The Regional HR Generalist will assist with daily administrative and HR tasks and services to support effective and efficient operation of the human resources department. This position will support the Mid-Michigan region working from Monitor Charter Township. The right candidate will have a great attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong sense of customer service with a desire to assist others. Must be a motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision. This position requires excellent attendance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support multiple HR processes and systems as needed
- Provide employee support for various HR-related topics (payroll, benefits, labor laws, policies, etc.)
- Employee relations, coaching
- Administer and support company and HR policies
- Timesheet reporting and validation for payroll
- Talent acquisition and recruiting
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation
- Coordinate open enrollments, changes and training for employee benefits
- Administrative tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 21 years or older and be able to pass a background check
- Must be reliable and have great attendance with the ability to travel
- Bachelor’s degree in HR preferred
- 3+ years administrative and customer service experience required
- 3+ years proven HR Generalist experience required
- 3+ years proven recruiting experience required
- Must be able to handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Must understand federal regulations and compliance records management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, excellent phone skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent attendance record
Full time: $50K-$60K a year based on experience and successful interview; full benefits and great growth opportunities
