CORE JOB DUTIES
- Assist Wellness Advisors in customer consultations, handling standard questions or complaints.
- Assist customers in product selection through education of different cannabis products and their varying impacts on the human body.
- Apply effective selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
- Verify proper documentation, and ID for customers.
- Assist in verifying the accuracy of orders being dispensed to customers in a timely fashion; perform bag and receipt checks.
- Label and package customer orders.
- Perform accurate cash handling in the company's Point of Sale system, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Investigate any cash, POS or product discrepancies and escalate/record appropriately.
- Troubleshoot technical issues or glitches in POS system.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispensary activities including customer records, sales, deliveries and returns in accordance with the state regulatory agency and the standards set by Company.
- Perform routine inventory counts of all products.
- Ensure product stock is organized and meets compliance regulations
- Assist managers with organizing sales floor merchandise and product displays
- Ensure security measures and safety compliance in the store according to Company SOPs.
- Assist in keeping the store an organized and clean environment for customers and team
- Assist with onboarding and training Wellness Advisors, including ensuring day-to-day compliance with all company policies, procedures, state, and local laws.
- Escalate all employee relations issues in a timely manner to management.
- Perform ad-hoc store opening and closing procedures such as preparing registers, managing morning, and closing inventory, and completing required inventory reports.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years' experience in customer service; cannabis experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information in a professional consultative manner.
- Ability to learn and understand cannabinoids and how they interact with the human body

CORE JOB DUTIES
- Greet customers, ensuring a best-in-class experience.
- Build customer relationships by asking questions about and listening attentively to customer needs, fostering a welcoming and reassuring environment.
- Assist customers in product selection through education of different cannabis products and their varying impact on the human body.
- Apply effective selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
- Verify proper documentation and ID for customers.
- Assist in verifying the accuracy of orders being dispensed to customers in a timely fashion.
- Label and package customer orders.
- Perform accurate cash handling in the company's Point of Sale system, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate records of all dispensary activities including customer records, sales, deliveries and returns in accordance with the state regulatory agency and the standards set by Company.
- Perform routine inventory counts of all products.
- Ensure product stock is organized and meets compliance regulations.
- Assist managers with organizing sales floor merchandise and product displays.
- Ensure security measures and safety compliance in the store according to Company SOPs.
- Assist in keeping the store an organized and clean environment for customers and team
- Escalate any employee or customer issues to management.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information in a professional consultative manner.

The Lead Dispensary Associate is responsible for assisting the Dispensary Management team in all operational aspects of running the dispensary and ensuring each patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment. Assist Patients and Customers with their personal needs, maintain solid product knowledge, and always provide the highest level of customer service.

Education and/or Work Experience

Cresco Labs is seeking a Dispensary Manager who will be responsible for managing all day-to-day operations the Cresco dispensary in accordance with the state regulations, the standards set by the Company and responsible for the overall profitability of the dispensary. The Dispensary Manager provides support to all dispensary staff, which includes: scheduling, training, providing policy and procedure updates, keeping updated with industry news and product information. The Dispensary Manager is responsible for ordering and receiving of all inventory and products, arranging deliveries with logistics team, maintaining agent and facility compliance and cleanliness.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Agent Support and Management:
- Responsible for managing dispensary staff, schedules, inventory, and patient/customer relations
- Serves as a resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news and changes in regulations
- Responds to all staff questions, concerns or suggestions
- Resolves any conflict immediately
- Responsible for delegating tasks to Wellness Advisors in order to maintain a compliant and clean facility
- Coordinates with the upper management to ensure accurate information is communicated to dispensary staff
- Managing and implementing training on POS system
Customer Service:
- Provides superior customer service for vendors, patient/customers and caregivers
- Responds to all patient/customer complaints, requests, concerns, suggestions
- Oversees orders and deliveries to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of deliveries
Reports, Documentation and Profitability:
- Maintain accurate records of all dispensary activities including daily cash reconciliations, patient/customer records, sales, deliveries and returns in accordance with the State of Illinois and the standards set by Company
- Accurate daily, weekly, and monthly recaps and reporting from sales data and patient counts
- Maintain inventory control system and perform daily counts of all medical cannabis and medical cannabis products in the facility
- Provide regular inventory, sales, and profitability reports to the Management Team.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- 3-5 years of Retail Management experience required
- Proficient in MS Office, Highly Proficient in MS Excel
- Detail-oriented
- Experience in data entry, data management ideal
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information in a professional consultative manner
- Strong business acumen including excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills
- Must maintain a high level of integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience

- Must be able to successfully register with the state's cannabis commission as an agent
- Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Dispensary Assistant Store Manager
Under the direction of the Dispensary Manager, Assistant Manager will oversee the operation of the Curaleaf Dispensary. Assumes full management responsibility in the absence of the Dispensary Manager. This person will work to improve dispensary sales, profitability, and image through extraordinary customer service, protection of store assets, supervising team members in the absence of the store manager.
Customer Experience
- Monitors and analyzes the customer service provided by team members. Offers feedback and coaching.
- Greets patients and offers assistance with products and services.
- Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits and Curaleaf service traits.
- Resolves customer complaints and helps respond to customers' special needs.
Operations
- Supervises operation of the store and team members, opening/closing/changing shifts, task delegation and scheduling team members
- Supervises the control of the store money including register counts, withdraws from the bank, armored car pickups, safe deposits, change orders and oversees all aspects of bookkeeping including ledger, invoices, cash reports and time records.
- Learns to analyze inventory trends and supervises inventory management, including ordering items, keeping stock, and leveraging company resources to avoid outs and overstock.
- Supervises receiving, stocking, pricing, returning, and transferring of merchandise. • Ensures that store/grounds are clean and presentable; manages repair and maintenance; responds to emergencies.

Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level support and serve as an internal point of contact to the CEO with a high degree of initiative, judgement, and discretion
- Ensure that the CEO is well prepared for all meetings, coordinate resources, and assemble appropriate reference and back-up material for all meetings;
- Manage all aspects of Leadership meetings; agenda items for participants, scheduling, the taking of minutes, meeting space set up, distribute of action items post meeting

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco is seeking an Assistant Dispensary Manager who will be responsible for assisting in managing all day-to-day operations of the dispensary in accordance with the State, the standards set by the Company and responsible for the overall profitability of the dispensary. The Assistant Manager provides support to all Patient Care Specialists which includes: scheduling, training, providing policy and procedure updates, keeping updated with industry news and product information. The Assistant Manager is responsible for ordering and receiving of all inventory and products, arranging deliveries with logistics team, maintaining agent and facility compliance and cleanliness. They will also support the concierge VIP service that will be available at our Lakeview location. The Assistant Manager will support the launch of this service when we open our secondary sites in the city and will focus on outreach to support patient and customer traffic to our city zoned dispensaries.

- Responsible for managing dispensary staff, schedules, inventory and patient/customer relations
- Serves as a resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news and changes in regulations

- Responsible for delegating tasks to Patient Care Specialists in order to maintain a compliant and clean facility

JOB SUMMARY
Join our team at Cresco Labs as a Wellness Advisor. Your main responsibility will be to assist patients in selecting the proper medical cannabis products for their needs and are the go to product expert on duty at the store. Wellness Advisors engage in one-on-one conversations with patients from the time they walk into the store until they check out. Compliance with applicable rules and regulations as implemented by the state and the company will be required.
The ideal Wellness Advisor should be friendly and positive, much like the barista who provides you your favorite coffee. We hope our patients are drawn to our Wellness Advisors and the dispensary because of our service, our products as well as your approachable and knowledgeable demeanor.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Help patients make the right choices by knowing how the different methods of cannabis affect patients differently
- Suggesting dosage starting points for new patients
- Correct cash handling
- Verification of proper paperwork, documentation and ID for patients
- Accurate use of the Point of Sale (POS) system; timely data entry of patient profiles in both the POS system and the state's electronic verification system
- Maintenance of hard copy files (when required)
- Assist in verifying the accuracy of orders when being delivered
- Ensure security measures and safety compliance for the store

- Reporting of employee issues or patient situations

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 - 5 years' experience in customer service

- Retail experience mandatory
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to learn and understand cannabinoids and how they interact with the human body

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Dispensary Manager who will be responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of our Newark, Ohio Dispensary. This individual will adhere to state regulations, apply the standards set by Cresco, and drive the overall profitability of the dispensary, while managing a large team of employees. Team management includes includes: scheduling, training, implementing policy changes, and adapting to procedure updates . The Dispensary Manager is responsible for evolving with industry changes and new product information. Additionally, the Dispensary Manager will order and receive all inventory, arrange deliveries, prioritize compliance, and maintain cleanliness.

Dispensary Support and Management
- Responsible for scheduling and training for all dispensary staff
- Responsible for coaching and developing staff, documenting reviews, and communicating achievements/areas that require improvement [progressive performance counselling]
- Serves as a liaison to dispensary staff, regional directors, HR representatives, compliance members, and corporate partners
- Maintains all compliance policies dictated by specific state governing bodies
- Able to adapt to a rapidly changing industry and provide a sense of urgency in all matters

- Oversees orders and deliveries to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of deliveries

- Maintains accurate records of all dispensary activities including, but not limited to, daily cash reconciliations, patient/customer records, sales, deliveries and returns in accordance with the governing bodies of that state and the standards set by Cresco
- Reports and is accountable for daily, weekly, and monthly recaps of sales data and patient counts to the management/leadership teams
- Maintains accurate monthly logs in accordance with state compliance regulation
- Observes inventory control systems and performs daily counts of all cannabis and cannabis products in the facility
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of Retail Management/Leadership experience required
- Prior experience managing teams of 10 or more, preferably in a high-volume environment with a focus on team development
- Highly proficient in all MS Office applications
- Ability to adapt to a compliance-based rapidly changing industry
- Strong business acumen including excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Has a high level of integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency
