WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Model best-in-class service that consistently exceeds our customers' expectations and builds a long-term rapport using established customer service model.
- Provide customers and caregivers with expert cannabis recommendations discussing therapy goals, product effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.
- Participate in the patient intake process, entering and maintaining appropriate paperwork and patient records.
- Accurately receive, prepare, and complete patient orders and sales utilizing point-of-sale (POS).
- Maintain accurate records of all activities including customer records for all activities in accordance with the State of Florida Office of Compassionate Use and Florida Statues for a Medical Marijuana Treatment Center, as well as regulations set forth by local, state, and federal agencies.
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality of sensitive patient information in alignment with HIPAA compliance.
- Appropriately escalate customer conflict or complaint, inspiring long-term patient relationships and loyalty to our brands.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the store on a daily basis.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU'LL BRING
Required
- Age 21 or over
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
Preferred
- Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 1 year in Retail or a related industry where customer service is critical
- Constantly operating a computer and other office machinery

Tissue Culture Lab Manager

Starting from the seeds or clones we grow from; we make sure our process is guided by our mission: To create and sustain a culture of health and wellness throughout Florida.
We are building a new state of the art tissue culture lab and are looking for a lab manager that can help bring our Vidacann clones to the next level.
Qualifications:
- Degree in plant science or related field.
- Three to five years of previous experience in a commercial plant tissue culture laboratory, in a management role.
- Experience with cloning, sterilization techniques, initiations, and new crop build-ups.
- Familiarity with inventory management and inventory management systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- High level of computer skills – including Microsoft word and excel
- Bilingual a plus
- Professional attitude and the ability to work well and communicate with other team members and departments
Responsibilities:
- This position will be responsible for executing methodologies for plant tissue culture to achieve production goals
- The laboratory manager will be responsible for managing all lab techs and supervisors, maintain accurate inventories, execute production plans, clean stock, and TC/R&D initiatives
- Help with the set up and installation of lab equipment
- Conduct and evaluate plant tissue culture daily activities for mass scale tissue culture production
- Provide technical guidance and implement laboratory protocol
- Provide accurate inventories
- The ordering of chemicals and supplies
- Maintaining all equipment used within the lab
- Creating and following cleaning schedules
- Responsible for hiring and training employees to perform tissue culture operations for mass scale clone production
- Maintain detailed and organized records of project data and other material as needed.
- Maintain inventory and compliance records.

VidaCann is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our corporate Marketing team in Jacksonville, FL. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring VidaCann’s digital marketing campaigns in order to increase brand awareness, conversions, and retention.
CORE JOB DUTIES
· Develop, execute, and measure email and SMS marketing campaigns for promotions, product launches, events, etc.
· Build comprehensive, targeted customer messaging plans across channels, including customer service messaging
· Lead customer activation & retention initiatives to drive customer engagement across in-person and eCommerce stores
· Maintain a deep understanding of our customer segments and build targeted customer journeys that increase customer lifetime value
· Identify trends/insights and perform market research and competitor analysis
· Manage ad hoc digital initiatives, including but not limited to digital signage, eCommerce (merchandising and maintenance), internal employee newsletters, website maintenance, business listings (Google My Business, Leafly, Apple Maps, Yelp, etc.) POS integrations, and loyalty program.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
· Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications or related field
· 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing and/or email marketing
· In-depth knowledge and understanding of email marketing platforms, customer retention tactics, and important KPIs used to measure digital marketing performance
· Intuitive understanding of consumer branding with an ability to naturally adopt our brand's tone of voice & visual identity
· Strong copywriting & proofreading skills required
· Creative and resourceful; always on the lookout for new and exciting ways to connect with audiences
· Strong work ethic; enjoy taking initiative and able to figure out how you can help the business succeed
