Education and/or Work Experience

Position Summary

The Sales Floor Lead is responsible for setting the example of an “ideal retail associate”. They will support senior store leadership by overseeing the sales floor and ensuring the smooth opening and closing processes of the store. Summary The Lead Store Associate is responsible for assisting the Store Management team in all operational aspects of running the dispensary and ensuring each patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment. Assist Patients and Customers with their personal needs, maintain solid product knowledge, and always provide the highest level of customer service.

- Assist the Store Manager and the Store Assistant manager in all activities related to inventory management.

- Assist the Store Manager and the Store Assistant manager in all activities related to opening and closing the dispensary.
- Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with established standards.
- Develop and maintain rapport with our Patients, vendors, service providers and staff.
- Ensure Patients' concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate Patient requests and/or problems to Manager when needed.
- Recommend, select and help locate the proper medicine for Patients depending on their individual needs and Physician Certification.
- Communicate the effects of different types of cannabis to Patients clearly and effectively.
- Ring up sales on Point of Sale System and process cash transactions.
- Ensure strict controls to protect organization assets at the direction of management.
- Set up and break down display cases daily. Assist in display maintenance and housekeeping.
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock, and participate in inventory counts.
- Facilitate the new membership and Patient renewal processes.
- Perform data entry and manage the Patient database.
- Dispensing medical cannabis in Medical Marijuana Use Registry.
- Answer phone calls and forward to the appropriate staff member.
- Book appointments for Patients for services they request.
- Maintain a current stock of Educational materials, new patient folders etc.
- Frequently maintain dispensary's cleanliness, i.e. dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping and sanitization.

Position Summary:
The Assistant Dispensary Manager is responsible for assisting the Dispensary Manager in managing all day-to-day operations of the dispensary in accordance with the State, the standards set by the Company and responsible for the overall profitability of the dispensary. - Accurate daily, weekly, and monthly recaps and reporting from sales data and patient counts
- Maintain inventory control system and perform daily counts of all cannabis and cannabis products in the facility
- Provide regular inventory, sales, and profitability reports to the Management Team
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and federal and state laws.

Inventory Agent position is responsible for inventory counting, verification of required documentation and product counts for intake by conducting daily audits of inventory, tracking and distribution of product.
Responsibilities also include accounting and reporting inventory surplus, product returns, waste, damages, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
This role also manages the menu for the location, focusing on the most accurate and up to date information to be provided to our customers. This role requires significant attention to detail, as there are multiple different batch numbers per product that have to be sorted through and counted.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; track orders and paperwork.
· Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
· Receives, unpacks and label products; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.
· May lead, guide and train employees performing related work.
· Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
· Manage all menus for the assigned locations.
· Add/remove the product from each of the menus (online platforms and in-store platforms) dependent on inventory stock.
· Update online platforms to help promote product sales.
· Performs all other duties as assigned.
· AM shift- responsible for daily stock count, and research following the count.
· PM shift-responsible for pre-counting product at end of shift.

We are a locally owned and operated boutique cannabis shop. Our mission is to provide the local community of Provincetown and it's visitors a place to purchase high quality cannabis products, in a safe, welcoming, and judgement-free environment. We are dedicated to offering local products, paying local employees a living wage with year round employment.
We are looking for diverse, motivated, qualified* applicants for the following positions starting in April.
Budtender
Budtenders will be responsible for:
-Educating customers on products and providing an excellent customer service experience.-Communicating effectively and having a good understanding of how to meet the customers’ needs.-Accurately execute sales transactions via the point-of-sale system in an efficient manner.
