Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Dispensary Associate who will be responsible for ensuring each Curaleaf patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment, assist members with their personal needs, maintain solid product knowledge, facilitate new membership and member renewal processes and always provide the highest level of customer service. The Lead Dispensary Associate will provide guidance to the team as the subject matter expert and is responsibile for ensuring all associates are providing outstanding service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be available as an escalation point for questions or issues that patients have
- Participate in New Hire Onboarding for new Associates, providing guidance and training
- Assist with tracking of inventory and inventory audits
- Keyholder to the store and the vault to assist with restocking product as necessary on the sales floor
- Assist the Assistant Manager and Manager as necessary
- Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with established standards
- Develop and maintain rapport with our patients, vendors, service providers and staff
- Ensure members' concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate member requests and/or problems to management when needed
- Recommend, select and help locate the proper medicine for patient depending on their individual needs
- Communicate the effects of different types of cannabis to patients clearly and effectively
- Ensure strict controls to protect organization assets at the direction of management
- Set up and break down display cases daily. Assist in display maintenance and housekeeping
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock, and participate in inventory counts
- Answer phone calls and forward to the appropriate staff member
- Frequently maintain dispensary's cleanliness, i.e. dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping and sanitization
- Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect
- Maintain strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- Perform other related work as required
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years customer facing experience in retail or sales
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in the medical cannabis industry desirable, but not required
- Must be 21 years old
- Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations
- Must be able to work weekends, evenings and some holidays

Under the direction of the Dispensary Manager, Assistant Manager will oversee the operation of the Curaleaf Dispensary. Assumes full management responsibility in the absence of the Dispensary Manager. This person will work to improve dispensary sales, profitability, and image through extraordinary customer service, protection of store assets, supervising team members in the absence of the store manager.
Customer Experience:
- Monitors and analyzes the customer service provided by team members. Offers feedback and coaching.
- Greets patients and offers assistance with products and services.
- Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits and Curaleaf service traits.
- Resolves customer complaints and helps respond to customers' special needs.
Operations:
- Supervises operation of the store and team members, opening/closing/changing shifts, task delegation and scheduling team members
- Supervises the control of the store money including register counts, withdraws from the bank, armored car pickups, safe deposits, change orders and oversees all aspects of bookkeeping including ledger, invoices, cash reports and time records.
- Learns to analyze inventory trends and supervises inventory management, including ordering items, keeping stock, and leveraging company resources to avoid outs and overstock.
- Supervises receiving, stocking, pricing, returning, and transferring of merchandise. • Ensures that store/grounds are clean and presentable; manages repair and maintenance; responds to emergencies.
- Supervises operations of assigned location including strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintains knowledge of all computer and technology systems and software (e.g. registers, Biotrack, etc.). Ensures response to all systems problems by contacting information technology support and seeking solutions.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with coworkers.
- Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned, including assisting team members as needed.

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for receiving, counting, and managing inventory in compliance with Maryland state medical cannabis regulations. The Inventory Coordinator coordinates inventory tracking within the Maryland Metrc system and BioTrack.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate inventory recording in all phases of the dispensary product's lifecycle.
- Manage product intake; ensuring the product received matches the invoice and input the product into the POS system using the correct naming conventions.
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly cycle counts.
- Assist with managing inventory levels in alignment with promotions.
- Follow written audit programs and physical inventory to ensure integrity of company records.
- Oversee inventory deliveries, including signing manifests and properly filing the documentation.
- Assist with inventory discrepancy investigations to determine root cause and initiate subsequent corrective action.
- Maintain control over facility vault(s).

We are seeking a Part-Time Dispensary Associate who will be responsible for ensuring each patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment, assist members with their personal needs, maintain solid product knowledge, facilitate new membership and member renewal processes and always provide the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with established standards
- Develop and maintain rapport with our patients
- Ensure patient concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently and communicate member requests and/or problems to management when needed
- Help patients under the process to become a patient and how to renew their patient status, if it is expired
- Recommend, select and help locate the proper medicine for patients depending on their individual needs
- Communicate the effects of different types of cannabis to patients clearly and effectively
- Ring up sales on Point of Sale System and process cash
- Ensure strict controls to protect organization assets at the direction of management
- Set up and break down display cases daily; assist in display maintenance and housekeeping
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock, and participate in inventory counts
- Perform data entry and properly manage the patient database
- Answer phone calls and forward to the appropriate staff member
- Maintain a current stock of new patient folders, educational materials, intake forms, etc.
- Frequently maintain dispensary's cleanliness, i.e. dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping and sanitation
- Maintain a positive work environment conducive to our Core Values
- Maintain strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- Perform other related work as required
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Proficient computing skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in the medical cannabis industry desirable, but not required

- Be available as an escalation point for questions or issues that patients have
- Participate in New Hire Onboarding for new Associates, providing guidance and training
- Assist with tracking of inventory and inventory audits
- Keyholder to the store and the vault to assist with restocking product as necessary on the sales floor

Under the direction of the Dispensary Manager, Assistant Manager will oversee the operation of the Curaleaf Dispensary. Assumes full management responsibility in the absence of the Dispensary Manager. This person will work to improve dispensary sales, profitability, and image through extraordinary customer service, protection of store assets, supervising team members in the absence of the store manager.
Customer Experience:
Monitors and analyzes the customer service provided by team members. Offers feedback and coaching.
Greets patients and offers assistance with products and services.
Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits and Curaleaf service traits.
Resolves customer complaints and helps respond to customers' special needs.
Operations:
Supervises operation of the store and team members, opening/closing/changing shifts, task delegation and scheduling team members
Supervises the control of the store money including register counts, withdraws from the bank, armored car pickups, safe deposits, change orders and oversees all aspects of bookkeeping including ledger, invoices, cash reports and time records.
Learns to analyze inventory trends and supervises inventory management, including ordering items, keeping stock, and leveraging company resources to avoid outs and overstock.
Supervises receiving, stocking, pricing, returning, and transferring of merchandise. • Ensures that store/grounds are clean and presentable; manages repair and maintenance; responds to emergencies.
Supervises operations of assigned location including strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Maintains knowledge of all computer and technology systems and software (e.g. registers, Biotrack, etc.). Ensures response to all systems problems by contacting information technology support and seeking solutions.
Complies with all company policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with coworkers.
Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned, including assisting team members as needed.
Willing to travel to other locations for training and/or coverage Daily Planning and Execution

Bachelor's Degree prior to position start date or High School Diploma/GED
2+ years in progressively responsible retail experience

We are seeking a Dispensary Associate who will be responsible for ensuring each patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment, assist members with their personal needs, maintain solid product knowledge, facilitate new membership and member renewal processes and always provide the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with established standards
- Develop and maintain rapport with our patients
- Ensure patient concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently and communicate member requests and/or problems to management when needed
- Help patients under the process to become a patient and how to renew their patient status, if it is expired
- Recommend, select and help locate the proper medicine for patients depending on their individual needs
- Communicate the effects of different types of cannabis to patients clearly and effectively
- Ring up sales on Point of Sale System and process cash
- Ensure strict controls to protect organization assets at the direction of management
- Set up and break down display cases daily; assist in display maintenance and housekeeping
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock, and participate in inventory counts
- Perform data entry and properly manage the patient database
- Answer phone calls and forward to the appropriate staff member
- Maintain a current stock of new patient folders, educational materials, intake forms, etc.
- Frequently maintain dispensary's cleanliness, i.e. dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping and sanitation
- Maintain a positive work environment conducive to our Core Values
- Maintain strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- Perform other related work as required
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in customer facing retail or sales
- Must be able to work weekends, evenings and some holidays
- Proficient computing skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in the medical cannabis industry desirable, but not required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

SUMMARY: The Executive Assistant provides executive support reporting directly to the CEO. The EA serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO and serves as a liaison to the Board Members and Executive Team. The EA also organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts and oversees special projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Completes a variety of administrative tasks for the CEO and Executive Team including:
- Managing an extremely active email and calendar of appointments
- Composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes highly sensitive
- Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
- Plans, coordinates, and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected.
- Communicates directly, and on behalf of CEO, with Board Members, Investors, Brands, and others, on matters related to CEO's programmatic initiatives.
- Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
- Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Assists in coordinating Leadership Team meetings, online (Zoom, Teams, Conference) or in-person.
- Prepares meeting slides and/or agenda in advance.
- Coordinate location and meals prior to in-person meetings.
- Accommodates Leadership Team with travel and lodging arrangements as needed.
Board Support
- Serves as the CEO's administrative liaison to Board Members.
- Participates as an adjunct member of the Board to include assisting in scheduling meetings and attending all meetings.
- Takes Minutes during Board Meetings.
- Maintains discretion and confidentiality in relationships with all board members.
Skills/Qualifications
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Strong organizational and time management skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
