The Compliance Manager will work with various departments across the company to ensure the standard operating procedures incorporate the necessary compliance guidance and are being followed, keeping the company in compliance with all rules and regulations, with an eye towards ensuring that the most cost-effective and efficient compliant processes are in place.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the internal compliance function, including inventory and audit controls.
- Monitor compliance systems to ensure their effectiveness.
- Create and maintain compliance checklists for all business units
- Monitor state and local laws pertaining to operations and ensure compliance with such laws and update compliance documentation and processes as legislation and regulations change.
- Work with functional leaders to ensure information is communicated and all stakeholders are properly informed of changes to regulations, policies, and procedures in their respective areas.
- Assist with training needs of individual departments
- Identify issues, analyze current business methods and provide suggestions to ensure the company maintains compliance with local and state laws.
- Manage the implementation of compliance-related policies and procedures throughout the operating units.
- Send weekly reports to management with current compliance issues, recommendations, and regulatory updates
- Identify modifications to current processes and procedures, changes, and new processes and procedures that need to be put in place.
- Document all changes into training manuals and SOPs
- On an ongoing basis to assist with periodic checks to ensure all employees are performing processes/procedures accurately and the company is in compliance
- When required, be the primary onsite point of contact for bank audits and operational reviews.
Skills and Education Requirements:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- In Depth Knowledge of Colorado Cannabis Laws and Regulations
- Experience working in Cannabis a must
- 2-3 years of related experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare, biotech, tobacco or pharmaceuticals
- Legal mindset, ability to read and understand laws, ordinances, rules and regulations
- Experience in writing and training team members on implementation of S.O.P's
- Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
- Ability to explain regulations in a way that will be understandable to front line employees.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
- Effective time-management skills and the ability to multitask

Position Title: Production Team Member
Brief Description This job entails rolling and packaging Bubble Joints and Bubble Blunts, as well as weighing and labeling Bubble Hash and Live Rosin. This job is full-time, four 10-hour shifts per week, with a one-hour fifteen minute paid lunch break each workday. Within 4 weeks there will also be an option to work 5 8-hour days as we open up our new Production space. This is an entry-level position with room for growth in the company.

Dispensary Sales Associates directly interact with all Patients/Caregivers and advise them compliantly on the products (medical cannabis products and non-medical cannabis products) that are for sale. Dispensary Sales Associates are responsible for both managing money and inventory and elevating the customer experience above all else. A Dispensary Sales Associate is also trained to work at the Check-In Vestibule. The Dispensary Sales Associate working the Check-In Vestibule is the first face a customer. Daily Responsibilities as Dispensary Sales Associate
- ·Ensure an excellent customer experience:
- Providing the customer experience to whoever walks through the door.

Basic Qualifications
- Must pass background check requirements with the State of Colorado.
- Must pass drug test with the State of Colorado.
- High School Diploma required.
- Must be over the age of 21.
- Customer service or sales experience required, cannabis industry experience preferred.
- Proven cash-handling skills and ability to maintain large amounts inventory.
- Success working closely with a myriad of different personality types.
- Genuine enthusiasm and love for cannabis and the cannabis industry.
- Must possess basic knowledge of cannabis weights, industry products, strain classifications, genetics, and compliance.

As a Kiva Production Lead, you will...
- Maintain quality control over all ingredients for production of Kiva products.
- Oversee preparation of gummies; samples taken to the lab to determine THC content.
- Track all ingredients to ensure the appropriate inventory is available for production.
- Training of production assistants in the Camino department
- Oversee the completion of batch records
- Lead production efforts of Camino gummies
- Ensure all processes are being followed
- Work with the Camino Supervisor to develop the Camino production process and team for more efficiency using Continuous Improvement tools.
- Uphold quality standards of products.
