The Lead Store Associate is responsible for assisting the Dispensary Management team in all operational aspects of running the dispensary and ensuring each patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment. Job Summary
The Dispensary Associate is responsible for guiding a customer on their journey into cannabis by educating them on the benefits and potential side effects. In this role, you will need to be knowledgeable enough to speak to customers about various products and their effects while providing excellent customer service. The primary function of a Dispensary Associate is to facilitate a customer’s purchase per State regulations, while providing an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
- Provide empathy and compassion to patients.
- Provide the TruExperience through elevated patient service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge.
- Assist Assistant Managers and Shift Supervisors with returns in accordance with company policy.
- Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manor.
- Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures.
- Work directly with the TruHost and Reception to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist customer with any product or device issues.
- Work with leadership and management to find solutions to customer issues.
- Document customer issues and concerns on the customer’s profile.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.
- Any other task(s) as assigned by Management.

Additional Responsibilities as Delivery Associate:
- Verify products on the manifests match the products in each delivery before leaving the facility.
- Communicate clearly to the customer, deliver product on time and safely.
- Maintain records for each delivery in accordance with state and federal law, as well as company policy.
- Process orders in the POS system and complete dispensation during each delivery.
- Keep cash and products securely locked in the green bins stored in the trunk of the vehicle.
- Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicles and all related equipment, putting in repair requests with management as necessary to maintain safe operation.
- Relay customer feedback, including concerns, complaints, damaged deliveries, returns, and competitive knowledge whenever it is presented.
- Monitor and evaluate safe work practices and maintain a safe work environment.
- Represent and uphold TruValues while facilitating in store-to-store transfers, patient deliveries, and service requests.

Education and Experience

Under the direction of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager will oversee the operation of the Curaleaf Dispensary. Assumes full management responsibility in the absence of the Dispensary Manager. This person will work to improve dispensary sales, profitability, and image through extraordinary customer service, protection of store assets, supervising team members in the absence of the store manager.
Customer Experience
- Monitors and analyzes the customer service provided by team members. Offers feedback and coaching.
- Greets patients and offers assistance with products and services.
- Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits and Curaleaf service traits.
- Resolves customer complaints and helps respond to customers' special needs.
Operations
- Supervises operation of the store and team members, opening/closing/changing shifts, task delegation and scheduling team members
- Supervises the control of the store money including register counts, withdraws from the bank, armored car pickups, safe deposits, change orders and oversees all aspects of bookkeeping including ledger, invoices, cash reports and time records.
- Learns to analyze inventory trends and supervises inventory management, including ordering items, keeping stock, and leveraging company resources to avoid outs and overstock.
- Supervises receiving, stocking, pricing, returning, and transferring of merchandise. • Ensures that store/grounds are clean and presentable; manages repair and maintenance; responds to emergencies.
- Supervises operations of assigned location including strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintains knowledge of all computer and technology systems and software (e.g. registers, Biotrack, etc.). Ensures response to all systems problems by contacting information technology support and seeking solutions.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with coworkers.
- Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned, including assisting team members as needed.

The Store Manager ensures that the dispensary operations comply with the State Regulations and internally approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). The Dispensary Manager collaborates with the Senior Retail Leaders to develop, document, and implement practices, policies, and strategies that support performance and results-driven culture.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains the highest level of presentation, customer service, and compassion to all patients
- Responsible for managing the dispensary department in a manner that supports the organizations' mission
- Provide departmental leadership to assure that all departmental operations such as admissions, patient consulting, product dispensing, cash management, inventory management, inventory auditing, outreach, marketing, and ordering are functioning with integrity and in the most cost-efficient, compassionate, and compliant manner

- Reviewing, maintaining, and updating all departmental SOP's and assuring that any changes are communicated to employees and the most recent SOP versions are available 24/7 for planned and unplanned audits by regulators and organization management
- Overseeing and ensuring cash management procedures are followed including, transacting, opening, closing, depositing, reporting, maintaining, and reconciling cash with all departmental SOP's
Compliance

The Lead Store Associate is responsible for assisting the Dispensary Management team in all operational aspects of running the dispensary and ensuring each patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment. Assist Patients with their personal needs, maintain solid product knowledge, and always provide the highest level of customer service.

Job Summary
The Dispensary Associate is responsible for guiding a customer on their journey into cannabis by educating them on the benefits and potential side effects. In this role, you will need to be knowledgeable enough to speak to customers about various products and their effects while providing excellent customer service. This position also coordinates various events focused on education and awareness, with the goal of increasing VidaCann’s presence and business in the market. The Customer Service Specialist also serves as a driver and delivers product to customers as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet, assist, and provide information and necessary services to customers.
- Verify customer ID and cannabis card status.
- Discuss and make appropriate product recommendations to customers based on their physician’s recommendation.
- Access and properly utilize the state’s Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR) in dispensing product to customers.
- Dispense medication and collect payment via POS register, or upon delivery, in the form of approved payment methods (cash, debit, credit).
- Maintain all online pick-up orders.
- Maintain strict controls on product, cash, and patient data at all times.
- Package and deliver medications to customers from home dispensary. Collect and secure payment upon delivery.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers by accurately assessing needs and providing accurate information in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe and clean retail store environment.
- Perform daily cycle count and weekly inventory count functions. Report any discrepancies to Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager to be corrected immediately.
- Follow processes and procedures to ensure accuracy in dispensing and maintaining products and inventory.
- Ensure secured storage organization including inventory barcode on all boxes. Ensure correct labels or barcodes are on products in correspondence to batch, lot numbers before they are put out to sell.
- Restock sales floor inventory following the FIFO model (First in, First out).
- Prepare Manifest and log all returns going back with the weekly delivery.
- Perform key holder responsibilities, if applicable, to include opening and closing duties.
- Work with Dispensary Manager to identify opportunities for dispensary events. Plan and coordinate events, to include internal and external communication, logistics management, marketing, and organization of necessary information and/or materials.
- Build and maintain relationship with physicians in the area.
- Educate event attendees (patients and physicians) regarding the benefits of our products.
- Stay current with latest industry and product knowledge.
- Support all marketing and sales efforts of the company to ensure sales goals are met.
- Remain fully knowledgeable of dispensary policies, procedures and processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure maximum profitability and sales growth in all store functions by managing expense budgets, including deposits, accounts receivable, and profit and loss.
- Direct daily operations with full P&L responsibility at the store-level.
- Seek out new and innovative ways to increase business.
- Maintain quality customer service by establishing and enforcing company standards, handling customer inquiries, and resolving any complaints.

JOB SUMMARY
Job Title: Shift Supervisor
Department: Retail
Reports To: General Manager
FLSA Status: Regular Non-Exempt
As a Shift Supervisor, you will support and partner with the General Manager and Assistant Managers to motivate and mentor retail team members. This will be the most important and primary aspect to your position. You will be inspiring a team of great people committed to creating a welcoming environment and making Trulieve the #1 dispensary. The Retail Shift Supervisor must have good communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership and motivational skills with high customer service expectations, and strong conflict resolution skills.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervisory and lead responsibilities in the retail setting to support the General Manager and Assistant Managers.
- Provide management and administrative support to the General Manager and Assistant Managers.
- Lead by example in providing strong customer service and driving sales to meet daily sales goals.
- Working knowledge of retail business operations including management of payroll and controlling expenses such as shrink and cash shortages.
- Adhere to all cannabis state-specific regulations and laws, execute, and enforce compliance efforts.
- Support and partner with management on all functions of the business.

The Dispensary Associate is responsible for educating patients on the benefits and potential side effects of medication. In this role, you will need to know various products and their effects. The primary function of the Dispensary Associate is to provide excellent customer service and patient care while dispensing medication to patients and caregivers, per department rules.

- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, guests, and coworkers.
- Coordinate returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Print return/exchange forms for all stations and delivery.
- Update the Register Inventory sheet as needed.

- Review accessory needs with manager and order as needed.
- Enter merchandise into the point-of-sale system when received.

Make a difference as a medical marijuana & addiction specialist for a premier holistic practice in Palm Beach Gardens that specializes in medical marijuana certifications, addiction treatment (namely MAT/Suboxone), CBD sales, and other holistic care like acupuncture, colon hydrotherapy, and healing touch (see website: eMDeCares.com). Applicable backgrounds include addiction healthcare, medical assisting, nursing, medical receptionist, health coaching, cannabis clinics or dispensaries, medical office management, social work, case management, detox from OUD, behavioral health, or substance abuse treatment. As a small office, each staff member plays a vital role in the success of the practice. This position requires a mature, reliable, versatile, team-/people-oriented self-starter committed to ensuring all patients receive a positive full cycle experience.
The role is multi-faceted with an emphasis on back office patient care (especially supporting doctors & patients in our Addiction/Suboxone & Medical Cannabis program), intermixed with periodic front desk duties. Work schedule is somewhat pliable but designed for 24 - 38 hrs/wk, 3-5 days per week, with ability to flex as needed. Shifts & opportunities somewhat dependent on your skill sets and motivations, and/or also when we need coverage for absent staff members (i.e. flexibility is definitive plus). Knowledge and familiarization with the challenges of addiction, how to effectively communicate with patients, and how to network with potential sources of new patients all considered a major plus.
The ideal candidate will have a warm, caring personality and outgoing / confident communication style. Must be extremely versatile, reliable, organized, trustworthy, computer literate, able to multi-task and self-initiate. Primary duties involve speaking with patients, welcoming & rooming patients, facilitating telemedicine calls, answering phones, scheduling office visits, takings payments, collecting Urine Drug Screens, resolving patient questions, and supporting doctors with our Suboxone & Medical Cannabis programs. Additional duties involve educating patients on various treatments or outside resources, following up with patients on their well-being (especially addiction), assisting with compliance reporting, networking in the addiction care community, promoting CBD products when applicable, and anything else that helps the office prosper.

Seeking an independent contractor Physician to provide high quality medical care for an integrative practice (www.eMDeCares.com) focused on Medical Marijuana, Addiction/MAT (Suboxone) treatment, and other Holistic modalities. The position is part-time with some degree of flexibility available, initially targeting 2-3 shifts per week (4-6 hrs per shift). Perfect for someone transitioning out of solo practice, nearing retirement, or perhaps needing fewer hours to care for children or other family members. Both specialties require either state or Federal (DEA) credentialing, which is relatively simple/quick to obtain. In-house M.D. available to teach / train as needed. Only doctors with genuine care, compassion, positive energy, non-judgmental disposition, and high ethical standards need apply. - Conduct in-office MMJ Certifications & Recertifications on patients seeking relief for various "qualifying conditions", as defined by the FL OMMU
- Conduct in-office and tele-visits for patients with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) following standard MAT protocols and prescribe Suboxone/Buprenorphine accordingly
- Generally give appropriate advice for healthy habits (diet, hygiene, exercise, mental health etc.) and preventative actions to promote overall health
- Collaborate with other physicians, physician assistants, nurses, and MA's to form a high performing medical team
- Counsel and/or refer patients to other healthcare resources (e.g. counselors, group therapy, online self-help, etc.) when needed
- Keep electronic records (via EHR system) of patients’ diseases, treatments, or other significant information (e.g. allergic episodes)
- Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion for patients
- Maintain all applicable licenses/credentials and remain up-to-speed with developments and best practices in areas of medicine practiced at the clinic

The doctor you will be working alongside at this location is the former medical director of United Health Care as well as Humana. Our mission is to provide Real Doctors and Achieve Real Results. We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team! While the work is hard and the office can be stressful, it is rewarding, and opportunity for advancement is a huge part of who we are.
Palm Beach Gardens is our headquarters as we open more offices around the state. You will be responding to requests for information / appointments and calling perspective patients back on the phone. You will handle existing patient inquiries, patient concerns, rescheduling requests while meeting performance metrics and quality service goals in a team atmosphere.You will also be expected to perform clerical and administrative functions as well as assisting the Doctor in seeing patients as effectively as possible. - Overcome objectives during outbound sales call
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Remind patients of upcoming visits
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Maintaining of general office and supplies
- Maintaining general office finances (limited)
