wholesale network of Curaleaf and Select products across the state.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Extract crude oil from ground cannabis flower
- Process and refine cannabis-infused oil thru winterization, centrifugation, filtration and decarboxylation.
- Preparation of equipment and grinding plant material for extractions
- Accurately weighing materials and recording those weights
- Maintaining accurate records
- Maintain strict inventory records of all raw materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Complete the cleaning and sanitization of all production equipment, work surfaces, and tools
- Responsible for proper waste disposal according to state guidelines and Curaleaf policy
- Operates and maintains extraction equipment used to extract crude oil from ground cannabis.
- Operates and maintains laboratory equipment used to refine crude oil into post processed oil
- Reclaim ethanol used if winterization using a Rotovap
- Accurately perform calculations and dilutions of crude oil for winterization
- Accurately fill out electronic batch records and supporting documentation
- Follows SOP's and submits revision requests for SOPs according to new methods to optimize processes, as necessary.
- Washes, sterilizes, and restocks laboratory glassware.
- Performs clerical work related to laboratory activities such as word processing, record keeping, data collection and filing.
- Possess an understanding of scientific measurement, methods of measurement, units of measurement and cGMP data collection
- Maintain and record data in our seed-to-sale tracking software.
- Maintain clean extraction and laboratory environment which adhere to GLPs and GMPs.
- Performs other related tasks as required by Management
Compliance:
- Ensure processing operation is fully compliant with state and federal regulations
- Maintain analytical and other laboratory waste with registered waste disposal company while following state regulations
- Maintaining material safety data sheets for all department chemicals and products
- Assure that operation adheres to all business and industry license requirements
- Maintaining strict inventory records of all plant materials, chemicals and equipment used in the laboratory and documents production by completing forms, reports, logs and records
Skill, Experience & Education:
- College Degree in STEM preferred
- 1-2 years of laboratory and/or related hands-on experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft based programs
- Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations
- Ability to troubleshoot process or equipment failures
- Ability to have detailed records, proper labeling, and data tracking

Deliver Driver
Curaleaf is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver for our growing facility. As a driver, you will be responsible for making deliveries of medical cannabis to dispensaries throughout the state as part of a driving team. The driver is also responsible for planning routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries, providing exceptional customer service at the dispensaries, and following state laws and regulations governing the delivery of cannabis.

The primary responsibilities of the Kitchen Technician are to prep, cook, and package cannabis infused edibles products for dispensing to patients. The Kitchen Technician will perform critical tasks to ensure that the company's regulated cannabis infused products are produced in a timely, high quality, and compliant manner and are available to qualified customers in Illinois when needed.
The person in this role needs to have strong attention to detail, follow direction well, maintain consistency across large volumes of products, and be an adaptable team player. Food service, food manufacturing, or general manufacturing experience is beneficial but not required.

- Prep, cook, and package all cannabis infused edibles products.
- Operate, clean, and maintain all equipment and kitchen area.
- Complete production orders with consistency and quality while maintaining reasonable speed.
- Keep accurate records at all steps to maintain quality and control of regulated product.
- Awareness and adherence to GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and QA regulations.
- Strict adherence to department SOPs and recipes.
- Maintain proper PPE and hygiene.

Summary of Position
The Inventory Manager is responsible and focused on controlling medicated and non-medicated inventory for all products and supplies in the processing facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages and maintains medicated inventory ensuring counts align with MJ Freeway
- Performs daily verification and weekly counts of medicated inventory
- Monitors all finished goods and raw materials inventory entering and exiting the vault
- Prioritizes FIFO practices for all inventory
- Maintains organization of all vault and inventory storage locations
- Maintains access control and security of all medicated inventory

- Arranges and hosts sample pick up for finished goods and raw material testing

- Coordinates with internal and external suppliers for purchasing, ordering, and receipt of all inventory
- Inbounds deliveries and triages inventory to the correct storage locations
- Completes all required documentation of incoming inventory
- Maintains personal protective equipment inventory
- Oversees and hosts cleaning and maintenance personnel when required
- Ensures delivery pathways are clear of snow or other barriers and are ready for incoming inventory
Skill, Experience & Education
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to accurately count and maintain consistent alignment between physical inventory and inventory control software

As the leader of the dispensary team and the face of the company at the community level, this role requires general knowledge of all types of cannabis products, along with being comfortable speaking to large groups of people. Priorities include the implementation of company policies, collaborating with HR to ensure the needs of all employees are handled, maintaining statistical reports as they pertain to the operation, and representing the company professionally to elected officials, law enforcement, media, and the general public.
- NOTE: The facility contains confined spaces that may only be accessible by ascending/descending stairwells while traveling throughout building. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the dispensary is in full compliance with local and state regulations
- Implement and manage all company and dispensary policies and procedures
- Oversee the hiring, training, coaching, and development of all employees in the unit
- Conduct feedback sessions with all staff while reviewing performance and setting goals
- Collaborate with VP to set, meet, and manage all financial and operational goals
- Partner with the Accounting Department to ensure all financial records and reporting follow compliance
- Create, run, and analyze management, inventory, purchasing, and financial reports
- Prepare and facilitate regulatory inspections and law-enforcement interactions
- Oversee and maintain all staff schedules based on the operational needs of the dispensary
- Work cross-functionally through the operation and maintain a hands-on “lead by example” approach
- Delegate, manage, coach, and empower the store’s leadership team to achieve an optimal performance
- Manage, troubleshoot, maintain all POS, inventory, and security systems ensuring compliance
- Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures and hospitality is kept at the highest level
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all store vendors, products/strains, and industry trends
- Assist in any and all areas to ensure the team, department, and company division maintain success

QUALIFICATIONS
- General Manager experience, 2+ years (preferred)
- Management Experience, 3+ years (preferred)
- Retail & Guest Service Experience, 5+ years (preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business (or related experience)

- Advanced Math and Computer Skills
- Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card (able to obtain)
- Bachelor’s Degree or Cannabis Industry Training Equivalent
Salary range $65,000-$80,000 yearly, depending on experience.

We are looking for an individual who can run the front desk, help patients navigate their way through the EVS System, Educate Individuals on the medicinal properties and benefits of medical cannabis. To educate about minor canabanoids, CBD and to really give Utah Patients the knowledge. We need someone who is very friendly and outgoing!
We start out at $15/HR + Retail Commission.

Pharmacy Medical Provider required to oversee all operations of medical cannabis pharmacy. Duties to include:
(a) ensure that pharmacy agents at the medical cannabis pharmacy appropriately interpret and distribute recommendations in a suitable container appropriately labeled for subsequent administration or use by a patient;
(b) ensure that medical cannabis and medical cannabis devices are distributed safely and accurately with correct dosage parameters as recommended;
(c) ensure that medical cannabis and medical cannabis devices are distributed with information and instruction as necessary for proper utilization;
(d) ensure that pharmacy agents communicate to the patient, at their request, information concerning any medical cannabis or medical cannabis device distributed to the patient;
(e) ensure that a reasonable effort is made to obtain, protect, record, and maintain patient records;
(f) education and training of medical cannabis pharmacy personnel;
(g) establishment of polices for procurement of medical cannabis, medical cannabis devices, and educational material sold at the facility;
(h) distribution and disposal of medical cannabis and medical cannabis devices from the medical cannabis pharmacy;
(i) appropriate storage of all medical cannabis and medical cannabis devices;
(j) maintenance of records of all transactions of the medical cannabis pharmacy necessary to maintain accurate control and accountability for all materials required by applicable state laws;
(k) establishment and maintenance of effective controls against theft or diversion of medical cannabis or medical cannabis devices and records for such products;
(l) legal operation of the medical cannabis pharmacy including meeting all inspection and other requirements of all state laws governing the medical cannabis pharmacies;
(m) implementation of an ongoing quality assurance program that monitors performance of the personnel at the medical cannabis pharmacy;
(n) ensure that the point of sale (POS) is in working order;
(o) ensure that all relevant information is submitted to the state’s ICS and EVS in a timely manner; and
(p) ensure that all medical cannabis pharmacy personnel have appropriate licensure and registration.
