Primary Responsibilities:
- Functioning as the retail supervisor, you will help manage team members and support all areas of the dispensary.

- Acts as a liaison internally between all staff, dispensary management team, and the Manager.
- Maintain and track levels of supplies and accessories within the dispensary.
- Research and correct any product variances within the inventory tracking system.
- Ensure breaks are properly documented and taken daily.
- Monitor all communication platforms.
- Complete other dispensary functions as directed by the manager on duty.
Education & Experience:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- A minimum of one year of Cannabis experience is highly preferred.

Wholesale Inventory Manager
At Misty Mountain Shop we want provide our guests with a wide variety of Cannabis products to ensure we are meeting all of their Cannabis needs. The Inventory Manager will maintain a close working relationship with the General Manager to ensure proper communication and inventory levels are met. With support of the General Manager, the Inventory Manager will be responsible for sourcing & procurement of all cannabis and non-cannabis related products, maintaining consistent stock of inventory. This role will be required to implement and evolve inventory and menu strategies to maximize sales potential, as well as building and maintaining relationships with wholesale parnters.
Responsibilities:
Purchasing:
- Evaluate inventory reorder levels to determine the most economical purchasing struture.
- Forecast inventory needs by reviewing stock levels and SKU performance.
- Process inventory and follow state regulations to maintain an accurate physical inventory with the CCC and ensure the integrity of the store records.
- Seek and evaluate vendors, drive negotiation of price and quantity and timing of purchases with reliable and trustworthy wholesale suppliers.
- Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness while assisting in the development of menu diversity and product consistency.

The manager will provide support to all staff, which includes: scheduling, training, providing policy and procedure updates, keeping updated with industry news and product information. The Manager is responsible for ordering and receiving of all inventory and products, arranging deliveries with logistics team, maintaining agent and facility compliance and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for financial budgeting, setting goals, and forecasting performance
- Utilizes management information tools and analyzes financial reports to identify and address trends and issues in performance;
- Plans, identifies, communicates, and delegates responsibilities to the retail team to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the store;
- Responsible for Inventory Vault processes and staff.
