Duties and responsibilities:

- Master climate control through Priva Office climate control systems.

Job Summary:
The Cultivation Technicians are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the facility's cultivation operation from seedling to harvest.
Responsibilities:

NuEra is looking for a passionate and professional individual to fill the role of Packaging Technician. This individual will perform cannabis tasks such as weighing, sealing, labeling and other packaging operations at our cultivation and processing center. Each Packaging Technician will be responsible for safely and effectively weighing, labeling, sealing and converting the cannabis materials into high-quality finished products.
The Packaging Technicians are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company’s cultivation operation within the packaging department. This is an entry-level position.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Learns and performs proper techniques for packaging Cannabis
- Cross-trains on and works alongside with the Packaging team with the filling, weighing, packaging and labeling of nuEra’s broad medical cannabis product line when required.
- Cleans any/all production areas to ensure no cross-contamination occurs.
- Follow the SOP’s in regards to documenting your daily work on a daily recap sheet.
- Follows appropriate control measures to prevent mixing of batches and/or weights of batches.
- Performs in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducts visual inspections to ensure the product meets or exceeds nuEra quality standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Performing his/her duties in a safe manner and environment while adhering to all governmental regulations for this industry.
- Carrying out all filling, weighing and packaging operations in an efficient manner that also complies with all GMP’s, OSHA regulations, nuEra SOP’s, and all applicable required procedures.
- Ensuring 100% compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures.
- Following appropriate control measures to prevent mixing of cannabis strains and batches.
- Performing in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure all products meet or exceed nuEra’s specifications and patients’ expectations. Such quality assurance work and reporting shall include but not be limited to:
- Recording and monitoring process conditions to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures
- Proper weighing, data recording, and batch tracking throughout nuEra’s process
- Continually strive and work with the remainder of the Production Team to improve nuEra’s processes for improved patient safety, quality, and efficient manufacturing
- Assist in monitoring processing supplies and inventory.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- State law requires that applicants be at least 21 years old
- Attention to detail; shows initiative to learn; is punctual and dependable; is cooperative; has a team-oriented work ethic
- The ideal candidate will have at least one year of manufacturing and/or packaging experience with a focus on ensuring product safety, consumer safety and satisfaction, and high product quality.

nuEra is looking for a passionate and professional individual to fill the role of Harvest Technician I. The Harvest Technician, reporting directly to the Harvest Supervisor, is responsible for cutting down, trimming, and bucking the plants as requested. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace and for following all departmental and compliance protocols. Additionally, the Harvest Technician I maintains the policies and procedures of the company and ensures compliance with all state and local laws and regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand and assist in the harvest and post-harvest plant processing of cannabis
- Fan leaf removal, harvest, drying, trimming, break down, curing, weighing, recording, and inspection of product, in addition to cleaning and sanitation
- Clean grow room for next harvest, as requested
- Clean and maintains tools and equipment
- Operate a trimming machine
- Take instructions and assist on tasks as delegated by Harvest Supervisor and Cultivation Manager
- Must be aware of strains they are harvesting and must stay organized to ensure no product is mislabeled or misplaced
- Ensure daily compliance with policies including but not limited to; state compliance, security protocols, and company SOPs
- Work in a quick and efficient manner
- Other duties as assigned

NuEra is looking for a passionate and professional individual to fill the role of Extraction Lab Technician. We are looking for an individual who will be working with a variety of Laboratory/Manufacturing tasks. This individual must be able to multitask, work quickly and efficiently, and be adaptable to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
The Extraction Lab Technician may be responsible for the following duties, including, but not limited to:
- Carry out laboratory manufacturing
- Intake raw material
- Enter and track material quantities
- Create batch records for a variety of processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems
- Maintain logs and record books
- Enter and maintain data tracking systems
- Maintain a clean and organized manufacturing lab
A successful candidate will be able to work in a very fast-paced environment as we continue to grow and expand. Must be motivated, trustworthy, and able to operate both independently and within a team environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of equipment and plant materials for extraction
- Execution of extraction and processing
- Monitor laboratory systems while they are operating, keeping a careful eye on any possible hazards or sources of error/inefficiencies
- Ensure consistency and efficiency of product through quality control testing and procedures
- Cleaning and maintenance of extraction equipment and manufacturing facility
- Maintaining strict inventory records of all plant materials, chemicals, and equipment used in the facility
- Storing supplies and equipment and disposal of waste according to guidelines
- Complete the cleaning and sanitization of all production equipment, work surfaces, and tools
- Following all standard operating procedures regarding product creation and lab safety
- Assist in packaging and labeling of finished products
- Work with testing laboratory as defined by state guidelines
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Understanding of state and local laws
- Familiarity with hydrocarbon extraction, distillation, ice water extraction, and rosin pressing
- Knowledge of solvent and solventless extraction methods
- Stay current on practices and new developments in cannabis extraction
- Ability to work quickly without compromising accuracy
- Ability to discern the quality of plant material and finished products
EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION:
- 1 year of experience in cannabis extraction (preferred)
