Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with established standards.
- Develop and maintain rapport with our patients, vendors, service providers and staff.
- Ensure members' concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate member requests and/or problems to management when needed.
- Recommend, select and help locate the proper medicine for patient depending on their individual needs.
- Communicate the effects of different types of cannabis to patients clearly and effectively.
- Ensure strict controls to protect organization assets at the direction of management.
- Set up and break down display cases daily. Assist in display maintenance and housekeeping.
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock, and participate in inventory counts.
- Answer phone calls and forward to the appropriate staff member.
- Frequently maintain dispensary's cleanliness, i.e. dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping and sanitization.
- Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect.
- Maintain strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Perform other related work as required.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Retail, cash handling and Point of Sales (POS) experience required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in the medical cannabis industry desirable, but not required.
- Must be 21 years old
- Must be able to work weekends and some holidays
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Cannabis Security Officer
The employee will be responsible for:
- Executing security services as they are outlined in the post order manual and accompanying policy and procedural guidelines as directed by P4.
- Standing/Sitting for extended periods of time
- Foot Patrols on the interior or exterior of the facility

Cannabis Security Officer
P4 Security Solutions invites you to join our rapidly growing team as a Cannabis Security Officer. We are currently hiring for Cannabis Security Officers FT/PT.
These positions are variable hour positions and are subject to change based on the needs of the business. The physical demands are based on the contract and must be met by the employee in order to successfully perform all of the essential functions of this job.
- Conducting walking patrols of building/ facility and/or vehicular patrols, depending on the worksite.
- Supporting management by accepting various assignments at multiple locations in order to cover open posts both pre-planned and unscheduled.
- Traveling on a daily basis between various locations within the designated region.

Cannabis Security Officer
Minimum Qualifications:
- No experience is necessary!
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to write effective, concise, and legible reports.

- Writing detailed, accurate, and legible incident reports during the shift, including notation of any unusual activities and how issues were resolved.

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented General Manager to oversee all retail operations in Morris, IL. The General Manager will be responsible for managing personnel, inventory purchasing and tracking, sales goals and bonus targets, and the general day-to-day matters for their location. You will communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to implement and maintain store goals, protocols, policies and procedures in accordance with company standards, as well as communicate broader company objectives and standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the purchasing, pricing, and sale of all inventory on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.
- Communicate with and direct appropriate store leaders and associates on information gathering for all inventory regarding special patient orders, employee patient samples, weekly deals, and menus (online and in-store).
- Adhere to and promote a culture of compliance as it pertains to state and company regulations.
- Assist and support staff training in accordance with company and state requirements.
- Regularly communicate with and update higher levels of management.
- Regularly communicate with the marketing department to manage community engagement, store promotions and events, and customer communication across a wide range of platforms.
- Manage and communicate staffing needs for the location.
Requirements
- Familiarity with IL Cannabis Program rules and regulations regarding dispensary management.
- Ability to acquire a state credential by passing required background check and any other requirement listed.
- Willingness to travel.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Proven organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Efficacy with technology and point of sale systems.
- Working knowledge of inventory and sales reports.
- 5+ years experience in a retail management position.
