- Collect payments from dispensaries, verify payment accuracy, and hand payments to YBL Services shuttle driver
- Collect, document, and package store returns, which shall be handed to YBL Services shuttle driver for its return to the central distribution hub
- Organize and package orders for upcoming orders, when necessary
- Ensure all order paperwork is signed, completed, and returned to the hub and/or scanned into the YBL Services electronic database
- Responsible for scheduling regular maintenance for your personal YBL Services provided route truck, to ensure the vehicle is clean, well maintained, and roadworthy
- Providing a high level of customer service to our dispensaries, and doing so with professionalism

About the Role:
A full-time, experienced Controller for our growing cannabis operations. As the Controller, you will have primary responsibility over the bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting for the company, working directly with our Founders and Executive Leadership Team and will hold management responsibilities within the finance department. You will also work in direct contact with the company’s accountants.
This individual has a deep understanding of business accounting principles, and QuickBooks experience. They will undertake all aspects of the company’s financial reporting and to offer strategic advice based on analysis of the company and business unit financial performance. The Controller is responsible to provide primary oversight for the bookkeeping functions and to ensure accurate financial reporting, including but not limited to: preparation of financial statements, budgeting and cash flow planning, account reconciliation, compiling and analyzing financial reports, tax preparation assistance, and monitoring the overall financial performance of the company.
Duties and Expectations:
- Exhibit a thorough knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual compiled financial statements, including individual business units and consolidated results across business units and corporate entities.
- Calculate and issue a financial analysis summary of the financial statements.
- Create cash flow reports for management on a regular schedule.
- Oversee bookkeeping functions at the company.

The Inventory Assistant will maintain the organization’s inventory by assisting the Inventory Manager with ordering and supplying necessary items while maintaining accurate records of all procurements.
