- Model best-in-class service that consistently exceeds our customers’ expectations and builds a long-term rapport using an established customer service model.
- Provide customers and caregivers with expert cannabis recommendations discussing therapy goals, product effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.
- Participate in the patient intake process, entering and maintaining appropriate paperwork and patient records.
- Accurately receive, prepare, and complete patient orders and sales utilizing point-of-sale (POS).
- Maintain accurate records of all activities including customer records for all activities in accordance with the State of Florida Office of Compassionate Use and Florida Statues for a Medical Marijuana Treatment Center, as well as regulations set forth by local, state, and federal agencies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Courteously and patiently assist patients through both the Intake and Outtake processes during scheduled doctor days.
- Educate patients about medicinal cannabis and the state registration process.
- Provide patients with information about CBD and sell CBD products available in the office.
- Customer service:
- take incoming customer calls regarding the confirmation and rescheduling of existing appointments
- take incoming calls regarding customer service issues/questions and resolve the customer service issues
- reach out to patients to reschedule upcoming appointments
- Regularly review DOH website for state updates.
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Basic office cleaning and organization.
- Other office duties as required.

- Model best-in-class service that consistently exceeds our customers’ expectations and builds a long-term rapport using an established customer service model.
- Provide customers and caregivers with expert cannabis recommendations discussing therapy goals, product effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.
- Participate in the patient intake process, entering and maintaining appropriate paperwork and patient records.
- Accurately receive, prepare, and complete patient orders and sales utilizing point-of-sale (POS).
- Maintain accurate records of all activities including customer records for all activities in accordance with the State of Florida Office of Compassionate Use and Florida Statues for a Medical Marijuana Treatment Center, as well as regulations set forth by local, state, and federal agencies.
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality of sensitive patient information in alignment with HIPAA compliance.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Responsible for high quality patient customer service, retrieving patient information from the Medical Marijuana Use Registry, and maintaining confidential and HIPAA compliant paperwork
- Obtain the appropriate documentation from each patient at every delivery, ensuring validity of their identification and registration with Medical Marijuana Use Registry
- Record each visit using appropriate software, ensuring accuracy of patient information, and recording notes if necessary
- Collaborate with call center employees about preorders and online orders to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of delivery while maximizing sales and customer satisfaction
- Respond to and resolve patient requests, complaints, or compliments in person, and on the phone requesting supervisor support as needed
- Maintain a basic understanding of the Cannabis based therapeutics, and services provided at Company
- Educate patients on the processes of registration, renewals, and lost registration documents
- Maintain awareness of patient input and suggest changes to improve service or product
- Ensure all patient files are current and required documentation is on file and follows all guidelines issued by the State of Florida
- Communicate with employees to update online and physical pamphlets as needed
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU'LL BRING
Required
- Age 21 or over
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
- 1 year or more of driving experience in the US or Canada
- Must have an established and a driving record in Good Standing.

Summary The Lead Store Associate is responsible for assisting the Dispensary Management team in all operational aspects of running the dispensary and ensuring each patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment. - Ensure Patients' concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate Patient requests and/or problems to Manager when needed.

- Communicate the effects of different types of cannabis to Patients clearly and effectively.
- Ring up sales on Point of Sale System and process cash transactions.
- Ensure strict controls to protect organization assets at the direction of management.
- Set up and break down display cases daily. Assist in display maintenance and housekeeping.
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock, and participate in inventory counts.
- Facilitate the new membership and Patient renewal processes.

Education and/or Work Experience
- Demonstration of knowledge and proficiency of all Standard Operating Procedures related to dispensary operations
- Previous experience as a pharmacy technician, bank teller, or other work experience with strict compliance standards preferred.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Fast paced medical facility is seeking a very friendly, compassionate, front desk receptionist. Candidate must work well under pressure for a busy, well-established clinic. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, efficient, punctual, organized and self-motivated. Duties/Responsibilities/Tasks
- Understands and assist the Dispensary Manager with weekly and monthly sales information.
- Assists the Dispensary Manager with employee schedules and managing employee work hours and vacation request.
- Assist with the conduction of training of all new employees as well as the re-training of existing employees when needed.
- Motivates and works together with Dispensary Manager and employees to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Assists in conducting employee evaluations.
- Informs employees of new updates and general developments in the Company.
- Supports the Dispensary Managers in evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with human resources; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of criteria.
- Helps ensure that inventory is adequate and helps manage inventory properly by becoming versed in the use of the Inventory Control System and Electronic Verification System.
- Promotes a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established company policies and procedures.
- Supports the Dispensary Manager by monitoring the activities of the store employees to maximize efficiency, minimize errors.
- Strives to become familiar and proficient at all other tasks and duties of the Dispensary manager, as listed on that Job Description.
- Assist Dispensary Manager with regular and random inventory counts of medical Cannabis, ancillary products, and dispensing supplies.
- Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations by supervising Dispensary a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekend, evening, and holiday shifts.
- Supervises Dispensary Cannabis Advisors during Dispensary Manager’s absence or when directed.
- Other duties as assigned by the Dispensary Manager, including filling in as Agent in Charge, or Cannabis Advisor, as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Provide deliveries, acting as a driver or passenger while delivering exceptional service for our customers
- Obtain the appropriate documentation from each patient at every delivery, ensuring validity of their identification and registration with Medical Marijuana Use Registry
- Record each visit using appropriate software, ensuring accuracy of patient information, and recording notes if necessary
- Collaborate with call center employees about preorders and online orders to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of delivery while maximizing sales and customer satisfaction
- Respond to and resolve patient requests, complaints, or compliments in person, and on the phone requesting supervisor support as needed
- Maintain a basic understanding of the Cannabis based therapeutics, and services provided at Company
- Educate patients on the processes of registration, renewals, and lost registration documents
- Maintain awareness of patient input and suggest changes to improve service or product
- Ensure all patient files are current and required documentation is on file and follows all guidelines issued by the State of Florida
- Communicate with employees to update online and physical pamphlets as needed

Curaleaf FL is seeking a Full - Time Store Associate who will be responsible for ensuring each Curaleaf patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment, assist members with their personal needs, maintain solid product knowledge, facilitate new membership and member renewal processes and always provide the highest level of customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with established standards.
- Develop and maintain rapport with our patients, vendors, service providers and staff.
- Ensure members' concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate member requests and/or problems to management when needed.
- Recommend, select and help locate the proper medicine for patient depending on their individual needs.

The focus of this role is to provide support to all managers and staff while ensuring that all retail operations are performing to company standards
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Ensure that all communication with potential customers and current patients are meeting company standards.
- Serve as a patient advocate, educator, and customer service representative, and ensure patients are serviced promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure that each patient has a high-quality, valuable, and industry-leading experience when interacting with the company, ensuring that Liberty Health Sciences Florida is positioned as the medical cannabis provider of choice in Florida.
- Fulfill orders properly, including the correct label, patient label and proper packaging procedures are being followed.
- Consult patients and/or dispense the company’s regulated medical cannabis products to qualified patients in accordance with company policy and in accordance with Florida medical cannabis regulations.
- Maintain a professional interaction with both staff members and patients while also participating in team building exercises.
- Assist management staff in ensuring all procedures are being followed to reflect regulatory and compliance standards.
- Ensure effective communication and teamwork across functional areas and team members to achieve company goals
- Perform weekly inventory counts and report findings to Management

Qualifications

Summary The Lead Dispensary Associate is responsible for assisting the Dispensary Management team in all operational aspects of running the dispensary and ensuring each patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment. Assist Patients with their personal needs, maintaining solid product knowledge, and always provide the highest level of customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist the Dispensary Manager and the Dispensary Assistant Manager in all activities related to inventory management
- Assist the Dispensary Manager and the Dispensary Assistant manager in all activities and responsibilities related to Standard operating procedure compliance and training
- Assist the Dispensary Manager and the Dispensary Assistant Manager in all activities related to opening and closing the dispensary
- Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with established standards
- Develop and maintain rapport with our Patients, vendors, service providers, and staff.
- Ensure Patients' concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate Patient requests and/or problems to the Manager when needed.
- Recommend, select and help locate the proper medicine for Patients depending on their individual needs and Physician Certification.
- Communicate the effects of different types of cannabis to Patients clearly and effectively.
- Ring up sales on Point of Sale System and process cash transactions.
- Ensure strict controls to protect organization assets at the direction of management.
- Set up and break down display cases daily. Assist in display maintenance and housekeeping.
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock, and participate in inventory counts.
- Facilitate the new membership and Patient renewal processes.
- Perform data entry and manage the Patient database.
- Dispensing medical cannabis in Medical Marijuana Use Registry.
- Answer phone calls and forward them to the appropriate staff member.
- Book appointments for Patients for services they request.
- Maintain a current stock of Educational materials, new patient folders, etc.
- Frequently maintain dispensary's cleanliness, i.e. dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping, and sanitization.
- Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect.
- Maintain the strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Perform other related work as required.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Work Experience
- Demonstration of knowledge and proficiency of all Standard Operating Procedures related to dispensary operations
- Previous experience as a pharmacy technician, bank teller, or other work experience with strict compliance standards is preferred.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Retail, cash handling and Point of Sales (POS) experience required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in the medical cannabis industry is highly desirable, but not required.
- Must be 21 years old
- Subject to criminal background check per state cannabis regulations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Language Skills

Fast paced medical facility is seeking a very friendly, compassionate, front desk receptionist. Candidate must work well under pressure for a busy, well-established clinic. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, efficient, punctual, organized and self-motivated. The candidate must have knowledgeable experience with computers and EMR software, be able to follow instruction, possess the ability to answer a high volume of calls, work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism at ALL times, be flexible, be willing to perform mainly front and some back office duties (as needed), maintain patient records, follow HIPAA laws, update patient information, manage telephones/email/fax, schedule patient appointments, collect payments, educate patients on the process of being certified for medical cannabis, and assist with marketing out it in the field. Previous medical experience is helpful but not required. Regular office hours are Mon- Fri from 8-2 with occasional Saturdays for community events and marketing. Candidate will cover shifts within those office hour time slots.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Liaisons will be responsible for maintaining a professional interaction with both staff members and patients while also participating in team building exercises.
- Patient Liaisons will assist management staff in ensuring all procedures are being followed to reflect regulatory and compliance standards.
- Ensure effective communication and teamwork across functional areas and team members to achieve company goals
