What you will do
We are looking for an energetic, dedicated, and experienced Quality Manager to join our growing and talented team at our Otsego, MN facility. The Quality Manager is responsible for the overall quality and safety of Medical Cannabis products and monitoring the processes and procedures in the medical cannabis manufacturing operation. They are required to follow set processes and ensure adherence to state regulations, SOPs, work instructions (WI), and adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and other product quality standards. This individual will assists in aligning the company with all state, federal and 3rd party requirements and work with QA to ensure compliance with government regulatory agencies and third-party audits. This position reports to the Director of Quality and Product Safety.
Highlighted Responsibilities
- Perform Quality Control inspections on Products, Equipment and procedures. Ensure package integrity and accuracy
- May perform or assist inventory management personnel with inventory audits when needed
- Responsible for monitoring product cannabis safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process
- Ensure all cannabis and cannabis containing products produced at the facility are properly tested in accordance with company procedures and guidelines, at appropriate frequencies, and meet specifications prior to release. Ensure testing data is appropriately recorded and maintained
- Responsible for performing verification on equipment and other areas required
- Responsible for ensuring the correct recording and filing of all relevant record logs and documentation completed by staff
- Ensures the correct guidelines for production are followed during operations
- Ensures employees are following all SOPs, Work Instructions and worker safety practices
- Ensure the facility follows applicable Quality Management directives such as SOP’s, manuals, policies and procedures, work instructions, etc.
- Instructs employees on Quality Improvements and Issues
- Analyze quality data to recommend quality and process improvements
- Collect product samples for Product Development, lab retains and the laboratory when directed
- Supports Director of Quality and Product Safety and manages one Quality Assurance Specialist
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; must be at least 21 years old
- 4 years minimum employment experience in a manufacturing/quality control setting and experience in Continuous Improvement
- Experience in managing one or more employees
- Experience with record keeping/internal auditing
- Ability to follow existing inventory/inspection procedures accurately
- Working knowledge of general computer operation and competency with Microsoft Office Products
- Experience operating in a quality-centric setting (Medical/Manufacturing/Health related industries)
- Good writing/reading/arithmetic skills
- Basic physical ability to walk back and forth across facility and lift/move up to 50lbs if necessary
- Self-motivated with proven leadership skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills for multitasking and interacting with team members in a growing facility

What you will do_*
In this role The Production Manager is responsible for oversight of the production of medical cannabis at the Otsego, MN processing site including trimming, pre-rolls, and packaging. This individual is responsible for ensuring employees follows protocols for all Vireo operating procedures, and meets production goals. Reports to General Manager. Manages production techs, who perform trimming, pre-roll, and final packing activities.
Highlighted Responsibilities
- Oversee the flower processing department at the Otsego Processing site to ensure the smooth operation.
- Manage inventory movement to ensure a smooth process stream. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate production accordingly
- Coordinate cannabis raw material movement and allocation based upon product quality, grade of material, and production and sales needs
- Issue and manage Work Orders for production
- Assist General Manager in the creation of processing schedules based on supplied demand estimations

What you will do
In this role The Facilities Tech is responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the Hurlock Facility. In this role you will maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, perform basic repairs, and work with contractors on facilities improvements, repairs, and expansions. This position reports to the General Manager.
Highlighted Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Basic repairs and maintenance of facilities systems including pipes, pumps, lights, HVAC, minor plumbing needs, minor electrical needs, and minor structural repairs
- Repair of facilities mechanical processing equipment, or coordination with vendors of equipment
- Establish and perform facilities preventative maintenance plans
- Establish and/or manage facility waste service provider
- Submit and manage facilities maintenance tickets in computer system
- Manage inventories of required spare parts and tools to maintain facility functionality
- Work with the GM to develop repair estimates and facility improvement budget
- Act as a supporting role as requested for capital projects and coordinate subcontractor repairs and facilities improvements
- Coordinate with Corporate Real Estate to execute on facilities improvements

- Participate in weekly meetings with other Facility Managers
- Adhere to strict sanitation practices throughout the facility
- Facility cleaning and ensuring overall facility cleanliness– sweeping, mopping, garbage removal, vacuuming, etc.
- All other tasks, as determined by the General Manager and Corporate Facilities Manager, to ensure smooth operation of facility
Qualifications
- Five years of experience in facilities maintenances or related field
- Proven Maintenance Experience
- Skilled in the use of power tools
- Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches
- Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts
- Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including off business hours as needed
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Physical Demands
Ability to communicate orally with management and other co-workers is crucial. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication may be required. Standing for extended periods is common. Hearing and vision within normal ranges is essential for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect equipment. Some heavy lifting may be required. Exertion of up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally may be required.
Work Environment
The job is performed indoors and outdoors. Must be able to work in hot, humid environments for extended periods of time with exposure to dust, allergens, and water. Appropriate PPE will be provided. Activities include extended periods of sitting, standing, kneeling, stooping and bending. Twisting in tight areas may also be required at times.

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our growing dynamic team. The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for quality inspections of Medical Cannabis products and monitoring the processes and procedures in the medical cannabis manufacturing operation. This individual will be required to follow set processes and ensure adherence to state regulations, SOPs, work instructions (WI), and adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and other product quality standards. The Quality Assurance Specialist will assists in aligning the company with all state, federal and 3rd party requirements. Compliance will work with QA to ensure compliance with government regulatory agencies and third-party audits. This role reports directly to the Quality Manager.

- Responsible for monitoring product cannabis safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.

- Review and comply with all procedures and instruction checklists
- Maintain accurate record of cultural practices, data collection, other crop-related logs as assigned by the Cultivation Manager and Supervisor
- Learn and cross train across all cultural practices throughout each growth phase
- Implement daily feeding and care schedule as directed by Cultivation Manager and Supervisor
- Complete daily and periodic duties as assigned
- Assist in completion of secondary cultivation labor tasks at the direction of the Cultivation Supervisor/Lead
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in horticulture, botany, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of biology and chemistry related to plant growth and nutrition
- Knowledge of basic computer and office equipment operations (inventory systems; Word; Excel; office equipment such as copiers/telephone systems)
- Work history showing progressive responsibility, willingness to accept additional projects or challenges. Additional Qualifications:
- Weekend availability as needed.

- Conducting weekly security log reviews
- Ensuring vehicles are maintained and cleaned daily.
- Responding to emergency calls as needed
- In-state travel may be required on a daily basis as part of work duties in company provided vehicles. All travel will be completed during work hours and duties.
- Uploading needed documents to QT9 based on state regulations.
- Emergency response to incidents as needed
- Ensuring transportation team follows both vireo procedures and state regulations
Qualifications
- Must be a US citizen
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be fluent in English with the ability to read and understand printed regulations, written orders and instructions;
- Excellent written/oral communication skills are required;
- Must be able to maintain poise and self-control under stress;
- Capable of performing all normal emergency security duties and responsibilities.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must have a valid driver s license with a clear driving record. No suspensions or alcohol related charges within last 7 years.

What you will do
We are hiring an energetic and flexible Security Officer Full Time to join our growing dynamic team! The ideal candidate will be driven, innovative, compassionate, believe in the goodness of people and cannabis, and enjoys the one team, one dream motto! The Security Officer will be responsible for providing onsite protection and safety for employees, customers, vendors, and assets. This position will report directly to the Transportation Supervisor.
Highlighted Responsibilities
- Performing security patrols by company or client vehicle and/or on foot.
- Protect property from theft, embezzlement, sabotage, trespassing, fire and accidents.
- The protection of individuals or property, including but not limited to proprietary information, from harm or misappropriation.
- The control of access to premises being protected.
- Investigate and take the appropriate lawfully action as authorized by Vireo Health on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities, safety, and fire.
- Provide any needed assistance to customers, employees, visitors, or the public.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language, both verbally and in written form; Required documentation by writing reports,
- Drive a Company vehicle for work-related purpose.
Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift items weighing as much as 50 pounds
- Demonstrate good moral and ethical standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills for multitasking and interacting with team members Experience in a security, military, law enforcement, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable to change in the work environment.
