This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to work on call and/or part-time to supplement your current income! We are building a team of Trimmers and Packagers to work on an as-needed basis. Weekdays and Week-ends will be available. The Trim & Package team will be notified of available work 2 weeks prior to work dates. Position Summary
The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the company is following all rules and regulations within the cannabis industry. It is their responsibility to implement any necessary policies and procedures to stay up to date on changing guidelines given by the CRA. They are responsible for overseeing compliance at the production facility, as well as at all retail locations.
Roles Responsibilities
· Create and implement policies and procedures that will ensure compliance among all retail locations, and the production facility.
· Ensure the company is following all CRA, BFS, and MDARD compliance regulations.
· Assist with inventory tracking and adjustments.
· Stay up to date on all CRA updates on rules and regulations.
· Support and be present for all state and CRA inspections.
· Understanding of CRA guidelines regarding camera outages. Monitor cameras and report outages to CRA in a timely manner.
· Maintain relationships with local regulatory contacts, including but not limited to fire services and CRA inspectors for each location.
· Coordinate with farm and retail management on deliverables and tasks associated with compliance matters.
· Responsible for adherence to all company policies and procedures associated with compliance.
· Oversees METRC to Cova integration for retail to ensure proper data capture processes and accuracy.
· Ensures the accuracy and completeness of product labeling.
· Trains inventory managers on METRC and when any new changes are rolled out.

Qualifications:
· BSc/BA in Business, Law, or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus

Position Summary
The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the company is following all rules and regulations within the cannabis industry. It is their responsibility to implement any necessary policies and procedures to stay up to date on changing guidelines given by the CRA. They are responsible for overseeing compliance at the production facility, as well as at all retail locations.
Roles Responsibilities
· Create and implement policies and procedures that will ensure compliance among all retail locations, and the production facility.
· Ensure the company is following all CRA, BFS, and MDARD compliance regulations.
· Assist with inventory tracking and adjustments.
· Stay up to date on all CRA updates on rules and regulations.
· Support and be present for all state and CRA inspections.
· Understanding of CRA guidelines regarding camera outages. Monitor cameras and report outages to CRA in a timely manner.
· Maintain relationships with local regulatory contacts, including but not limited to fire services and CRA inspectors for each location.
· Coordinate with farm and retail management on deliverables and tasks associated with compliance matters.
· Responsible for adherence to all company policies and procedures associated with compliance.
· Oversees METRC to Cova integration for retail to ensure proper data capture processes and accuracy.
· Ensures the accuracy and completeness of product labeling.
· Trains inventory managers on METRC and when any new changes are rolled out.

Qualifications:
· BSc/BA in Business, Law, or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
· Cannabis industry experience
· Comfortable with technology including proficiency with MS programs, emails, cloud-based storage, Cova POS, METRC.
· A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
· Must maintain a clean and professional appearance.
· Ability to stand for long periods, the ability to lift and carry up to 20lbs.

Directs and coordinates all activities relating to maintenance operations across all shifts. Reports directly to Maintenance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists the Manager with all aspects of maintenance activities and ensures efficient, safe and reliable plant operation as required by the department’s goals and expectations.
- Directs maintenance employees across all shifts ensuring that they are trained as required and performing work to expectations.
- Maintains and issues daily job assignments; records and evaluates the results of Preventive Maintenance work performed.

- Field support for contractors on open projects in progress.
- Assists team members with Preventive Maintenance and Work Orders as required.
- Checks-in new equipment and ensures spare parts are ordered and onsite for PM’s and Work Orders ahead of scheduled work.
- Offer technical support to on call employees across all shifts both onsite and off.
- Ensures Company policies and procedures are adhered to. Collaborates with the Department Manager and Human Resources Manager in the administration of disciplinary action, when necessary.
- Help develop and implement short- and long-term maintenance strategy to enable operating efficiencies.
· Reports and responds to emergency calls for maintenance assistance.
- Document and prepare weekly progress reports
Key Qualifications/Requirements
- A minimum of five (5) years experience within a maintenance leadership role.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Working knowledge of a CMMS.
- Able to operate MIG weld and read blueprints/drawings. Including isometric.
- Excellent problem solving and leadership skills.
- Detail oriented/Team oriented.
- Working knowledge of safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
- Possess a valid Michigan driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
· Schedule Flexibility - Must be willing to work any assigned shift, work daily, weekend, and holiday overtime as required.

Maintenance Assistant

The Maintenance Assistant will help maintain the interior and exterior of the facility and all equipment required for production. This position will perform maintenance on the greenhouse cultivation facility, requiring someone who understands the big picture of the building needs as it pertains to the operational efficiency, and process improvements.

- Inspect existing equipment and recommend the appropriate corrective action required. HVAC, irrigation, lighting, CO2, and other equipment necessary for operations.

Cultivation Assistant

Intergrated Pest Management (IPM)

The IPM is fundamental to a successful operation as they carry out the tasks to ensure the safe, efficient, and productive operation of the Integrated Pest Management systems for cultivation departments. This position reports to the Vice President of Cultivation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develops and maintains the biological control program and technical protocols for the Pincanna growing facility, in conjunction with Pincanna Growers and the Director of Cultivation.
· Daily monitoring and scouting of pest and disease
· Supervision of IPM protocols of pest and disease management
· Compiling IPM and conventional reports for management review
· Monitoring efficiencies of control measures used
· Verification of pest and disease infestation trends
· Management coordination on biological programs and implementation
· Facilitating small scale trials/tests on new, allowable commercial products to determine efficacy and effects prior to applying to entire crop
· Maintaining up-to-date records for State regulations to detail pesticide log and any other IPM products used.
· Planning, organizing, training and assigning scouting and other IPM duties as required
· Provides technical IPM support to the Director of Cultivation through regular meetings and updates.
· Provides accurate IPM product forecasts by coordinating with the Beneficial Insect sales representative
· When IPM tasks are complete, or if cultivation tasks take precedence, transition to assisting cultivation with their duties as directed by the (assistant) grower.
· Must obtain state applicator license

The Assistant Grower will primarily be responsible for the efficient growth of marijuana flower in the cultivation division. It is expected they work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Position reports directly to the Vice President of Cultivation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists in managing a large-scale indoor cultivation facility.
- Responsible for growing of mom, clone and veg crops.
- Formulate a labor plan weekly for the next week, and communicate this to the Team leads and/or employees by end of week for the next week.
- Manage labor force to perform all the tasks in the grow including but not limited to:
cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, topping, flushing, waste disposal and inventory management.
- Maintain and follow indoor cultivation protocols and a nutrient regimen established by the Head Grower.
- Manage the day-to-day indoor cultivation operation when the Head Grower is absent.
- Training of all cultivation staff

Position Summary:
· Help manage a large-scale operation system from Indoor, Hoop and Greenhouse grow functions.
· Manage a cultivation team, ensuring all team members are on-task and on-schedule during weekend shift hours.
· Communicate effectively across all grow departments on weekend activities.
· Perform all the tasks in the grow including transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, super cropping, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, trimming, packaging waste disposal and inventory management.
· Maintain and adhere to grow SOPs, other cultivation protocols and the proper nutrient regimen and watering schedule.
· Work with metrc analyst to ensure all cultivation tracking and recordkeeping functions within the seed to sale electronic system remaining in compliance with the department’s rules and regulations.
· Comprehensive knowledge of growing cannabis, dealing with pests, mildew and other undesirables; experience growing in rockwool strongly desired.
· Assist state and local government auditors and law enforcement with inventory, sales and compliance audits.

Pincanna is hiring a Metrc and Testing Analyst to join the compliance team. This person will help the Metrc Team Lead keep all plants tagged and organized, in accordance to MRA rules. They will also liaison between Pincanna and the laboratory testing services and help coordinate the samples that must be tested.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize Tagged Plants and Tagged Packages, under all grow licenses
- Create and manage package tags from cultivation events
- Complete audits for all plants and packages in every growth phase in METRC and update accordingly

JOB DETAILS
We are seeking a Director of Cultivation who has the skills to help set up and manage both greenhouse and outdoor grow facilities. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in horticulture or agriculture, management, and have significant experience managing a production facility including 2 years of outdoor grows and a proven track record of creating award winning strains.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up and manage a farm facility with 25 acres of outdoor crop and 20k foot greenhouse (CBD).
- Perform all the tasks in the grow including: growing, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, super cropping, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, trimming, packaging, waste disposal and inventory management.
- Manage grow automation software as well as inventory tracking and scheduling software.
- Ability to perform tasks required for the proper management of grow.
- Facility maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and be able to pass a background check.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- General computer maintenance (Virus/Spyware removal, HD/Memory upgrades, software upgrades)
- Assist our team with the installation, configuration, upgrade, support and administration of existing Windows Server network environment: servers, PCs, laptops, drives, printers and other peripherals, network equipment (wireless access points, switches, firewalls, DVR) and other environmental resources
- Travel to multiple locations throughout Michigan
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

Our client in Pinconning area is actively seeking experienced Cannabis Trimmers for their harvest next week starting Wednesday the first of April. This will be a 3-day long assignment, with potential for longer term employment for further harvests.

Harvest Manager

The Harvest Manager will direct workflow and lead others during harvests. The ideal candidate for this position has experience managing teams of employees and is equally comfortable directing others and carrying out tasks themselves. He/she will work with the growers to inspect product during harvest for quality defects to ensure the procedures are being followed and meet specific requirements set forth by the Cultivation team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Training all employees on proper harvest techniques
- Effectively teach and direct a group of 20-40 people
- Directs the team in carrying out procedures and schedules
- Diagnose plant health, deficiencies, pests, and other issues while coming up with the best solution to harvesting product
- Collaborates with Head Growers and Cultivation team to ensure a successful harvest
- Maintains open communication with management team and coworker; must be able to give verbal and physical directives, training information, policies, and coaching and counseling employees if necessary
- Coordinate scheduling of all harvest/post-harvesting rooms and optimal asset utilization
- Establish manpower requirements to meet schedules
