Dispensary Associate – Team Lead
Summary
The Dispensary Associate – Team Lead Training is responsible for ensuring each member receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment. Assist patients with their personal needs, maintain solid product knowledge, facilitate new membership and member renewal processes, and always provide the highest level of customer service. Develop and oversee Curaleaf Oxford's employee training program and assure all new associates are properly trained in all aspects of their positions.

Position Summary

- Organizes cannabis-based products to dispense; calculating quantities; preparing product labels.
- Stores and maintains inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed products and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
- Entering order information into the point-of-sale system; processing payment; finalizing customer orders.
- Responsible for inventory and cash reconciliation procedures.
- Perform new customer consultations as needed.
- Maintain compliances with the Adult Use of Marijuana Program rules and regulations.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Perform related duties as assigned by MOD.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Minimum two years of administrative customer relations/customer service experience; experience in the retail & health industry a plus.

Assistant Store Manager
Summary
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in managing all day-to-day operations of the dispensary in accordance with the State, the standards set by the Company and responsible for the overall profitability of the dispensary. - Responsible for managing dispensary staff, schedules, inventory, and patient/customer relations.
- Serves as a resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news and changes in regulations.
- Responds to all team member questions, concerns or suggestions.
- Responsible for delegating tasks to Team Members in order to maintain a compliant and clean facility
- Managing and implementing training on POS system
- Provides superior customer service to vendors, patient/customers, and caregivers
- Responds to all patient/customer complaints, requests, concerns, suggestions

The qualifications for this position are:
- Minimum 1-year working in a commercial cannabis lab environment in a management role, preferably in Massachusetts, but we will consider applicants with out-of-state experience.
- A strong understanding of standard cannabis extraction, filtration, and short path distillation techniques and the ability to manage these processes and a team with minimal oversight.
- Familiarity with regulatory applications such as METRC and seed-to-sale or ERP software.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
- Bonus points for applicants with experience manufacturing vape carts, hash washing, rosin pressing, and operating preroll machinery.

- Prepare biomass for extraction including grinding and sifting
- Operate CO2 machine including loading, running, and cleaning;
- Operate refinement equipment including rotovap, vacuum filtration device, distillation machine, and vacuum purge ovens;
- Perform packaging duties for filling primary containers such as vapes, tinctures, capsules, and edibles in addition to secondary packaging such as labeling and boxing;

Manage work schedule for all Dispensary & Packaging Associates.
Process requests for time off while maintaining appropriate and fair staffing levels.
Maintain updated inventory lists of all dispensary supplies, excluding medicated product and marijuana paraphernalia.
Order all dispensary supplies, assuring dispensary is always equipped with sufficient levels of office and other supplies necessary to maintain a clean, professional environment.
Work with vendors to assure all dispensary equipment is in proper operating condition.
Scan and send appropriate US Mail (invoices, service contracts, etc.) to CFO.
Ensure all personnel files are up to date and in compliance per State Regulations; and all HR files are scanned to CFO for electronic HR record.

Responsible for making sure each employee has state-required signed training documentation; filed in personnel file; and sent to CFO for electronic file.
Inventory Control and Management
Proper management of all pre-packaged product (front & back of the house) and inventory movement between the vault and dispensing stations and ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
Ensure nightly audits are taking place, with 100% compliant results while you are the Manager on Duty.
Assist the Assistant Manager – Inventory in conducting weekly and monthly audits as needed in conjunction with all departments.
Act as the backup to inventory management needs in the Assistant Manager/Inventory absence.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
2-3 years in progressively responsible retail experience, including at least three years in a management position
