Position Summary:
Reporting to the Lead Driver and the Floor Manager, delivery drivers are an important customer-facing position critical to the success of Sespe Creek. Communication is essential, as is remaining informed on policies, products, and priorities. Drivers are responsible for routing and double-checking the contents of daily delivery orders and contacting customers to confirm delivery times. Safe driving is a must; you will be entrusted with a GPS-tracked company car for making deliveries. Delivery drivers always operate with the highest discretion and professionalism.
Once your delivery routes are complete, you will support the store as a Budtender, working with customers in a one-on-one atmosphere. Knowledge, patience, and compassion are critical qualities for a successful budtender.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- All responsibilities of the driver position:
- Assessing routes for orders to plan the day for maximum efficiency
- Discreet deliveries
- Verifying and documenting customer documents and identification
- Polite and consistent communication with customers
- Verifying fees and delivery contents, accurately processing transactions via cash and electronic payments
- Keep up to date on deals, discounts, announcements, and messages
- Assisting with order fulfillment if budtenders are busy.
- Sales, Cash accounting, and customer service
- Promoting a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures

Job Description
- Maintain an expert understanding of the Petalfast brands you’re scheduled to represent including product details, brand mission/values, and related general cannabis knowledge.
- Staff consumer-facing marketing activations such as in-store demos and events at retail.

Ojai Greens is an Adult Use and Medical Cannabis Dispensary & Delivery Service.
Under the direction of the CEO, this position will be working in the back office performing all data entry related tasks including but not limited to:
- Maintaining data files accurately
- Verifying data to be entered; reviewing data for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain records of work completed
- Update data in appropriate databases in accurate and timely manner including multiple marketing platforms
- Process and resolve data inquiries by searching and reviewing the databases
- Enter and update files into Excel spreadsheets
- Perform administrative duties such as operating office equipment or data filing as required
- Perform administrative assistance as directed by CEO; assist with correspondence both electronic and/or written, telephone calls, etc.

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Proven experience as data entry clerk
- Basic understanding of databases
