Job Duties:
- Perform security patrols of external and internal areas of locations.
- Monitor surveillance and security alarm systems.
- Provide assistance to business owners in emergency situations.
- Keep detailed logs and records of incidents at assigned locations.

Qualifications:
- Military or law enforcement background preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current driver’s license and dependable transportation.
- Must be able to obtain a Cultivation/Dispensary Identification Card.
- Good credit record.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- A professional appearance and demeanor.
- Able to stand and or sit for extended periods of time.

The Inventory Supervisor will assist with day-to-day inventory activities; intaking of deliveries, ensuring overall inventory data, and maintaining accurate counts. They will assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager with using quantitative measures such as volume of sales, purchases, assets, etc., to oversee all inventory operations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Trained and performs all duties of Advisor when needed.
- Ensure cycle counts daily, weekly and monthly as required by standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
- Ensure inventory records are always accurate.
- Follow state guidelines to maintain an accurate physical inventory and ensure the integrity of the dispensary records.
- Assist in managing proper synchronization to state inventory system.
- Assist in deliveries that will be taken into the dispensary ensuring they are accurate.
- Ensuring all new products received into Biotrack and point of sales (POS) accurately, with proper details added for each product.
- Participate in assessing the internal controls over inventory to identify deficiencies and develop corrective action plans for continuous improvement with management.
- Work with Store Manager to ensure all inventory issues are handled on a timely basis.
- Adhere to all mandatory state regulations.
- Ensure safe destruction of products when necessary.
Agent Support and Management:
- Assists managing dispensary staff, schedules, inventory, and patient/customer relations.
- Serves as a resource for dispensary staff.
- Responds to all staff questions, concerns or suggestions.
- Responsible for delegating tasks to Advisors in order to maintain a compliant and clean facility.
- Coordinates with the upper management to ensure accurate information is communicated to dispensary staff.
- Managing and assisting with training on POS system.
Reports, Documentation and Profitability:
- Maintain accurate records of all dispensary activities including daily cash reconciliations, patient/customer records, sales, deliveries and returns in accordance with the State and the standards set by Company.
- Accurate daily, weekly, and monthly recaps and reporting of sales data and patient counts.
- Maintain inventory control system and leads staff with daily counts of all cannabis and medical cannabis products in the facility.

About the role:
You will supervise day-to-day store activities, ensure overall store performance, identify staffing needs, manage schedules, and develop operational action plans while mentoring and developing the staff. - Ensure compliance with all state cannabis rules and regulations governing the act for both medical and adult use purposes, and directly supervise the activity within the dispensary to include staff training and education.
- Provide management and leadership for day-to-day operations including that of sales terminals and related transactions.
- Manage all record retention requirements (patient records/logs, sales receipts, storage, and auditing of all inventories) according to state regulations and company standards.
